At 1st I asked the attendant how much it would be to have a complete interior shampoo, he said it would be $100 when I said that I would go for it, and showed him this coupon he changed his mind and said that to use this coupon I would need to add the waxing which would cost $165. Management from Diamond before you post coupons on a magazine make sure that you’ll be able to do what you are proposing on the coupon.

I had my wife's car drop off for a full detail. Needless to say at the time of pick up my seats were very wet my cup holders were filthy still my passager seat was not cleaned on the back side. I had to barrow a carpet fan from a neighbor to help dry out the seats. The owner Julio and his shop manager Levi would not help out in anyway just said it was my problem. I asked for some type of compensation Julio stated that he would not give me anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! STAY AWAY....

Too expensive. Had told 2 employees that there was some broken window glass that needed to be vacuumed. If I hadn't have checked before leaving the glass would still be there. They vacuumed it. But, when speaking with the manager, I pointed out something else on my car door that hadn't been cleaned.(I'd paid $22.00, not inc tip) He said I should've purchased the $50.00 pkg! In other words, "Too bad.Sorry my slacker employees didn't do what you'd kindly pointed out "what needed vacuumed, but apparently they couldn't clean the inside drivers door! Never go there

If zero stars was an option, I would go for that! This place is the absolute worst! I paid the $22 to have my car detailed inside and out. After my car was done, I found that they did not vacuum the interior as promised with the price. Also, they put someone else's floor mats in my car on top of mine! I told them those aren't my mats and they quickly removed them and threw them to the side! When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my car had not picked up on my key fob. I told them that I needed my key and they had to search for close to two minutes to locate it! I will never return to this wash! Don't give them your business!

This is the only car wash that I will take my show truck too. They do an amazing job! I usually get the premium basic wash, which is just detailing the exterior. I do the interior myself at home. However, the people who detail the vehicles do an outstanding job. The package I get is only 9 dollars too, so very cheap for a good wash and detail! I will keep going back and keeping my business in Grandview only!

Never again will I get my car washed here ever. The marker they use on your car when you pay wasn’t even washed off. They left the inside of my car dirtier than when it arrived as well. Whatever chemical they use to “clean” the inside left residue and wasn’t wiped up. Now I get to go home and clean my car after it was cleaned.

I got the $25 wash, my car was dirty (but not caked in mud or anything) and in need of a good vacuum. When I got home there were dirt streaks down the back and it was obvious that the interior was barely vacuumed as there was still dirt on the floor. Maybe they do a better job when it isn't a busy Saturday afternoon, but I will go somewhere else next time.

Zero stars from me, unfortunately. Today I had everything but a Diamond experience at the Diamond Finish car wash. I purchased a $22 full service wash, interior clean and vacuum. I got in and found several spots that could have been easily cleaned, and unfortunately completely overlooked. I made a comment to the employee and he begrudgingly succumbed to my request. I let this go and went home. Later that evening I opened the back door and found the entire backseat was left untouched and not clean. :( (big sad face) I went back to the car wash and politely told the manager my story and asked for my money back. He replied and said, "I'll give you your money back, but don't you ever come back again." He proceeded to give me my money back, but also continuing to tell me to never come back. I also replied and said, "You got it!" Enter at your own risk at Diamond.

Nice kids that meant well. I got the most expensive 25 dollar package for my tires to look like crap and them to not even vaccume out the hatch part of my car. Got in my car to find the little amount of trash I had thrown in the seat. Dirt patches all over the car as well.... Will definitely be back for my free 48 hour wash for them to fix this. Went in to have my car cleaned yesterday. I explained what I was needing done I was told no problem this is what you will need. I was sent to pay. When they called me to come check my car my console hadn't even been touched and my dash was still dirty. My doors hadn't been wiped down at all which I was told would happen. I asked the kid to at least finish my console and dash. I was so irritated. I pulled around the corner noticed my car was still not acceptable for the money I just paid. I called the manager. He had me come back. He said I'll wipe it down again if you want me to wipe the doors its going to 49.95...WHAT ...I told him just get the dash and console clean. I also paid for my mats to be cleaned I still had trash on them when I went to my Mother in Laws to clean my car myself .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ... this was absolutely not worth the time or money and the manager is a joke ... Very Unhappy with the crappy work. Will Never go Back.

