Drove up at 8:55 three guys standing around smoking. Not one of them asked me if they could help. Went inside, clerk tells me to get a ticket outside. Go back outside and still no helps me. I left. Called at 8:58 and clerk tells me those guys were not in the clock yet!!! WHY ARE YOU OPEN THEN??? Left and came to TODD’S!! Great service, already checked in!

I brought my new Audi A3 for a complete wash after a trip to Texas on 8/23/15. They sprayed acid on the car to remove the bugs from the rear view mirrors and ended up damaging all the aluminum trim around the car as well as the plastic black trim. The bill to repair all this damage is over $1600.00. I have tried to get this resolved since and spoken to the Manager who keeps passing the buck to the owner Mr. Moody who seems to be too busy to return my calls and get this resolved. At this point I am going to file a claim on my insurance and give them a copy of the report the Manager at the carwash (Martin) wrote and take them to court if necessary. To add insult to injury I still had to pay for the carwash! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Do not bring your car to these people. I brought my husband's 2015 Audi in this week to have bugs removed from the front. They accidentally used acid on the mirrors, to remove the bugs, which over sprayed and etched the aluminum around the windows ($1600 worth of damage). They took a damage report and we were told that we would hear back from Mr Bill Moody, the owner. It's been 5 days, we still haven't heard from anyone. Once we did our homework, we realized that they had terrible reviews online and routinely damage vehicles and then refuse responsibility. They already took down their Facebook page due to the bad reviews and hit on their reputation. We will be adding our case to already pending litigation against Mr Moody. To add insult to injury, I still had to pay the $24 for the carwash.

I brought my car to get it washed last week. Right when I got out of my car, I smelled pot. It was super strong. The 2 girls in the back were very nice and did a great job vacuuming my car. I got the embassy wash I believe? The car was not wiped down very well and the armor all was just gunked onto the tires. I still had bugs all over my front of my car and I paid $5 to get them off. So for $35 all I got was a good vacuum because the rest of it was terrible. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Classic Auto Spa is the place to go!

This used to be a great car wash that was affordable but recently they've changed their pricing and I'm OK with the pricing what I'm not OK with is that they want to charge me $10 more because my tires are bigger I think this pretty dumb

I remember as a kid when my mom and dad would bring us here to get the cars washed. We loved being able to look through the inside windows and watch all of the cars go by getting washed. I went this time to get my inspection done on my car. The guy was very patient with me as I tried to find a current copy of my insurance. They had to replace a couple of bulbs, which were reasonably prices. All in all, great service and I was in and out pretty fast.

I normally don’t post reviews but I felt I needed to do this to warn others. I got my oil changed and expected to pay $80-90 . With all the up charges I ended up paying $147. Their only explaination was “ its good oil, it’s mobile” . Free car wash is really not free with the oil change. Nothing is ever free.

The car was clean but I was disappointed on the floor mats. All they did was vaccumed them. They use to run them through a machine that would clean them. The worker told me that the machine broke and was not fixed or replaced. That is something that I feel should have been taken care of.

Avoid especially if you have a new car because they will break something. Just brought my car back from $49 hand wax wash and interior vacuum wipe. The side mirrors were askew from washing so when I tried to use auto adjust button for mirrors inside, it did not work. Had to push the mirrors into place by hand. In addition, they ripped off and broke the cap for a plugin slot in my console. Spoke with manager Kane on phone to inform him of this disappointing sloppy work, but next day he figured out why the auto mirror did not adjust and said will fix it when part comes in along with replacing the broken cap. This saves me from disrupting my schedule to fix these things at dealer, get loaner or rental car, etc. The manager Kane was pretty amazing with wonderful customer service skills and ability to fix on the things on the spot so I did not have deal with broken mirror system etc while waiting for permanent fix. In addition to broken interior items, the wash and hand wax was careless with many areas not completely cleaned, like the top on passenger side, before the wax was applied. The car did not really shine much like you would expect hand waxing to shine either. BEWARE and check your car out very well before driving off, or you will have to make a trip back and waste time getting stuff fixed or redone. This was the second time I brought a vehicle here. When I brought my sturdy old American jeep cherokee, nothing was broken. My new subcompact sedan this time suffered from tough handling and sloppy work.

Came to get oil changed and a carwash on a Tue at 2pm. Not busy at all. Yet my car sat as people walked around and did nothing while my car just sat. I worked here over 20 years ago. I assure you Bill wouldn't be happy to see his business being treated this way. Shocking!!

