I have given this place a lot of chances to prove to me they want my business. Time and time again, they let me down. Each time, a lack of attention to detail. I pay extra to get the inside cleaned. Each time, I find the easiest things to clean left untouched. Anyone saying they have attention to detail has got to be blind or they clean their car every other day so no dirt has time to gather. It seem that they are more concerned about the appearance of the building than the quality of product they put out. Spend some money on attracting and keeping quality people.

I got an interior detail at the OP location. The interior was cleaned and shampooed. Most of the stains were removed. However, they left the steering wheel messy on the underside.....when I grabbed the steering wheel I was left with black (smoker slime). Otherwise the car was cleaned rather nicely. From an appointment and scheduling business process stand point I would say more training is needed so all the team players are on the same page. There was confusion when I bought the service online and what I was told on the two visits I made to the shop to get/schedule services done.

NEVER GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR VACUUMED! I had recently had a new rear window replaced. I didn't notice that they hadn't vacuumed up all the glass! I'm temporarily disabled due to needing 2 new joints replaced, so it's quite difficult for me to vacuum my car. Yes, the window installing company was notified, but it was too far away to drive back there. So I drove it to this carwash & pointed out where there were pieces of glass to 2 employees & I was assured they'd take care of it. I'm glad I pulled over to check before I drove off, & they hadn't vacuumed out the glass. I spoke w the manager & the guy i told about it apologized. He had me pull into the garage where a young man vacuumed it out agsin, very slowly.. I had to be somewhere & didn't check the trunk. Today i cut a finger on a piece of glass STILL left in my car! There are several pieces along a seam in trunk & also in the back seat cracks!! Oh, the manager said I would have to pay $50 bucks for the deluxe cleaning! I couldn't believe it! No way! They couldn't do the simple job of vacuuming twice already! Why come in & pay $50 bucks for a job that should've already been done!! A bad customer service offer & staff! Please train your "matter of fact" managers to be more understanding w their customers & see to it the employees have a meeting & training of vacuuming correctly! Wasn't worth my wasted 22 dollars!!!!!

OP Location: They advertise an inexpensive wash and soft towel dry. I discovered that sometimes inexpensive = cheap. Let the buyer beware. When my car wash was done, they just waived me out, no drying off at all. I called and asked about their services, and was told that they changed their policy, they only dry cars off that pay for the high $$ wash. That is not what was advertised when I pulled into the building. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the actual car wash was shoddy at best. The front of the car wasn't washed at all. And I have spots all over my car, because they wouldn't dry it. The only thing they did right was give me my money back. I am disappointed because this car wash is about 3 minutes from my home. I'll be driving 10-15 minutes to the other side of town from now on so that I can get a professional quality car wash. My car deserves that much...

First time customer today. Not impressed with the costumer service (I recognize it’s a little chilly out). Decent exterior wash for $18. Disappointed in the interior plus service. My interior wasn’t terrible, but I couldn’t notice any difference after getting in my vehicle. My leather seats were left wet from the mats, and it didn’t look like any effort was made to vacuum. The dashboard was also still visibly dusty with dust and dog hair. Unfortunately, I’m not sure it was worth the $33 together plus a tip.

Full service interior cleaning. However like most auto washes the car still had a lot of spots on it and didn't get all the bird poop from the car with the Big Splash wash. I think if you could wash it by hand really well first then this would be the place to take it for regular light cleaning.

I have used this car wash quite a few times and have been very pleased every time I’ve been here. The wash does a great job of getting my car clean, along with the free towels that I can use to really buff it clean. Today it was so dirty from all of our recent rains and snow and it needed some attention. I ran it throug the car wash and then used the provided *free* towels and microfiber towels to really get my car shining again! I highly recommend this car wash!

Went there for Big Splash+Interior PLUS service. We are highly disappointed. Exterior was fine but the interior was below average. There was dust inside and ultimately I bought a multipurpose cleaner and microfiber cloth and cleaned it by myself. Don’t waste your hard earned money people. It’s not worth it. $30 they charged plus I gave a tip $5 without even seeing my car from inside(that’s so dumb of me) But all in all my Sunday got wasted and ended up doing the car wash by myself!

We drove from Seattle to Kansas and our car was a discusting baked on bug graveyard. I had no hope of it coming off at a quickie car wash. But then again, I didn't count on this crew! Especially the young lady, Maddie. She came over and asked if she could run it thru AGAIN at NO COST! Then scrubbed the front until the last carcass was gone. What a well managed operation. I called to express my glee and the manager, Zane Snipes was just as professional and friendly as his staff. I wish they had a Splash Car Wash in Seattle.

