Their carwash tore the gasket off my windshield, allowing water to pour into my car from the top.The manager said "I'm sure your dealership can fix it." The GM said "we will not do anything to fix it, it was faulty before." I've never had water come into my car and the gasket was not ripped off prior to entering the carwash... Please spend your money somewhere else!

I have been using this place for several years. They were formerly known as Green Lantern Car Wash. it's the best combination of price and quality that I have been able to find. There are other places that can do more advanced car detailing, but they also cost at least three times as much.

Spent 40$ on their ultimate package, with a wipe down and interior cleaning. I watched my truck go into the cleaning bay, sat there and didnt get wiped down, watched some of the most inefficient car cleaning I have ever seen in my life. I watched 6 different people wash the same window...wondering what in the hell was going on. Management needs to get the efficiency under control or they're going to lose Ultimate cleans. Had a membership here. I cancelled that day.

The Car wash broke my mirror and guys spent my car cleaning time trying to get mirror back in but failed to tell me what happened and manager has yet to fix it. When they gave me my car back they told me what happened. I didn't realize they hadn't cleaned my car until I got on the road and saw fingerprints all over the windows. When I got home I saw how dirty the car was inside and out and called the car wash. When I went back the manager on duty tried to tell me the damage was there before the car wash and that I had to come back when the general mgr. Was there. I've been back twice and he's never there. I had to duct tape it back together for now

Poor quality all the way around. If you havent ever been to a car wash like this before, or it's just near you and convient. Then you probably think its the best or at least average. In my case and my experience with them. They are well behind other car washes and detail places of this sort. I had to go threw three times just to get something i could easily wipe with my hand off, with little to no pressure. Which their soaps and brushes or even dryers should have blown off. The detail. Lets just say dont waste your time. Also they have a bunch of rude unprofessional teenagers and or early to late 20 yr. olds running the place. I wouldnt recommend wasting your money here.

I have been to this car wash twice now. The first time was great. They did a fast and awesome job on my vehicle. Yesterday was the 2nd experience. Maybe it was my fault for going close to closing time but when we got back in the vehicle there were obvious signs that they rushed thru the vehicle. Middle row seats still had dried liquid from something being spilt on them that wasn't even touched. So I explained to one of the workers that I wasn't trying to complain but...come on. He said okay, no problem. They would go through it again and look to see what else was needed. Then he said okay, all done. Well, it was not much better. If I could post a picture I took to go along with this, someone would definitely be in trouble by a manager......

Decided to try this place out for the first time. I get there after it’s cleaned and my car is parked with keys in the ignition and running which it was for least an hour. I look inside and car is filthy. They did not clean cup holders dash and did a half vacuum job. The manager did make sure it was re done but overall Not impressed!!

They didn't tell me that they no longer cleaned the inside of your car I paid for the most expensive car was and my car was still dirty after the car was. Unfortunately I didn't know it was so dirty until I got home and it's quite a distance from me. I won't be back that's for sure

Prices range from $8-$16 for car wash. Interior Detailing is extra. Normally a very quick and easy experience, I usually opt for the Ultimate wash and get the 48-hour clean car guarantee. Also utilize the interior detailing a few times a year and have not complaints. Just recently added an express lane for "club" members.

We live in the country. This car wash is the first wash that actually cleaned our car well (and we have tried car washes from Missouri to Wyoming)! The service was exceptional and the price was affordable. We will be making the three hour trip to Liberty just to visit this wash again!

I've been washing at this location for over two years without any issues. However, yesterday, I received two dents on the back of my truck bed. The same size of dent, on BOTH sides of the bed. This was a BRAND NEW truck! Be very careful taking your vehicle here! They have the pressure set way too high on the brushes that slam into your vehicle. I now have a bill for $165 in repair costs.

