Went to have my car washed during my lunch break (12/12/18), paid $16 for the "Everything". Going through the tunnel, the brushes broke my side mirror (driver's side). Talked to the manager, who told me that they were not liable for any damages to vehicles 5 years and older, plus my car was a Pontiac and the mirrors were "known" to break, so they had a sign inside about the Pontiac mirrors. I've gone there for years and have never seen a sign about Pontiacs. Will never go there again and let others know about it.

Could be a great car wash if it rinsed all the soap off! Rinse sucked and guys at the end dried my truck with nasty dirty rags and I had to go wash it myself down the street. I will try again and change my review if those things are improved

The wash isn't brush-less as the Rain Tunnel name would have you think, brushes do nothing but rub dirt into your clear-coat, they are a last ditch to remove road slime after winter weather, that is if you can't get a brush-less or hand wash....then after all of that the two guys at the end use dirty towels to once again rub dirt into your clear-coat and all over my windows and they want a tip. After all of that their pricing is not affordable at all compared to other newer much nicer washes in the area...so I will not be returning.

Very old place with very old "car wash tech" place is falling apart and you can tell the brushes arent clean or need replacing I can see slight swirls in my wax oh well won't be back

Went to this car wash a few days ago and ended up leaving to go to a different one up the road. The trash cans aren't very big and was overflowing with trash and then when I tried to vacuum my car the end of the hose kept falling off. Not a good place to go.