I live by KCI Airport and work in Overland Park, KS. I used to pass Big Splash Car Wash every day on my way to work and decided to try their early bird special one day. They are now the ONLY car wash and detailing service that I use. If you are looking for a great car wash or detail job, this is the place to go!! Caleb is the Detail Manager and I just had my vehicle detailed there again last week. He came and got my car from work and brought it back to me on time! It looks FANTASTIC! 2 out of 5 stars because 2 out of 5 times there is an issue with this place. I do have a monthly plan and have been disappointed too many times. Unfortunately I'm a driver for a delivery company and have to maintain a clean vehicle, inside and out. The wash is decent. The vacuums are decent. Ahhh. Blah.

Automatic car wash does a pretty good job. The manual pre-spray by the attendant is hit and miss - sometimes very thorough, other times very meager. The spinning brushes usually don't reach the entire back of the car, leaving whip marks in the grime.

Customer service is a priority. I called ahead of time to see if they accepted GSA credit cards before I made the drive out of the way and was told they did. Upon arrival, the machine did not take it. The supervisor/manager handled the situation without hesitation. Not often do people in management positions take positive action without questions. I will definitely return here with my personal car.

I've never had a more unprofessional experience at a customer service related business in my life. I was sold a monthly membership and then after a month and a half, they terminated my membership because I requested not to place their sticker on my brand new vehicle. The process was working perfectly fine prior to their request and I was even told that the sticker was not needed at the time of purchase as long as I kept it in my vehicle. They took my sticker from me and did not explain what was going on. I went inside to speak to a member of the staff and the manager of all people, told me they terminated my membership and did not request that I still return to their business. This individual was an absolute embarrassment to the organization.

1st off I'm a real person. FB- Cortez Carter. I gave this car wash 4 star because they aren't perfect but pretty much close. I brought my ladys car in, which was a complete mess. they spent 30 minutes cleaning the inside of that thang till it looked brand new. SMH~~~ UNBELIEVABLY jacked up customer service!!! I had leaves and snow in my windshield wiper well. Now in the past, I've taken my cars to Waterway and Belfonte in this condition and they were able to get it all out. So I had no reason to doubt this place could do it as well. As I went thru the carwash I suspected the snow and leaves we're not all out based on how many blew out during the wash. When finished, I pulled into a vacuum cleaner bay to inspect my car and noticed there was still a good couple inches of snow and several leaves in my windshield wiper well. Some of the leaves had even blown up underneath my windshield wipers. During my inspection, I also noticed that the whole top of my car still had a highly visible filthy film on it. I went in to explain the situation and asked if I could go through the carwash one more time with them focusing on the wiper well and roof. When I went in, nobody was at the cashier desk, however, there was a tall skinny blonde kid and a shorter black kid, both of which were employees, slowly walking and chatting as they were walking towards the cashier desk. They both saw me there because they both looked at me as they were chatting and casually strolling towards me. Finally when they finished their conversation, the tall skinny blonde kid ask me if I needed something. I explained the situation to him and offered for him to come take a look at my car. When he got out there, he explained to me that the water does not always melt the snow. Well I knew that was not true, so I tried to explain to him that the water is warmer than the snow. If he blows the water in the window well, it's going to melt the snow and blow out the leaves. Instead what he did was take his hand and scoop snow out of the window well which just got my car dirty in the areas where the leaves and snow hit my car. I showed him the top of my car and he just said "oh yeah, I can see that"... At that point I again asked him if I could go thru the car wash. He told me no. The water is not going to melt the snow. I again tried to explain to him that the water is going to be warmer than the snow and so therefore it will, but I don't think he got that. When I asked him again if I could go through the carwash, he said his manager was walking through the carwash with another employee. At this point I was so fed up with the customer service that I just shook my head got in my car and told him to forget it. I then tried calling and asking if I could speak to the manager. Now I personally saw 6 different employees there, none of which looked like a manager. So I don't know if the manager was one of those six or if he and the other employee were an additional 2. However, when I called, I let it ring several rings and got no answer and no voicemail. I hung up after about 8 rings. Obviously I don't plan on returning here and I definitely do not recommended this place. I feel it was a total waste of time and money.

