Don't use this wash. My stock rim was ruined (see photo), so I filed a report. Before Donna even saw the report she left me a VM (see photo) stating that they are not responsible for after market rims. I told her I found it concerning that she was telling what they could not cover without even seeing the report. She refused to send me video of the wash. Needless to say terrible customer service. Fact of the matter is my wheels are covered under my warranty I was just looking for my $8 back, if Donna would have listened to me at all I would have told her that. #terribleownership #terribleservice #cardamage #donnadoesntlisten

I really hate giving poor reviews, but I feel like this one is warranted. This car wash ripped my luggage rack off my car, which of course damaged my car as well. I have a small compact sedan and it has never been an issue in the past with other car washes. The employee stated that the hydraulic system failed and that it didn't grant additional clearance for my car. To add insult to injury... my car didn't even come out clean. After filing a claim, I have no resolution despite the employees admitting that there was a failure in the system... I wasn't even offered a refund for the wash that didn't clean my car, but damaged it instead.

I give the South KC location 3 stars just because it's convenient. The car was for $10 didn't come close to getting all the bugs from my car, and there's still plenty of other spots of dirt. The 'self detailing areas' are just vacuums that cost $1 for 4min, and no more. They have a car mat shampooer, but it's not plugged in so I assume it's not functioning. Lastly, I'm almost positive the employees park their cars in the vacuum spot, because there were two spots with no one in the vehicle, not outside the vehicle, but their were two employees working. Alas, this was not the car wash for me. There's construction going on for what could be better detailing areas, but time will tell.

I was aligned on the line for $10 car wash and in the middle of the wash, my car ran out of line and has struck in the middle. A car was approaching me from the back. It was a dangerous thing. The beard guy who works there really helped me. And the bumper on the front passenger side was damaged. I won’t be going there anymore.

It would leave my car shiny and paint looking new. I've been going there since it opened. However, I feel like maybe it's never been cleaned since it then. I know the brushes have been replaced a couple times, but other than that it's absolutely filthy. The last time I was there, the whole place smelled like mildew and my car was even dirtier than it was when I went in. It has progressively gotten worse these past few months. Also, if you have the monthly washes deal, there is no way to upgrade the wash and it's insanely annoying. Sometimes I want a deep scrub, not just a basic rinse. But if it stays this dirty, I'll probably stop going here anyway.

The overall wash was fine, but it didn't touch the front of my bumper. Still dirty, not okay for a $10 car wash. Also, as per other reviews, I expected a free vacuum with a car wash. Wrong. When I told an employee I had read they had free vacuums with a wash, i was told that has never applied here. I had to pay $1 for 4 min. Also, the vacuums aren't any good. The crevice one doesn't suck anything and the big one is too big to pick up anything really embedded in the carpet. I won't be coming back. Don't waste your time.

What's Awesome: *Price - starts at $3 and goes up to $10 (I think). I bought the $5 wash which is everything but wheels and wax. *Overall Wash - It did a great job of cleaning my car which had some 3 day old bird doo on it. What's Not Awesome: *Blue Terry Cloth Rollers - you know, those rollers that "scrub"/abuse your car. There are gentler ways to wash a car. *Washing Jets From Hell - go through here too often and you'll be waxing often. *Drying- Not a huge complaint but it should push your car through the drier a bit slower. I had huge streaks of water, the length of my car, down both sides. Overall, it was good. I won't go back very often in part because of the rollers and in part because of the multiple close power washers.

Went directly back to 103 Wash.showed employees : filled out incident from. AND EMPLOYEES REFUSED TO GIVE NAME OR PHONE # of OWNER. They said owner would call mid-week. Now it is Friday 6 pm and have not heard anything.. I was told by a equipment serviceman that the rags that drag across vehicle can pick up dirt and etc. and drag it from car to car, Because there is no spray that cleans rags between cars. BUYER BEWARE !!!

First time going through a carwash in kc mo. The tunnel is very dirty at this wash. The triple color foam is barely working. Actually its a single color foam, driver side only foamer. The bug goo does not work. He sent me through twice.. I pulled over to scrub the bugs off myself and they told me I had to leave the property because they dont allow you to park on their lot. I can understand to a degree bc the quality of the wash is subpar, they are going to have a lot of people parked scrubbing their own bugs - whatnot. If they find a way to keep people on their lot they might seem busier and get a better reputation. Get a vending machine and sell bug wipes and towels. Finally their final rinse really smells rotten. Like rotten eggs. Im not sure what they've done to the water to get it to smell like that but its not good. Sorry 103. Hope you guys figure it out.

Fast, easy, don't have to leave your vehicle. Pay the kiosk with cash, change or credit card. If you have a hitch then you might not get super clean in the rear. Be advised of the disclaimers (see pictures in this review). Brushes and whipping clothes make contact with vehicle. Didn't do great on my wheels but I'm satisfied for the time and money.

Cheap automatic car wash! $5 for a general clean, $8 for tire protect and $10 for full service. There are two lanes but be weary of Saturdays because it’s location makes turning from state line into the car wash difficult. They take cash or card and there is an option to for a membership. Most the time you have to turn right when leaving (turning towards state line) so be aware of that as well. The car wash did a great job and my car still looks good even after a bit of rain.

I have a small Acura TL, So the wash cleaned the car fairly well. The wash did run $10, which i was willing to pay. Don't expect an immaculate clean, I suggest washing the car to remove the bulk of the dirt and etc, then go home and touch up the missed spots.

Great car wash in the middle of the city! This place has reasonable fuel prices (no diesel) and if you purchase a wash, it'll give you a fuel discount. 10¢ off per gallon for the $10 wash, 8¢ off per gallon for the $8 wash, and 5¢ off per gallon for the $5 wash. I drive a full-sized truck so if I need fuel and a wash, this is my place of choice. Just be advised that this is a ride through wash; it isn't a BP Waterway.

Great service, normally came in to do a quick express wash, this time decide to go full service, $35”Showroom” package takes you a long way. Car was perfect in and out! Strongly recommend to try it!