I have been a LOYAL Patron for well over 5 years - I pay the $129 mo for full service car wash - for the 3rd week in a row I have been told on a Monday & today Tuesday - Not peak times such as Sat or Sunday that if I want my interior of my car cleaned ( which I paid for ) it will be 90 minutes - To start with, I have NEVER until now ever spent 45 min waiting - and the fact they have 3 Gossiping Little Girls Down in the Hut that Cars pull in to check in and a shortage of cleaners in the Detail Bays screams poor management - how about one girl ring in the New Customers and the other two help clean the small amount of Cars that seems to be a Struggle ? Next - the Kids are paid $8.25 - $8.50 Hour ..... you wonder why you have a labor shortage ? Part time Cashiers at Target make $14 a hour It is obvious that Green Lantern / Charlie’s Car Wash’s poor Management and low wages have caught them

Normally I don't ever write reviews but I seriously just waited a FULL HOUR just for a dry off and tire shine after the wash was done an hour.... UNACCEPTABLE. Only 2 cars in the bay in front of me. I came here because it's supposed to be fast and convenient. It was everything but that. Wash was pretty good but damn I don't think I'll return as a customer, I'll. Just donut myself for half the time and a quarter of the cost.

If I could rate this business a zero I would. There is zero difference in the services between the premium packages and the basic ones. DO NOT waste your money with the extras as it’s a complete farce. If the place is busy you can expect substandard service as volume is the only concern for them.

I signed up for their quick pay service and was very pleased with how organized and easy the process was to get my rfid sticker and into the car wash. I opted to do the tire shine and I knew that it was going to be some waiting time in the bay. Mia (sp?) was my first interaction once inside the bay and she was very pleasant and cheerful. She told me it would be a few minutes, and as I already knew this, I wasn’t in a hurry. There was a gentleman in a lane two away from me who was.... the say the least, being a horses rear. Because he did not plan his time accordingly I assume, the world needed to stop what they were doing, and service him before everyone else. I’m sorry, but don’t make it everyone else’s fault because you didn’t allot enough time in your “busy” day. The guy was extremely rude, yelled at Mia (cause obviously it’s her fault

Yesterday my husband and I went here and opted to have the ‘super’ interior and exterior service on both of our vehicles. While there, we did wait for probably close to 30+ minutes, but there was a place to sit and wait and be comfortable. During my wait I witnessed a woman complaining for going on 10 minutes causing a delay in others service because she seemed unpleasable. Despite being fussed at and falling behind the staff remained so pleasant. Both my car, as well as my husbands, came out the cleanest they ever have (cleaner than having it dealer detailed). The inside was spotless! Not even a strand of dog hair was to be seen and I have tried countless times to get all of my fur babies hair out of my carpets. All in all, this place is priced more than fair for the quality of service you receive. The staff being friendly and happy to see I was a satisfied made it an even better experience. I’m a loyal customer from here on out! Thank you, Charlie’s.

I was staying at the Hampton Inn right behind Great Lantern and noticed my SUV had what appeared to be scratches on my bumper and I freaked out and they immediately saw that it was not scratches but some crazy tar crap that spread all over my bumper, they got on their hands and knees and cleaned it right off! I go here every other week to get my car cleaned and I freaking love it, quick and a very keen attention to detail. Though if you do come here during a rush prepare to wait and also the attention to detail will diminish while they are rushing to push cars through the bays. They have a convenient store inside with car care amenities and a bathroom for you to utilize while you wait.

Will not be coming back ever. Took my car for a carwash and the pressure washer took a chunk off my paint. All they said was it was not their fault and my car just had paint that was not correctly bonded. It's a new car and yet the paint is not properly bonded . Don't be surprised when you lose a chunk of paint and they will just tell you that your paint is bad so iuu rd not their fault. What a joke.

I had 30 minutes of my lunch break left and this past weekend we hauled a Christmas tree in the back of my SUV so I wanted to get the interior cleaned since we had needles everywhere. I figured 30 minutes would be ample time to get it cleaned but wow was I wrong. I checked my receipt and I pulled in at 12:34. I did not leave until 1:10. And that was because I finally ran out of time and had to go back to work and told them don't bother finishing the job. I paid an extra $2 for the back cargo area to be vacuumed since we had pine needles in it but he never got around to it because I had to go back to work. That was a waste of money. I never imagined it would take longer than half an hour to vacuum and clean the windows. Definitely won't be going back again.

Horrible car wash. We paid for the Ultimate wash and the rinse didn't rinse the soap off and we have streaks and spots all over the car. There is nowhere to dry the car and no drying rags available. The $17 wash is a waste of money since you have to rewash your car somewhere else or at home. Don't waste your time or money.