I've been here a bunch until today everything was good, but today the washer roller ripped my wiper off and bent it up, and the manager told me that my truck was too old to cover replacing my BRAND NEW wiper blade. A 1996 Ford F-150 with 48000 miles on it

I brought the family through Big Splash to get the Colorado dust off of our car last week. They did an awesome job and were quick, nice and happy. We got the Tsunami Splash which, aside from making every part of the car shine, was quite entertaining for the kids. With 3 kids, I always appreciate the interior cleaning as well! Ok job, if theres an issue at the stand where u pay however it says call a phone number! And you and your car are already inside the building,with cars lined up behind you. After likely a bit too long of trying to figure out what i needed to do,realizing there was a phone number flashed over the info. On the page which was difficult to see,when i finally realized it ,the number was gone! Finally a human did show up at my window to help!. That said ..id had a good experience there last yr. But this time all the road dirt, bugs etc on my hood remained intact after the wash... Id give em another try,when my car doesnt have road trip bugs all over hood and grill.

This is my favorite car wash! Cheaper detail cost than anyone else I know. I will drive across town to take my cars here to be washed and/or detailed. Their quality is fabulous. Always plenty of attendants to work on every car. I recommend getting at least the basic interior cleaning- you won't be disappointed. Just had my seats cleaned after years of messy toddler and carseat abuse. Looks great! Multiple pricing options available to custom create the package you're interested in. Way less than the cost to detail your car anywhere else. *Plus, I ran out time and to leave for an appt. Back seat, which had been priority, was done. They told me to come back later to finish the front seat, which I am now waiting on. Amazing customer service!! Couldn't ask for better.

Their unlimited wash is a great deal and I love that their Waldo locations has mat cleaners, however their wash resulted in several dozen very small chips in the paint of my front left bumper. This is the risk you run at “soft touch” cloth style car washes and I paid the price.

Let me start by saying i meant to post this months ago but I'm also a blogger i posted about on my sight but not here. Anyways i love the car washes and the employees but my review is more for the owners. Ive been scoping these places for about two years and even met almost every employee and manager ive even met Jason who is very kind and funny. But You guys do not appreciate your employees its sad when you run through this much management and employees. Ive even talked to a few former ones that i see around. A happy employee makes a good business. There's so much potential in this company i would love to continue my business with y'all and to keep referring you to all My friends and family. Maybe talking positive to them and letting them know how well of a job their actually doing instead of putting them down and bitching so much. I love the way the employees work. More dedication in washing cars then i see in most other jobs. So show a little respect and appreciation. This is just my open and honest opinion. Keep up the good work and can't wait to see this place grow.

If the vacuums were attended to every few hours or maybe even at closing or before they open, then I wouldn't have to clean somebody else's trash out of the nozzle before I can use it. Sometimes the soap isn't filled??? and you get 1/2 of a car wash. Sometimes maybe less. If they could adjust a wash package to exclude the grease that coats your tires, that would definitely bump to 4 star rating. Updated review: Been using the monthly plan for 2 years. The Metcalf location is definitely the worst. Not enough vacuums and lately upon entering, I've been asked to update my card. The other locations didn't. One thing to their credit is the suction of vacuums has gotten better. As far as the car wash getting your car clean, well, it doesn't! Posted a picture of my tire right after I went through!

Buyer beware!!! The rail of the car wash will tear up your tires and rims. Management will refuse to cover the damages. Try paying for a $750 chrome clad rim because an employee wasn't paying attention and failed to guide you onto the rail correctly. I promise, you won't be returning again and neither will I.

After causing damage to my vehicle in the car wash the manager worked closely with me to identify the issue with the track. (I came in super early in the morning so we could run it through without water and he could see where it was pinching into my paint. He was working on fixing the issue and ended up leaving the job. The new GM (Adam) came in and handled business. Got everything repaired and even drove me to and from the body shop. Excellent customer service.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would! Trust me you're better off paying your next door neighbors dog $20 to wash your car, than coming here. Here's Why - 1. If you have a girlfriend or wife, don't let her come here alone! Even if she has a ring on her finger AND POINTS TO IT like I did, that certainly won't stop the managers from sexually harassing you and asking to "party" and hang out later... 2. My friend and I came through this wash and half way through, we heard a loud ripping noise! Once we got out to vacuum we noticed her back fender was ripped off and the paint was bent backwards from how VIGOROUS that wash is! I I've read through many other reviews of people complaining about the brushes in this wash screwing up the paint on their cars or doing other sorts of damage, and again not doing anything about it! How unprofessional. If I were you I wouldn't give this company a dime EVER IN MY LIFE. If you have a membership I would just cancel it now before your girlfriend or wife gets sexually harassed, or why not play it safe and end it before the wash completely f***s your car up!!!!!!!!! Thanks I really hope this review informs you and helps you make a decision of what car wash you want to go to!!!!!!!

