Close to home so used a lot. In and out quick unless sunny day after bad weather. It can get busy, but you get used to knowing when to go. Equipment works well and employees always help. The auto wash does a good job. It isn't a touchless, so that is a plus for me! It actually washes your car, doesn't just spray it with some soap!

Eh. This review is for the spray off bays and coin op vacuums. Low pressure and cold water only. The coin op vacuums were useless, tried two different vacs with same result. I could have opened my doors on a breezy day and had a cleaner truck.

I always take my wife's car here to get washed. When they run their specials for BOGO gift card, it makes getting a wash even cheaper. The staff are always super friendly and willing to help.

Doesn't get the car clean and their answer was we can only do so much in a 2 minute wash but we'll turn on the wash bay so you can wash it yourself. No towels, no mat washer, no bug removal, guess I expect too much. Looks like Cheetah Clean really is the best of Bowling Green.

This is one of the nicest car washes in Bowling Green some of the other ones have a lot of broken nozzles and hoses that spray your legs when you're trying to stay dry but you know wash your car was very pleased with their choices and cleaners and the shiney finish due to the spot free rinse

I would never go here again,,, I have always gone there to vacuum my car out. A guy Kevin come up to me cussing me saying trash on the ground when that trash was there when I pulled up, I asked to speak to a manager and he said I am the manager and I asked well then I want corporate number and he wouldn’t give it me. He was rude and me and cuss me infront of my children. My children started crying. If you want to be cussed out and scream at. Don’t go here!!!

Very nice car wash, but you need to find a bay that has all the button labels in place to know what is what. Also, it may take 20-30 seconds for soap or another chemical to clear the line before changing to the next item like deionized water.

I was a bit uneasy when i noticed that this is the ONLY carwash ive been to with such a long list of disclaimers posted of what they DONT take responsibility for. Well theres a reason. One of my headlights was a bit loose in the socket but ive never had a problem with it at any other carwash, but at this place it RIPPED THE ENTIRE THING OUT, RIPPED THE WIRING AND THE BEST THEY COULD OFFER WAS A "SORRY". I uploaded a pic. 100 dollar fix. Stay far away from this place!

Closed early didn't have a sign up or inform any customers refused to allow me to use the vacuum service after I washed my car.... Tried to use the fragrance and vacuum that I had to pay for again but of course the vacuum barely worked on one side and the other side was jammed! Check your employees obviously they're not doing their job very well!

Marginal at best. Prewashed, soapy brushed in diy lane, then went thru 10 dollar wash. Employees sorta halfway brushed at the front bumper, and windshield. Van was still very dirty, but now had soap all over it too after the wash, rinse, and dry.

This car wash does a decent job on my vehicle, but the layout is a bit awkward. The vacuum area is designed to fit 2 vehicles in each spot. When I visited last, people didn't pull forward at the vacuum station, so I had to wait for someone to leave. Thankfully I didn't block those coming out of the car wash exit. I'd suggest providing dash wipes and a bug scrubbing station before the entrance like some of the other car washes in town.

I really like this car wash, the speed pass is the only way to go. You don't even have to roll your window down, you pull up and go through. And the best part is you can do it once a day every day.... Awesome deal.

The last 3 times I've been to this wash, this has happened. See picture attached. This trip, I specifically asked the attendant working to please use the pre-wash brush and scrub my tail gate and rear bumper because the wash itself does not adequately clean it. This is what is left after they supposedly did a pre-wash then proceeded with their best wash. LoL, no thanks. Won't be back. Side note, the front and sides of my truck were spotless and looked great. But for $13. + the whole vehicle should be clean.
