Poor car wash. The manual do-it-yourself bays power washing wand PSI is quite low. Even after a diligent wash, carefully taking my time, it never fails that there will be left over dirt on my car including the front wind shied. I have been here three times and each time I have told myself, "maybe it will be better next time". No, it's not. Compared to the Shawnee location, this is a vey subpar car wash and I always leave with dirt still on my car. The Shawnee location's PSI is much higher—which is much more practical. For example, at this location, it takes an extra $4 to slowly clean my car because of the low PSI and yes, I slowly and closely use the wand starting from the top to bottom, side-to-side, and yes, I still leave with dirty spots. I am not coming to this location again due to poor PSI, old wands, poor drainage with water pooling in large puddles when trying to walk around car, not to mention the extra money it costs to compensate for the low PSI.The pooling water may be a very high risk for injury especially in freezing temperatures and the car wash should evaluate the drainage issue and correct the PSI.

Great prices! (Literally half the price compared to Dr Spotless off Barry Road which only gives you a minute forty per dollar token - rip off) Friendly services! I didn't catch his name, but there's a nice elderly gentleman who you'll always see tidying up and helping others! (There was no service provided/assistance when the automatic wash wouldn't accept my crisp $20 bill or read my card at Dr Spotless and I had to get out of my Durango leaving the kids to get tokens for the automatic wash... worst part is that it was $20 worth of their tokens that I had to waste there - lame).

Great, clean place with working equipment. $1.50 for 3 minutes of vacuum. There is a bay toward the entrance with a kinked hose...choose a different bay. Dryer for a buck at back of wash bays.

Maintainence of this carwash is lacking. Very hard to figure out what setting on the timer is what you want. Put it on soap you may get spot free rinse. Timer seems to be running to fast. Will really check the timer next time I go. Used to be a lot better carwash now somewhat crappy.

The automatic car wash is good for a rinse off, but that is about it. Do not pay for the most expensive, it is no better than the cheap one. I have tried this numerous times, and it always fails, consistently leaving dirt and soap scum. The self-wash is only about a notch better. Hot water is rare, and cold water is helpless against road grime. The place tends to be a hangout for folks spending the afternoon detailing their car, and questionable enterprises after dark.

The automatic car wash has problems getting off the thick layer of stuff from the winter roads. But the manual wash stations are easy to use and affordable! There is a coin changer and a nice vacuum station. You can also use your card for stuff!

Washed my f150 I'm the brushless auto wash and the arm hit my mirror. There was no way to have been positioned another way or it would have hit the mirror on the other side. Did not do any damage.

The automatic wash barely cleaned my husband's car. The side panels were still dirty. I took it to the attendant and asked of I could go through again. It still isn't very clean at all. I have used this place before and thought it did a better job than now. Don't know if something g changed, but I am not as happy as I used to be with this place.

The toughness car wash vent my passenger mirror backwards and since it gold with a button it stripped the gears and now doesn't work took weeks to get call from owner and he told me he isn't f- ing paying to get my mirror fixed he said there at signs that say gold in your mirrors that I didn't see and how will they get clean if I gold them in anyways not very good customer skills see you in court.

Automatic wash works great. However, used my card on the manual sprayers to clean bumper off real quick and shut off the wash right as the minimum time limit was reached and then noticed a $15.00 charge from Olympic Car Wash on my card!!! Will be contacting them ASAP, just be weary of the charges on your card when using this wash to make sure they are correct!!

The guy who gave this one star for getting charged to much- dude, there is a "Stop" button that you are supposed to push after you are done... $15 is the max that the machine will let your card be charged if you forget to hit the stop button… It wasn't their fault; you should probably re-rate this since it was your fault. Anyhow- I will always come here! 1st- they accept quarters; they have change machine for $1s, $5s, $10, & $20s; and I they take CREDIT CARDS! 2nd- they have some sweet selections in the self serve car wash including excellent tire cleaner as well as a blow dry vacuum hose for after you are done washing, if you don't have a shammy 3rd- I was diggin' the place so much that I forgot to run my car after an hour of music! I was in the middle of waxing (that they didn't mind me doing IN THE BAY since I don't have a garage to do it in) and realized my old battery died! The guy working there (and excellent older gentleman) produced some jumper cables and found someone to jump me before I even could! Just an excellent experience! I did not actually use this, but it's worth mentioning that they have a "Vending and Detail Center" over by the vacuums that looks pretty sweet as well- I will have to check it out next time.

I used my Debit card at this facility. When I finished and pushed stop on machine, the charge on the screen was 4 dollars and change. I saw on my Bank account they charged me 15 dollars. I called the car wash and ask why. they advised they charge 15 dollars then in 3 or 4 days will put back the difference. They said this is a notice posted on the office of the business however if your using your card you don't go to the office and read postings. I advise everyone to consider the ethics behind this kind of business practice. In addition the consumer rights legalities around this as even though they may return the difference they would owe interest on the money they take for those days. I myself am sending an email to the attorney general of the State of Missouri.

The vacuums here are super strong! Great deal for your money but pick all your stuff up cause it will devour everything it encounters! The external dryer is nice. The machine gives you a token to get minimal dry automatically then you can add more to get a thorough dry!

TOTAL CREEPERS. After paying for a car wash, two men came and entered the car wash with me (which disabled the wash) and attempted to enter my car! And of course, since I had 'had' to pay cash (since their credit card machines were supposedly 'down'), I can't even get my $8 back for the car wash I couldn't take. Never go here for even a vacuum, their people are pure creeps.