I haven't been to this car wash in a while since it was called Splish Splash. Now it called Big Splash. When I pulled in I presented my Splish Splash card To the attendant that was helping and she informed me that the card was not able to be used because of a new owner & management is running the business. I then gave her $15 for a wash. When the wash was done I check to see the cleanliness of my vehicle. The back of the car was still dirty from all the salt coming from the ground because of the snow we've had lately. I went to go ask the attendant if manager was on because I just spent $15 to get my car cleaned. The manger that was on stated to me that a peice was broken and the wash was not able to get the back of the cars going through the was, This was a red flag for me. However they offered to run my car through again which I was okay with but it was a repeat of the first time I went through wash. The back of.my car was still dirty. I was told that it was nothing they could do until the part comes in for the wash. I wasn't offered a free wash the next time nor did I get a apology for spending money with this company and didn't get the service I wanted. I very upset because I had to go to the car was and wash it myself which was close to ten dollars.

They definitely don't pay attention to detail. I paid $30 to get my car cleaned inside and out. It took the guys about 5 minutes to clean the inside of my car. Then before I even had a chance to look it over. The guy stood on the inside of my door to let me know that he only makes $5/hour and that they take tips. My dash and steering column were still dusty and there was still a spot on my driver's side windowseal from when it last snowed. When I'm paying $30 I have a right to be nit-picky. I came from California where for $20 and your car looks amazing inside and out no matter where you went. II normally don't ever write reviews, but the employee asking me for a tip was just rude. I will continue to look for the right place to get a membership.

I like the convenience of this car wash, and it definitely cleans better than a spray only wash. I'm still disappointed from time to time when my car exits the wash with spots on the sides and dirt on the rear of the car. I seem to have better luck at speedy car wash, but I enjoy the interior cleaning options at big splash.

Was disappointed with my wash this past weekend. Bought the tounami splash plus interior plus. Total $33.00. Both side mirrors were smeared- not clean, sun reflected interior wipe smears on interior front windshield, had to redo them to due the smear glare affecting vision, did not clean cup holders, still had same dirt on some places on dash. Did not lift front arm rest to vacuum under under it. Exterior windows still had water spots all over. Floor mats soaking wet , I expected damp- not wet. Just moved back to the area, much better cleaning before. I won't be back. Better at a gas station car wash and doing swipes myself. I expected cleaner than I could do with my disabilities, not less.

Had to get vehicle cleaned up for trade it, so did a full set of the detailing options. The lead detail person went over what I want with me, was patience and listened well, and managed to squeeze me into line earlier so the car was done, from tsunami wash to full exterior and interior hand detailing in less that 2 hours. Results were outstanding! Car was show room ready, and they got several stains out of the upholstery to boot. Cost wasn't cheap, but neither was the work done, and price was pretty competitive with the current local market for the services rendered. Exterior was actually sparkly when they got done. Nice work fellas.

Easy, affordable, fast washes. The employees are helpful, too. I lost a part from my truck in the wash (it was loose -- not the car Wash's fault at all) and someone quickly retrieved it for me. There are handy vacs there, too, if you want to clean inside.

This carwash is pretty terrible. I'd rather drive to belfontes. The equipment here feels out dated. The entrance is terribly placed. The track that pulls you along is terrible. The spinning brushes were hitting my car so hard, that it folded my driver side mirror in, and then bent it up diagonally. The car wash supervisor attempted to provoke an altercation with an elderly customer. Manager Adam failed to respond to my complaint of poor quality wash. Although, this place charges extra to wash mats, they will not do it right. Big Splash does not clean the mats, when you do not watch everything they do. I received an excellent wash and lots of help using the washer for washing my mats for free at Tommy's at 107th and Roe.

First and only time coming here. I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. My antenna was completely bent and the car wash put a big dent in the side of my Jeep by the antenna. When I alerted the employees they didn’t care and when I got the managers attention he just told me I should have taken my factory antenna off. The dent repair is costing me 125.00 and hopefully I don’t have an issue with the paint down the road. I went to Mr Hotshine in Springfield all the time and never had a problem. Avoid this place.

The associates were friendly. However no where (that I can find on their website) states that they do not clean cloth seats, which is ultimately why I went there. They did talk me into the $35 interior cleaning package. Many missed areas and overall a waste of money even with their 5 day clean guarantee. They didn't do it right the first time so why bother coming back. Should have saved the money and done it myself as I would have done a much better job.

We spent $33 on car wash. Guy sprayed our car with soapy water. We put car in neutral and it took us through the entire car wash with nothing activated. We got to the end of the car wash with the same soapy water on the car. A man told us to drive around again. He put a card in the machine and our car was washed that time. When the man put the car in, he selected the cheapest choice. We had to wait and wait to get them to vacuum. Finally showed them our receipt. Back of SUV was totally ignored...no vacuum. I will go to their competition in the future.