Awesome place! Their monthly plan the superwash, is 30.00 per month with unlimited car washes! The tunnel ( what I call the automated car wash tunnel) Does a fantastic job and I am happy each time. The car wash off north oak near dunkin donuts, is 20.00 per month, saving you 10 dollars per month. I haven't tried their service yet, but will. Saving 120.00 per year. Green lantern is open year round, even when it snows, moved from Florida, and that to me blows my mind. Lol

I got the unlimited pass. No regrets. The service is great and the car washes actually use the right balance of soap. It is really busy near the weekends, but there is a nice seating area (inside and out) and never takes too long. This is the best car wash business I have ever experienced.

Interior cleaning here is awful. They take forever and you will get your car back still covered in dust that could’ve easily been wiped off with a rag. They don’t even use any cleaner, just a dry microfiber. For 35$ I don’t expect perfection but I do expect clean. I’ve brought my suv here at least once a month for about six months but I just can’t handle the mediocrity anymore, even though the location is convenient. Bottom line, don’t bother unless you have incredibly low expectations.

It's a great car wash, it has brushes and rollers and fabric strips to clean your car so it really does a good job. They also do the interior which I found if your car is really dirty you don't want to go there, but if it's clean and it just needs to be tidied up that's a great place to go.

Got my car washed on 3-30-2018 at the Olathe location . While in the wash the machine broke a piece of side mounding off the door on the passenger side of my 2006 Cadillac DTS. The car is in very good condition for its vintage . There are no loose panels , parts etc. I noticed the damage and they did in fact find the damaged part in the wash tunnel. They said they would review and let me know . I figured not a big deal just part of the process. Well today 4-4-2018 Jason from Green Lantern contacted me to tell me they refuse to repair the damages they caused . He said that the “ double sided tape GM used is it fault “ . I did not realize he was an adhesives expert? So I contacted my legal counsel and he intends bring about a remedy . I guess the folks at the car wash have decided they think they can release themselves from liability because they say so?? Unfortunately they don’t understand torte law as there has never been a court that has upheld a release from liability either via contract or inferred . I would have preferred they just make the simple repair and move on but this path was their choice and if we do indeed end up in a courtroom I will have no choice but to seek further damages for legal fees , lost Work time and actual damages . Sorry guys but I have used your wash multiple times with the same car with no issue for months now and this is how loyal you are to your customers . Won’t be going back and suggest the public be careful who you do business with. This could have been resolved for probably less than a $100 part but instead they flatly refuse to take care of their liability . A real shame.

Car wash is good, but the employees that clean the inside of your car are bad. I had to wait a long time until they cleaned up the inside and my car wasn't even that dirty. After they were done, there was cleaner all over my dash and it never got wiped up. When I asked one of the employees to clean it up, she seemed like it was the end of the world. I understand that these workers are young and they're trying to make a little bit of money, but this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

Finally able to get my car detailed and very dissatisfied with it. Guy took all of 10 minutes and I had to come home and clean it myself.... 35$ for what? I will go elsewhere next time. Big disappointment.

SLOW!!! I have a membership, which I’m going to cancel. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go, I’ve literally been quoted 45 minute wait for interior services. It’s ridiculous. I completely expect that type of wait on a Saturday afternoon, but I just left there (it’s Wednesday evening at 7pm) and I was quoted 45 minutes. By the way, there were ONLY 3 cars in the bay. How can they be so slow!! I have kids, I have things to do. I can’t wait that long for them to vacuum my car. Don’t bother!!

This is the best carwash I have ever been to. For $35, you can have your car cleaned and detailed. I went here the other day and afterwards there wasn't a spec of dust in my car. 3 people detailed it at a time so I didn't have to wait long. I highly recommend this place.

Brought my car in to get interior cleaned a few weeks ago, it is a two seat car. Not only was the job done poorly, dust on dash and window sprayed but not wiped down, but when I got home I noticed two cuts on the seat. I called, came back in and had a report filed that Friday. I was told i would get a call back with a resolution to the issue by Tuesday at the latest, I had to call them back Wednesday and was told to bring it in again too be looked at. Brought it back in and was told to wait until Tuesday again... I did wait until Friday, 3 days after I was told I would be contacted, (which I had to call again), at this point I was told that the damage done to the car was probably done while it was being cleaned (No ****) but they tried to blame it on the age of the car (1999), and told me they were not to be held responsible. Not only was it a fight to get them too do anything on their part, but they admitted that it probably happened during the service but because my car is older it is my fault. What a joke, 14 dollars turns into a 400 dollar head ache because of their incompetence.

