Just did not get all the dirt off truck

Worst car wash ever, soap all over back of truck and inside bed, blower did not get any water off and no refund offered. Had to finish washing vehicle at home. Will not be back.Will go to Ollies instead, never had a problem with them in Walker or Denham Springs. Only wish that I could give minus 5 stars for service and attitude of attendant.

Great wash for the price, never had an issue with the employees. Most carwashes place the vacuums after the wash and they didn't so people try and take advantage sadly. Location is great, considering there aren't any like it in Watson.

I love this place. I have been going for years. I like the prep clean areas and the fact vacuums are free with wash. The vacuums are super nice to. Have to say best car wash in livingston parish in my opinion.

I was told they could disengage the tire shine application if I did not want it. I was told to tell the person who starts the machine forward as your tires are engaged into its tracks. I still get tire shine sprayed on my wheels. It is greasy and sprays black oil all over the sides of my car. Extremely noticeable on a white car! Ok, can you turn it off if I don’t want it!!!!!because I don’t want it!!!!

This car wash has damaged 2 of our vehicles. It ripped off moulding on one car and 2 hub caps on an SUV. The employees are rude and argumentative. Will never use this car wash again.

Well it doesn't get all your car clean, but they have a new policy you must wash your car before you are allowed to vacuum it so they had vacuum police monitoring you

I have been going there at least twice a week for a little less than a year. Always vacuuming first then went through the wash. Today a heavy set gentleman about 5 feet 7 or so walked (very quickly) raising his voice saying I have to wash the car first then vacuum. When I said I have always done this, he got very rude and said they have signed posted and just never been caught before. REALLY!!!! Caught stealing the air from the vacuum. To many car washes out there to deal with them. Do Not Recommend, unless you want to be accused of stealing air from the vacuum.

TROPIC EXPRESS CAR WASH I ran my Cadillac Escalde through this wash at noon today. The wash is dangerous and tore off my third break light and loosened my spoiler! Upon exiting the wash the manager tried to tell me that they were hanging when I entered the wash and they were aftermarket parts that he was not responsible for! I demanded to see the video and the video showed that they were fine before entering the wash but he still refused to fix my escalade! Next, He tried to say that they must have been loose and the blower must have blown them off! The cameras inside the wash clearly show that the wash portion is what broke the third brake light off and loosened the spoiler not the blower! Frauds and liars! I don't recommend them and will tell all my friends not to go there.

I had my Shark fin Antena on my car ripped off @ this Car Wash, & had to purchase a new one from the Dealer. This was a $230 dollar wash. Infuriating

I went with a friend of mine to wash her car. I've never been and probably won't go back. Well after having a bad experience. We went to the car wash then went to the free vacuum. Whenever we got out their was soap everywhere. The guy said it was was but it was clearly soap!! So we did actually went back though but the same thing happened again.
