I work there and there is no respect for their employees; we have to handle everything on our own. Do something that you have to handle yourself you get in trouble or fired. What i experienced was that their vacuuming or sometimes service sucks, & not really nice company. Wouldn't recommend working or getting their service.

I went for the first time two days ago after coworkers gave the place rave reviews. I was not let down. I purchased the 30 day platinum package for under $50. I have gone twice already and plan to go at least 10 times in the next 30 days. With the average price of a great wash being $5 and throwing in FREE vacuums to use, it truly is the best deal by far.

I needed to get an oil change so I checked for nearby places. Clearwater was just a few blocks away. It was about 5 p.m. when I called and they said no appointment was necessary, and the oil service bays were open until 5:30. I got there at about 5:10. Everything was completed and I was out of there by 5:25! Also, the website had a $5 off coupon that I printed out, so I saved money besides! Overall I saved $20 - $25 over what I've paid in the past at other 'quick lube' shops.

This place put the wrong filter on my car and then wouldn't pay for their mistake. I woke up the Monday after a Saturday oil change to a car with no oil. I was an hour away in Rice Lake so I couldn't take it back to Clearwater. The place I did bring it to confirmed my suspicion: there was a problem with the filter. Anyone else would have thought this too due to the fact that you could see oil spilling from it. I brought the original receipt andthe new receipt to Clearwater the next day and they said they wouldn't refund it unless I drove the hour back to Rice Lake to get the bad filter in case the fault was their computer. Either their computer or their employee, it was THEIR fault. I didn't even ask for reimbursement for the work I missed. They're lucky I didn't need a new motor. On top of all of that they told me after I brought the filter I could either bring it the next day when the big shot California owner would be there or he would mail me a refund. And they tried to accuse the new mechanic who fixed the problem of trying to take my money. All they had to do was pay me a $34 bill for fixing their mistake but they are a bad company and won't do the right thing. For the love of God don't bring your vehicle here unless you plan to be responsible for any damage they cause.

THIS PLACE IS A LIABILITY AND MAY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE!!!!We took our brand new car here and they ran it through the wash with the WINDOW DOWN! This disgusting place wouldn't take full accountability and even tried telling me it could have been my fault. Very poor management and customer service. If you take any pride in your vehicle do not risk coming here.

I'm selling my SUV so I wanted it to look its best inside and out and with how cold it is I couldn't do it myself so its the first time I paid someone to do this for me. I dropped my Trailblazer off and crossed my fingers. When I came back to pick it up they couldn't have done a better job cleaning it. The interior was immaculate, leather seats felt like new again and they even got interior house paint off one of the seats and the steering wheel which I found truly amazing. The exterior paint job very impressive as well. I couldn't have done it better myself and I'm picky. From now on I think I'll pay them to do it for me haha.

Great customer service. But they don't wash the wheels unless you select the platinum or gold wash. Overall a little expensive for a town like Warsaw. Monthly plans may be worth your money if you live close by.

Couldn't wait for regular guy so took the $150 detail. Save your money and do it yourself. Sand on floor, windows untouched. Rear hatch just as dirty as when dropped of. Seat stains rearranged. Obviously they could have been removed but no effort. Seats literally soaking wet. Overall car was simply not clean. I'll say it again, save your money and do it yourself, or wait for an actual detail professional like I should have.

My wife just got back from the Clearwater Car wash a few minutes ago. She spent 19.00 dollars for the cleaning and ended up with white power residue all over the car. Now, she will spend another 5 bucks at another car wash to wash the white powder off. Too much money for such poor service.

After reading the reviews I would be concerned to ever go to this establishment again! I completely understand that you have new employees but they need training.

First wash and vacuum left the back of the car dirty and the windows and mirrors terrible. Vacuum area did a good job. Employees in the wipe down area could care less when I pointed out the issues. Went to the front desk and they ran it through again. Better but still not worth the 30 bucks. Be prepared to be disappointed if you go there.

This is the best automatic carwash I have used by far. I usually get the $14 wash and it leaves my car clean and shinny for days. Their vacums are FREE so no need to search for a bunch of quarters between your seats.

The only part of the cleaning that was done correctly was the automatice car wash. I still had stuf on my floor, spots on my windows including the lint from the rag. The outside of my vehicle was still wet and nothing was cleaned up on the inside. I had a spider web still attach to my dash and the ground. It is not worth the money if you are looking for it done right. Have some pride in the work you do.

In my experience there, they set my travel mug on the passenger seat to clean the center consol and it was leaking all over my seat as I got in the car to leave the place. Luckily I was able to get it out right away before it stained-_- also, large portions on my dash were still left with residue/dust. They certainly don't take time to do a great job let alone an average one. Poor service.