Have to say I'm pretty disappointed with the interior. This is the 2nd time I've had the interior service and the console doesn't even look like they wiped it down. The whole reason I pay they to do the interior is to get the grime off the console. Probably won't pay $40 anymore. I can just run a cloth over everything for free.

After visiting this car wash for the first time both of my husbands bumper lids popped out. Although they were able to find them, one is completely broken and will have to be replaced. No refund was offered and all we were told was to be more careful the next time. There will defenitely not be a next time for us. All this car wash offers is a headache.

Prices have gone up while the quality of service has gone down. Getting your tires shined is an extra $5 for their top package. However the last few trips to the Olathe location they no longer wipe the door jams and I was amazed to see bird droppings still on my bumper that wasn't cleaned off, paying $42 for full service, I think making sure bird droppings were cleaned off would be part of the service, unless that's an additional charge too.

I got the Ultimate Car Wash and I was told they would get the back hatch for $2 more... They failed to clean the door jambs and the glass had smudge marks all over the windows. For $46 you think I would have gotten a little cleaner of a car I was disappointed this time.

I paid for the maximum service. My vehicle was not clean inside when I left and due to limits on my time I could not stay to have them redo. I found further areas the next day which hadn't been touched. They are rushing through the job too much and not giving attention to detail. This is a DETAILING service! This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I do not live in town so the 48 hr guarantee does no good.

The guy at the cashier booth did not give me a receipt, so once I got inside and was waiting for my car to be cleaned I asked the manager if I could receive a receipt. I was told that they could not give me one. I spent $35 for a car wash that was not done correctly, still dirt on the car and inside the car.

This place has really gone downhill since the new ownership/name change. The price for the Works went up $10 (ridiculous increase...) and the quality went wayyyy down. It took them forever to clean my husbands truck when they weren't even busy and it doesn’t even look like they wiped down the inside. If I wasn’t going out of town I would go back and complain in person and have them re-do it. I’m only giving 2 stars because they at least made it look a little better than when we brought it in... however they did about a $20 job. Not a $47 job. Our previous experiences have not been this poor...disappointing.

This car wash sucks. Beating my car senselessly with automated slappy rags doesn't clean the bugs off at all. My side mirrors were still filthy and there was still dirt in the wheel wells. They have an attendant to put a bag on your rear wiper but I guess having one to take the bag off is too much to ask... so you see people driving around town with bags on their rear wipers that fall off and litter our community. The automated machine up the street at the Phillips station does a better job. Best find somewhere better to clean your vehicle.

They are not very thorough. They will eventually get your car clean, that is.... after you repeatedly point out all of the missed areas. Some of the staff is super friendly but 7th ge other half are not interested in being there. Let alone making sure your car is clean.

I was there last night 4/10/18 and had a regular car wash as well as an interior clean. I normally pay for the $14 but last night I decided to try the $10. So after I got in the car I noticed it wasn’t cleaned, I called to complained. I brought my car right back and was told I selected the tire shine $10 instead. So the manger told me I can pay the $10 to get my interior clean. I paid $14 instead to have my car clean since I already spend the extra $10 on something I didn’t need because it was going to rain in 2 days according to the forecast. I felt bad for complaining the first time around so I didn’t even checked and since they always do a good job cleaning I just left. This morning I took the car to work and noticed how terrible the back of my car looked. I have young kids and they do kick on the back of the chair that’s why it need cleaning. I know it’s not a car detailing place so I don’t expect squeaky but this is unacceptable. I have called and talked to the manager and offer to send him photos but was told he has no way of receiving them. He will look at the camera and couch the person working on the vehicle. I have canceled me monthly car wash plan and will take my business where I am not just a number.

I just left the place. Took a car in primarily to have the interior cleaned. Paid my money and went through the car wash. Pulled up to have the interior cleaned and went inside. At that time, I leaned that there were 14 cars ahead of me and only two people cleaning the interiors. After 15 minutes and no cars finished, I asked for my money back. I only got back what I paid for the interior cleaning. They had two people taking the money, one person at the cash register, one in a back room and a guy that looked like a manager standing and watching everyone else work. I’ve been a fairly regular customer but this is enough to cause me to look around.