Feb 6th took my car in for an inside detail. The day before I tried to go through the regular car wash they said my vehicle is to low so I was unable to wash the outside. I only scheduled a inside detail in my knowledge my car cannot go through the tracks. On the surveillance video that one of the managers showed me you can see the 2 workers trying to put my car through the tracks and once the lady that was driving my vehicle hit the tracks she backed up and the gentleman directing her walks over to the front knees down and tries to hit my bumper back into place. That cause my grill to crack, head light is loose, number and fender don’t align and my driver fog light wires got disconnected. As you can see in the photos just a few days apart they clearly ruin my Audi. I tried to give them a chance to resolve this matter they denied everything and the guy supposedly the owner walk up to me and try to say I told him to run the car through the wash lol that’s when I knew he was lying at that moment and knew what had happened. He tried to put the blame on me but it back fired it’s his call and decision so things like this don’t happen.

Fantastic car wash! The basic wash is a good deal, but it's worth the extra $5 to get the wheels done and underneath sprayed. They even wash the inside of your windows and vacuum! I have a little one and rarely have time to do this myself, so I think it's worth it! Don't go during the lunch hour though, they can move cars through pretty fast, but you'll be waiting for a bit.

Third trip to this place over a several month period, and the third time the car wash was broken. They told me it would be 15 minutes before they could start, as the car wash was being repaired. I agreed to stay. I asked if I could pay extra to have them vacuum the hatch back extra, since it has dog hair and dirt from hauling mulch. I was told no, and that there's no way to remove dog hair even with a full detail. I just wanted them to vacuum a little extra, not make miracles happen! Needless to say, I won't be going back any time soon. If ever.

They are horrible at attention to detail. For $17.95, I expect them to at least wipe out the cup holders when they are vaccuming and cleaning the inside.. I also expect them to move the seat back and vacuum under the seats! They do as little as possible and for that cost, I expect a lot more. Im just going to vacuum it out myself next time.. which will actually get my car cleaner AND save me about $15 bucks!

Worst car wash I have been to in a while. Paid over $20 for a wash and a vacuum. Went out to my car after they claimed to be done only to find a car full of crumbs everywhere. Had to point out multiple areas that had not even been touched with the vacuum. The staff all were speaking in Spanish to each other very rudely around me when I asked for them to complete the job correctly. Will never be back.

Pricing was a little high, but I was okay with that. The service and the management were horrible. My brand new truck had been off the dealership lot for less than a month when I took it in for a "Diamond Plus" wash. When I got in my truck to leave, I noticed a gouge in the leather steering wheel. When I pointed this out to the staff, the manager just kept insisting that it couldn't have been their fault because the guys who washed my truck weren't wearing any rings. He kept asking me "how did it happen?" I don't know how it happened, but I can definitely tell you when it happened and that is the 10 minutes the truck was in the custody of their employees. I will NEVER utilize this car wash again.

I had to reclean my car when I got home today. They did not wipe down my console, part of my dash, the interior of my doors or door jambs. My car was only half vaccuumed. They vaccuumed the floors mats but didn't touch any other part of the carpeting or seats. The outside of my car was nice looking, they just did the bare minimum on the interior. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Sad, very sad. I have literally had my cars washed here a hundred times over the years. I have a new car that has a slight abrasion on the front bumper. I asked to see if they could buff it out for me - would take maybe 10 mins to do. Guy working in the bay said sure, just go inside and tell the gal in there. I went in and she told me I would have to purchase an entire car buff. Are you kidding me? Seriously? It’s a new car! Never going back... you lost me sweetie!

DO NOT GO THERE! Zero Stars! I took my 2008 Toyota there to get waxed. I bought the car new in 2008 and have kept it in excellent condition. I got my car home and noticed that the bottom of my front bumper was all scrapped up. It was not there before I dropped it off! Of course the owner said they didn’t do it and said he would watch the video and call back. Of course he didn’t. We called back and he says he didn’t see anything on the video. Cost of Repair is over $800.00. No integrity at all.

