I just want to give a hat's off to these guys for great customer service! I just come back from Michigan with my truck loaded with salt, hard packed snow, and ice. As I often do, I got the cheap wash and then came immediately around for the good one as I don't believe any wash should be a bit to get it clean in one shot. If it did it would certainly be very hard on the vehicle. When I reached the attendant for my second wash another employee came up to the truck to ask me what was wrong and asked if there was anything they could do better! I explained I intended to get two washes and did not expect. anything else. He replied he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied! Where do you see that level of service today?! Bravo!

This car wash can be dangerous at night if you wash your car alone or with someone. Guys have the tendency to lurk around this car wash and looking for someone to rob or take their car away or harm or kill someone at this car wash . It's best to not go after hours or be ready if you do .

This place is a hidden carwash gem. For $3.99 you get a fantastic wash, a scented piece of cork, a towel to dry your car, and free vacuum! This is by far the best automated carwash I have been to in the area. For me, it's worth the little trek I have to make to get there. The staff is always friendly.

I've been going to this car wash for a couple of years. The guys that work there are always friendly and accommodating. This time was no different. I do recommend if you wash your car often that you get the subscription. It's $20 for a month and you can get your car washed as many times as you like for no additional fee other than $1 for the Showroom Shine. I recommend that! They have vacuums available for your use and they even have a blow dryer! To freshen up your car's vents spray some Febreeze into your vents and then take the blower and blow it through the whole system. I had a strange odor coming through my vents even after changing the air filters. I sprayed a solution of vinegar water and Febreze through the vents and then applied the blow dryer and let it blow through the system I haven't had that odor since. The blower is also good if you have pets, and it is very helpful for blowing out all the dust that accumulates in your car. They also have a nice mat washer that you can use for free. You can add water or leave it dry but it does a good job in cleaning your mats. They have a shampooer machine that you can use for your carpeting. It does a decent job but I've had better luck buying a carpet shampoo and applying it and then vacuuming it. There is plenty of space for you to detail your car and each wash includes a nice drying towel and a bit of fragrance. I recommend this place for those of you who like to keep your car looking good!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased an "ultimate wash" to remove the snow/ice from my car. I exit the wash to find my car still covered in ice. After wiping off most of the snow I approached the gentleman who assisted me at checkout. I expressed my dissatisfaction before he responded with a chuckle. He told me "the owner says no rewashes due to ice". I told him this is the reason I got a wash, I don't see a sign stating this, why didn't you tell me before swiping my credit card. He chuckled AGAIN, "you had three inches of ice on there, why would I ever tell you". The gentleman had no regard for his deceitful business. I called their primary office and their service was just as horrid. This is bad business.

What a deal! My wife and I have been going to this business for about 7 years, we get the unlimited monthly pass and I come in almost daily on the way to work. I read a couple of reviews stating that the staff is rude---- I've never seen that, on the contrary, they seem very nice to me. I've seen people bring in absolutely nasty cars and expect miracles, no car wash in the world is going to get your car clean if you only bring it in twice a year! My wife and I both have late model cars and have never seen any scratches anywhere, and we're talking literally after hundreds of washes combined.