Needed to have the truck cleaned. Paid $49.95 and it's still dirty! This was my first and last visit. There was truck being cleaned next to mine that was there when we drove up. The gentleman working on it was doing an outstanding job. I hoped that my truck would receive the same love considering I paid for the highest package. Not so. He was still putting the finishing touches on it when our "porter" called us to our truck. Yeah, no tip for you. Lazy!

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a carwash. We pulled around and waited behind somebody who decided to wash their car for 20 minutes by hand they kept looking over to see what we were doing it I just really wanted to get my car washed I wasn't there for anything fancy it's just had pollen all over it and this guy would not move and nobody was coming over and help so I ended up just backing off of the ramp and leaving I will not be going here again.

Just paid 29 dollars to have my truck "washed". I have offset tires so I had slight overspray near wheels and the Louisiana typical bugs.. That was the extent of how dirty it was... Walking out to the truck I immediately noticed the truck was still dirty around the wheel wells, the tires weren't done, wheel weren't clean, windshield still had bugs and grime and so did the grill. The dash was still dirty and smelled like the truck had been wiped down with wet towels... 29 dollars... Oh best part. . NEW PAINT CHIP DRIVERS SIDE DOOR.

They did a good job cleaning the cars, but it was a little too good. Someone has sticky fingures. We have had our GPS and a phone charger taken. We call/stop in to report it and they say, they can't prove it was their workers. Not sure if we will ever go back, or recommend it to anyone.

I've been going to this car wash for years now and I've always been satisfied up until today. About 11 am January 18th. I brought my vehicle in to get the $5 wash as always. The supervisor are the guy who seemed to be running things was so hot headed he was using loud vulgar language in front of my children. He was hollering at everyone in the parking lot and even pounding his fist on the hood of my vehicle. I got upset never said anything but it was so bad that all the employees at the carwash was personally walking up to me and apologizing to me about his behavior. Something needs to be done I will spread this viral on Facebook and all the social media I can some people never to go to that car wash again unless that guy is replaced

I went today for the first time. I dropped off my car for a cleaning and wax. The wax came out good, however when I got there my windshield wiper was on the ground in pieces and when I ask what happened they immediately say “we are not responsible for your wiper”. 1st of all when I dropped it off and was ticketed the car was off and no one asked me to turn off auto wipers. Normally in self serve tunnels I do as there are large signs asking you to turn off and I am the one driving it through. I leave the wash with only one wiper on my car. 2nd I get home 2 hours later and see the windshield is cracked from the bottom like the wiper arm slammed and hit it. No one owned up to this. I called and asked for the owner to call me, I am waiting and will repost letting you all know his or her response.

At this place, they really hop right to their work. They are quick, and it's a real good place to get a quick in and out wash. I'm not sure if I would recommend it to someone who is OVERTLY obsessed with the appearance of every single minute detail of their car, becasue that's not really what they do here. They do a good quick job for a good price. The service is prompt, and yes, sometimes there are long lines, but that's just on the most busy days. Overall, I would say that when I go there, I feel like I get a fair deal for the money and my needs are attended to as fast as they can.

I was skeptical to bring my new car here after reading these reviews. The truth is this place is great! The staff was very friendly and did there best to assure me that my car was in good hands. Not to mention the prices rock compared to other car washes in town. My car looked beautiful after these guys were done with it. I am glad I decided to give these guys a try, I will definitely be back.

$27 for a half ass wash. Gave them a second chance and received the same half ass wash.. I received my car back with the front of my car full of bugs still as if no one even attempted to clean it, wipe it, nothing. I could have saved my $27 dollars and went to a $5 car wash and got the same results. Would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I got the basic oil change and wash. Before going, I checked my air filter myself to see if I needed one. Because I buy them at an auto parts store much cheaper. It was fairly clean. While I was waiting for the oil change, the technician brought my air filter covered in dirt and asked me if I wanted a new one. I was floored.. I told him that can't be mine, I just checked it before. He insisted it was. He was right, it was mine, just covered in dirt he rubbed on it!!! I just told him not to replace it and I let it go since I couldn't prove anything. BEWARE of scam up-charges here!! I guess these techs get bonus points for selling filters and extra services, so be careful. Next time I will tell them don't touch my air filter. The basic wash was excellent.
