The car wash was $10. Which for us was fine. But, what's not find is still having dirty windows afterwards and the whole back of our car was still filthy. We called once we'd pulled away out into the sun to see this. No one answered the phone. There was a young lady on duty, because she'd come out and asked if we needed any help. Well, we needed the help After the wash was over, and she was nowhere. Awful, just a waste of money! I was contacted by the owner of this car wash, and he was very friendly. Offered to send coupons via text to have us return to the car wash for better service. Thank you so much for that. As a customer, it means a lot.

There's always one stall with a cone in it. I could understand if it was other stalls too..but... It's the same stall. You know the one. Says "The Heat" above it.

Got the most expensive wash there was thinking it would be the best one… yet I leave with a scratched up Truck and still dirty vehicle… there goes $12 and money towards trying to either buff out or cover up the scratches down the side of my truck! I think I'll stick Other car washes from here on out! I learned my lesson the hard way hopefully you don't have to!

Basic no touch car wash dont worry about paying anything extra than the lowest tier wash because it does the same thing which is leave your car 100% wet and with soap on the sides.

Do not use the pre soak on your paint. It actually ate off my paint on the plastic parts like the trim. Otherwise everything else is good. The soapy water comes out warm which is great and also has spot free rinses. The vacuums work great as well

Doesn't give you hot water to wash off the bugs. You get like 25 seconds a quarter after the first 2 minutes . When I first starting coming here to wash my truck I got hot water and my truck would get cleaned now it's half way clean if even that. On the dog wash it's $5 so basically $1 per minute. That didn't bother us so much the first couple of times washing our dog, because you got soap, but now it gives you soap the first 30 seconds the rest of the time it's just water. Doesn't matter if you switch it to cream rinse or which one it's just water. Bring your own soap. It's convenient but your not getting what you pay for on the soap.

Yall got state of the art equipment took me 30 min to wash wax an rinse my semi.. only thing I'd suggest would put expansion metal or something on the bottom of the walk plank when i stood up i hit my back on the corner of it. Il definitely be back very satisfied

In my opinion it the best one in the area. And about the only one I can get my class 7 truck into for washing. Not usually any wait time with multiple manual lanes as well as an automatic lane. Usually clean but usually no one on site for problems. Check your hoses before putting money in as twice I have found broken hoses.

Ran my card to wash bugs off the front. Ran it for only 2-3 minutes, and it charged my card $15. Total RIP off!!!! I pushed the stop button like 6 times and it wouldn't stop. Not happy at all!

I have been going here for years and loved that they had a dog wash, but it is steadily going down hill. The last THREE times or more I have been there to wash my dogs I have had to have the maintaince people help me or return my money. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the guy is nice. Today was the last straw it smelled like sewer and gas to the point, it almost knocked me out. I put my 5 dollar bill in and it registered $4.75. Not only are my dogs and I being exposed to some nuclear waste I can't get the damn machine on again. I will not be back! After 6 years of washing my dogs there at least every 2 weeks I will just do it in my tub or pay a groomer! This is BS when you the girl to get ahold of the poor maintance man she has total attitude! My dogs deserve better. As far a car wash go to Sapp bros for less money and better wash.

Well maintained. Equipment properly operates. Definently get your money's worth...updated 12/5/18....dog wash never seems to be working. Last time I had change get stuck. When I saw a maintenance man, he acted rude like I ruined his day. After examining the machine for several minutes, I guess he felt I wasnt a liar and politely refunded my money back. Changing 5 star to a 3.

My favorite car was in Junction City so far. I've only been here a couple of times, but my experience has never been bad. The lanes always seem to be clean and the pressure guns and foam scrubbers have always worked just the way they are supposed to. I'll continue to go here and give an update if anything changes. So far it has been a great experience.

Great automatic and self-wash car washes. Self-wash bays can also accommodate semis and large boats on their trailer (saw a large pontoon party barge in one before). There are several vacuum areas and also a separate pet wash that is inside. Very nice and clean business.

Pulled into a bay to wash my vehicle and someone previous to me had slipped a quarter in the credit card slot, so it didn't work. Only minutes later was it fixed and ready to go. The attendant was speedy, friendly and courteous.

I was using the hose to wash my vehicle, you have to start off with $2, after you put your $2 in the timer starts. If you want to add more minutes you obviously have to put more money in. Their money machine kept spitting my dollars out. I washed my car for about 2 minutes, and I believe I had four or five minutes to start with, I wanted more time so I tried adding more dollars. As the machine kept spitting my money out I was losing time spraying soap off of my car. Read the instructions if you use any type of card. The timer resets itself and you are charged more. YOU HAVE TO HIT THE STOP BUTTON. I would like to add their automatic wash is pretty good that's why I gave this a 2-star. EDIT: I edited my original post because I didn't proof read and rushed through it. If you are using cash, plan on how long you think it will take, use bigger bills and do not use 1 dollar bills.