DO NOT GO THERE! I started with several good experiences for a basic wash. On my last visit, I was asked if I had signed their Ford Fussion disclaimer. I said I had been there several times, and did not know what they were talking about. The worker said there was a problem with the Fusion mirrors and the car wash was not responsible for any damage. I hadn't had problems before so I went on with the car wash. That visit my MIRROR WAS DAMAGED. It is going to cost nearly $500 to fix! There are so many Ford Fusions on the road, it must be a problem with their washer and not the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I cleaned my car at Diamond Finish Car Wash, and picked up the Diamond Plus package, and have to say I was truly impressed. I don't think my Rav4 has looked this good since the day I picked it up at dealership. I was expecting at a wash and hand dry. (didn't look at details to close) but they did that and vacuumed and much more. Kudos to them!

This car wash is too expensive. They call themselves “DIAMOND” Finish Car Wash and Detail Center and charge a Beverly Hills kind of price, yet the facility is quite run down and in desperate need of rejuvenation. That is my only complaint however. They do an excellent job cleaning your vehicle. I watch them and I see an attention to detail that I do not see at other car washes in the KC area. By the way, I’m a car wash enthusiast who happens to be quite meticulous about my vehicles. I would recommend this place, but you may be turned by the excessively high price point.

Less than acceptable wash, vac and left dirty windows. Also cracked my license plate holder, rather than protecting the balance of it - they "ripped" it off my car - left the piece between the bolts in place. Had to have them get the pieces out of the trash where they put MY license holder - cannot be replaced. Never go there!

Apparently a Prius is an oversized vehicle, even though this isn't stated anywhere. When I asked about this, there pointed to a sign that said SUVs were oversized and that my Prius was a crossover. The owner's daughter said I could get the wash or not, walked off and had them back my car off the wash line. Can't believe this place is still open.

I've been to this carwash several times before and they did a nice job. I took my husband's 2017 Ford F150 to get it washed for him. We had been riding around with the windows open and drove by a woodchipper and some wood chips blew into the cab of the truck. Because of this I paid for the most expensive wash to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned inside. My husband keeps his vehicle spotless. When I went to pay it was over $30. When I asked why it was higher than what I was told the cashier said there was a $2 "up charge" because it was a truck. When I went to get in the truck I noticed wood chips still in the cab, the floor mats were not cleaned which was included in the price I paid, plus there was still dirt and soap in the bed. I pointed this out and the person called the manager over who said they were not responsible for cleaning the bed of the truck. I asked about the interior that was not clean and he had one of the workers come over to clean. I pointed out several areas that were not clean and was told I needed to move because I was backing up the line. When I tried to show the worker what I was talking about he said I needed to move and he could give me a rag to clean it myself but I had to move. After leaving I realized we also didn't get the deodorizer we paid for. I could have paid for the basic wash for what I got. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received and doubt I will take either of our vehicles back. I understand they were extremely busy but that does not excuse the lack of customer service.

I had bought a brand new car I took it here about a week later to get a wash, and when they got done cleaning it, it was scratches all over my car. I told the manger the brushes messed my car up and he told me it was already like that. I told him it's a BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! Like it has less then 50mils on it he had no words to say. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The manager is VERY Rude!!!!

I had a very good first experience with Diamond Finish, however, I've just returned from my second carwash and I'm disappointed. I got their top car wash and interior cleaning and the inside of my car is covered in dust. It doesn't look like they cleaned my floor mats or vacuumed beneath the seats. What a waste of $28. Edit. After calling and explaining the situation, they were very apologetic, and offered to reclean my car. After it was finished it was up to the standard that I first remembered. I've since changed my rating.

Brought my car in to be cleaned and left with the inside just as dirty as before I left. They do not take the time to actually vacuum or properly wipe down anything. Very disappointed, won't be back and will be advocating for the new car wash going in on Johnson Drive. and I should note since it won't let me reply to the owner. They did vacuum one area (the drivers seat and floor) and removed the hair but the other areas were left untouched. I was able to easily remove the hair at home with our household vacuum.

