Campbell Lane Express Car wash is the best car wash in Bowling Green. The vacuums are pretty weak but there were a lot of people there the day I visited so go there.

If your car is over 10 years old go somewhere else. They will not even consider paying for replacement parts if it is. I have had parts on my car break off twice now. It's a 1999 and I've owned the vehicle for over 10 years without any wrecks or accidents. I didn't push the issue when my wiper arm snapped off the back 2 years ago because I could just cap it off but a snapped grill cover and busted light cover are hard to hide. All I requested was reimbursement for whatever a salvage replacement from Causey's was, which couldn't be more than 30 or 40 dollars and the owner of the store doesn't take contact from anyone. He decides if its worth his precious time to call you. The manager even had the audacity to ask if my car was clean when I asked for the 10 dollars back I paid for the wash .

Got my car warshed here. First time I ever visited it. Car came clean. Vacuums worked well. Plenty of space to move around unless your my friend from work who banged his truck against a Ballard when backing out of a vacuum spot. It snuck up on him I guess. I would visit again.

I would not recommend this location as they have major INTEGRITY issues. They charge you for services they are temporarily are out of and don’t inform you. The worst part is when you do notice and speak to them about it their reply is... “We are sorry if you owned a car wash you would understand how difficult it is to figure out a way to not charge them for services we are temporarily out of.” What sense does that make? (At the LEAST put up a sign) It is DIFFICULT to do the RIGHT THING by the customers? It is PURE LAZINESS, immoral, unethical, and plain and simple the modern type of THEFT. I have been a member for 2 years.

Got stuck inside car wash! The truck n front of me hit another vehicle. Too many cars going in at once! They only spray the side of the car they are standing near! The car will still b dirty. Don't waste ur time, find another place to go. Bought a new vehicle n got free washes for 1yr. Free! Still not worth the time! Better listen...go somewhere else!

If you value your wheels avoid this place. They will not accept responsibility for any damages. I wanted to at least get a refund of the annual pass that I bought and the manager refused that also. Will never wash a vehicle there again. All the workers are nice but the manager needs some work.

This is a pretty good car wash, they have bug prep and good vaccum cleaners, but for some reason i like the one on veterans memorial better (for one thing it's a lot closer to my house), but i got free car washes for a year with my car purchase and i like keeping my car cleaned since other areas of life are so crazy lol. Nice place

Good service and the wash does a good job. The vacuums could use some more power or a couple less of them. The undercarriage cleaning is great. The place is always well landscaped and manicured. It’s nice!

Love this car wash service. It's everything you need to get your car cleaned up and done fast. There is a place to go to scrub the extra grime from your car or truck. Then there is a place to get your mats clean, the car wash itself is just like many others. One more star if the vacuums worked as well. Sometimes they are a bit on slow side. It does not get it all without repeating to go over and over. The location can be tricky getting in and out. During the day, forget about trying to turn left out of the car wash.,

Good car wash. I all say their vacuums are not the best. They don't have great suction power especially when they are busy. Use the vacuums on the left up against the the bldg. They work better. I also like the fact they provide free interior wipes but most of the time they are out of stock as many people take a hand full instead of just what they need.

Always a good experience but tonight was a testament to their staff. I lost a thumb drive with irreplaceable photos when vacuuming out my car and they gladly went above and beyond to get it out of their vacuum system. Major shout out to Carlos and Morgan, you guys are the best!

Wonder place , needs work very car clean, had to go through twice and still had dirty car, need to tweak the equipment to clean on one pass. Car was not even that dirty. Friendly people and it is brand new, give time to improve.

I get nervous going to new car washes for some reason because I'm not always sure when to put my car in neutral or if it will be difficult to drive into the tracks. I didn't have any issues at this place. It was difficult to enter. The prices were what one would expect. The free vacuum is great. The reason I'm leaving four stars instead of five is that I noticed some spots on the side windows after I had gone through. Nothing major, though.

I HATE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!!!! My car was scratched when I got out of the wash, and the vacuums suction was about as good as a hairy butthole. I will Never go back ever.