Was in the area and in need of a wash and interior service so I decided to stop in here. Exterior wash was fine, but the signage at the end that’s supposed to guide you where to go was completely useless. The sign lit up to turn me out of the facility altogether and not to where I needed to go next. I stopped and turned around to try and get back to where I thought I was supposed to go, but it appeared as if I couldn’t get to it without either going back through the exit lane or back through the wash itself. Needless to say, ended up paying $20 for an exterior wash only and left frustrated that I didn’t actually get what I paid for. Won’t be returning to this place for any reason!

Five visit in last 30 days - 3 great clean and service, 1 time was closed due to equipment failure and the following day half the sprays didn't work. Had to hand wash at home. Built in a very compact space. Prices were reasonable and there were actual crew working on detailing cars. It might get confusing to where to head after getting the car wash if you're new to this place. If employees could stop crossing the exit way while a vehicle is coming out of the car wash would be much appreciated because the vehicle behind me was still on the belt and didn't wanted to get rear ended.

I was slightly disappointed in my experience at Big Splash today. All of the staff was VERY friendly. When I went to drop off my car and pay the cashier had problems figuring out how to ring me up. Also, I was asked if I wanted to buy a wash to go with my "complete detail". She said a wash doesn't come with it. I can't imagine that they would wax my dirty car? The website even says it comes with a wash. She was so nice that I didn't give her a hard time about it. I did appreciate her discounting my wash $5 for the inconvenience. When I picked up my car the interior looked great! I was very happy, as this was my main concern. The trunk could have been vacuumed out a little better though. When I got home I noticed that my wheel wells were still pretty dirty, and the crevices where my trunk opens were still filthy. There were also multiple spots of bugs and dirt left on my car. When you spend $197 (this includes $30 for fabric protectant) you expect your car to be pretty spotless. Everyone was very nice, but I think I probably won't go back for any higher dollar services.

good quality car wash with options for detailing/interior cleaning if you want it. free self-service vacuums afterwards if you'd rather do it yourself. The only thing I dislike is they have a person guiding the cars onto the "track" but it's loud and your windows are up so unless you've been there before, you may not realize they're telling you to put your car in neutral and stay off the brakes.

I wish I could agree with the good reviews but I went a week ago got the interior and ultimate deal gave a $10 tip got no thank you for it and my car was still dirty. I don't like to be confrontational or petty so I'm complaining here. Used to go here all the time when I was driving for uber and they did great. Not sure I'll go back now.

The basic car wash cleans your car up pretty good, but I must say the free vacuums have low and poor suction. And when the car wash is busy you'll find yourself waiting on a parking spot to vacuum your car.

This is one of the better automatic washes in town. Good price and the monthly unlimited wash club was worth the price. The interior cleaning was hit or miss depending on who was doing it, but that comes with the individual. I'd recommend Big Splash to anyone local.

Love the fact that it uses a conveyor belt system instead of the metal rails to guide your wheels through the wash. Metal rails are the fastest way to scratch up your wheels. Does a great job of cleaning the car as well.

Mike was awesome. I came in really needing my seats cleaned ASAP. He told me they had no openings left for next few days. I told him well idk when I’ll be able to bring it back, and he offered to do it himself right before he closed. That was awesome because most people would’ve just left it as what it was . Went here for the first time today and will not be returning. No one was working. Sat around for 5 minutes waiting for someone to guide me on the wash track only to discover they were just sitting inside on their phones. Same thing happened when I pulled forward for the interior cleaning. No one was around. One guy finally came out. Get off your phones and do your job! If a manager was even on duty they certainly weren't doing a good job of managing their employees. The wash was mediocre at best as well.

Had an incident here a few weeks ago in which the vehicle in front of me became lodged in the wash and the tracks pulled me right into the back of it. This caused some dents on the hood of my car. After filling out the paper work I was repeatedly told that this would be covered and corrected by the wash. Some time had passed and I heard nothing, so I called only to be told the Area Manager had denied the claim and was not responsible. I have attempted to contact this Area Manager and have not heard back. Ultimately I do not care why or how the vehicle in front of me became stuck, the tracks continued to pull me. There should be an automatic emergency shut down that occurs anytime something like this occurs. After continuously receiving the toss around from this company I have since cancelled my membership and have no intentions of ever returning. It is sad they would rather lose customers rather than correct an unfortunate situation.

Not a fan, the $8 wash didn't clean my car, no I have not been off roading..the manager put us back through the wash with the $18 one for free and that seemed to work. I don't pay $18 for a car wash anywhere else. We winter be back even though the staff were nice.