I live in Mission and have got my car washed her several times. I go because its close and convenient, but every time I am disappointed. After this last time, I'm not going back. Car is always dirty on the back and on the back bumper. When they towel dry the car, there are spots everywhere. This time I paid extra to wash the mats and they looks like they were untouched, so I rewashed them at home. Also its extremely expensive for them to do such a terrible job. Never friendly either. I'm driving the extra miles from now on to go somewhere else.

I've been taking my car here almost every week for the last 6 months or so. Hands down the best bang for the buck wash in town. I get the top of the line wash they have. 9 times out of 10,its an amazing job. Once in a while, I'll notice something small they missed, or I'll have to ask them to hit a certain spot on the interior again, but overall, I've been very pleased with the service. I do a little bit of ubering on the weekends, and I have passengers comment all the time how clean my car is, or they'll ask me if it's brand new. When I tell them it's a 2013,theyre shocked because it's so nice and clean. One time, the machine broke one of my wiper blades. They fully reimbursed me for the cost of a new one. I'm actually getting ready to head out the door to go down there now, so I'll see you guys in a bit!

I took my car in for a wash and paid for them to clean my floor mats. For sometime afterwards my car smelled like mildew or “wet dog”. Come to find out that whoever was in charge of washing them didn’t let the floor mats dry and that was the source of the awful smell in my car! So now I have to get my car detailed and hope that it takes care of the smell. I know this place does detailing but I wouldn’t trust them after this experience. What a waste of money!

Iam very disappointed on diamond finish car wash actually about the manager, we always where happy clients until today, we had to call the police because the maneger wanted to INTIMIDATE us by SAYING you better get out of here before i call the POLICE, when i was trying to come down my husband the manager was trying to fight him by making him mad and he was just making fun about what my husband was saying. I can't believe a manager would have that type of ATTITUDE i think that's something very UNPROFESSIONAL i dont think he has the KNOWLEDGE of what its to be a real manager... The problem was that we had some issues the last time we went there with the last car wash because the cleaners (nice persons) left some details that i didn't like it, that time (like 1 month ago)the manager (not the same) came to me and told me to come back to take care of my truck anytime... I'll never did it until NOW 26/12/16 I ask so nice for a manager and that's when he came and said he wasn't gonna take care of us because we didn't come back on the follow 2 days after last time and he can't take care of the truck,that's when my husband got mad and say to put the truck outside so we can leave,after that my husband told him that we were going to give a bad review and he's started making my husband mad and making fun of him... and obviously my husband respond to him and the manager told my husband "you're crazy,is better you leave or i will call the police" and laughing of my husband and my husband try to fight with him because he's attitude and the manager try to fight too... NOW i understand our poor mexican culture (we're mexicans and we're proud to be) but this type of issues show our poor culture because if this would it happens to an american or other race i don't think he will act like that... I had my car hand waxed on Monday. They told me it would be wiped out inside and vacumned. When I got home, I opened the hatchback and found the back area was not touched. I had to return my nursing supplies for the next day (I am a homehealth nurse) so I vacumned it. It also had spots all over the back bumper. Did they just forget to go to the back of my car ?? I was very disapointed with the results I received.

I've been using Diamond for my basic in and out routine cleanings for about a year and have always been very pleased. Last night I had a pot of pork and beans on my back seat on my way home from a friend's house and had to slam on my breaks when an owl flew out in front of my windshield (the owl was not harmed FYI), the pot slid forward and the soup went flying all over the car, front and back seat and the front and back floorboards. I honestly thought I was going to have to have the seats taken out to get it cleaned but Diamond did an amazing job in no time and for a very reasonable cost. They genuinely cared about the quality of the cleaning and giving me the best deal for my needs. I bought the car new 6 years ago and I swear it looks and smells just as good after that cleaning as it did the day I bought it! They really are the best and I am a customer for life.

Never will go there again. Paid 15 dollars to have my interior vacuumed and windows cleaned. Barely opened the door and asked the guy if he even did anything. His reply was, oh the carpet is hard to vacuum. Then he grabbed the vacuum again and lightly coasted over a three inch spot and looks at me like he did something. Never bothered to even move the seats the get anything underneath them. Poor service! When I called to ask for a refund, was met with attitude!