My family recently moved to Chippewa Falls and found this facility in our search for a place that cleaned the interior and exterior of cars. We had two cars cleaned this week using the Stream option. We made a point of arriving mid-morning when there were few cars in line, figuring we would not get rushed service. The exterior wash was comparable to other places and acceptable in quality. The interior cleaning was substandard both times. The interior windows were cleaned with a couple of casual swipes, leaving dirty spots and smears. The floors were vacuumed but not thoroughly, leaving sand and grit in the corners. The door map pockets and console bins were left untouched, leaving dirt and grit in every one. Today, one outside mirror and the inside rear view mirror were not cleaned at all, not even with the casual swipes given to the interior windows. As I am physically disabled and unable to do this cleaning myself, I rely on facilities like this to keep my cars clean. However, I can only recommend this one for the exterior wash which is comparable to others I have used who actually charge less for more options. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, especially since I have been unable to find another car wash facility that cleans interiors and this one may be my only option. On a more positive note, on both visits I observed the detailing work done in the bay next to the car wash and was impressed with the effort made by the employee. He seemed very diligent at getting to all the interior nooks and crannies. He used a bright headlamp to assist him, which I thought was impressive.

I thought they did an outstanding job detailing my car that probably hasn't been washed inside for 6 years. It looks brand new. Overall experience was great. Took my car in at 2, 4 hours later a new car!!! Definitely would recommend them and will be taking my car there again.

I had a basic exterior wash. Nothing fancy. The car was cleaned and that was all I was concerned about. I only give 2 stars because of the receptionist. She was rather rude, had ignored me a few times, and was talking to personal friends for quite some time as I stood there trying to pay my bill. She only paid me any attention when I said something.

Receptionst was not very friendly on the telephone and wasn't any better in person. I told her what I was looking for and she tossed a printout of options to choose from. I told her I was sorry and not understanding and confused. She didn't offer any guidance. The trunk was never vacuumed and inside vacuum was poor, still dirt and sand on floor, the dusting is a quick wipe leaving dust yet on the dash and in corners. Definitely not worth $40 when you have redo and finish the cleaning.

Tried this car wash for the first time yesterday. I got prompt service. I waited in an air-conditioned clean lobby. They did a very nice job on my minivan. I got the ocean car wash. My mats were cleaned. They got all the pet hair off my seats which is amazing. The car was smelling good and I did not know that it could look so good anymore. What's more, I left my billfold on the console. When I checked it, everything was there safe and sound – honest employees. Thanks! Just like Arnold Schwarzenegger says "I'll be back".

I have gotten my car washed a few times here, but I'm not impressed with the job they do on the inside of the car. I always have to go over it again. When I spend $30-$40 on a car cleaning, I expect not to have to redo the inside.

My elderly mother had her car washed at this location, they did over 300 dollars in damage to the car and refused to pay for the damages. Management was very rude and I would recommend to anyone entertaining the thought of using this establishment to clean their car to reconsider. Use at your own risk.

Had an interior detail done. Results were okay. The receptionist was rude; the guy who did the work was very nice explaining what he was able to do and why there were some stains he couldn't get out and making suggestions for future issues. My biggest complaint is that I wasn't advised about a number of things prior to my appointment: How long would it take to complete? How long does it take to dry the upholstery? (It's been a week and my floors are still wet, even following instructions to run it with the fan on high and air it out when possible). What will the final price be? Wasn't advised that my little hatchback qualified for an SUV upcharge, even though it appears that they didn't touch the back. Honestly almost every complaint I had could have been avoided by a friendly receptionist telling me something like, "Great, I'll get you scheduled for x daty at x time. Please make sure all your things are out of the vehicle. Just so you know it'll take about 4 hours, and it looks like since you have a hatch it'll be an additional $10."

For whatever reason this place is always packed. The line is 25-30 minutes long. I happened upon a day that had one or two cars in it. I took our grocery getter just to test it out, got the highest level wash (scam). My car was dirty afterwards there was dirt on the rims, dirt on our rear window. What the heck? The staff is incredibly immature, they are local highschool kids, completely useless. You'd be better off detailing your car at home and avoiding all the scratches this place will give your car. Bad buy, learn from my mistake.

Ridiculous. The guy wouldn't let me take my truck through because I had mud up under my wheel wells. I drive a f350 with cooper stt pro tires. It's impossible for me not to have mud on my wheel wells. Deffinetly will not return.

Nice set up and staff is friendly. It’s a little unclear where to go as you drive in. The entrance is in the back but there were no visible signs. They don’t do a good job of wiping down the dash, arm rests or Center. For the price they should pay more attention to detail and they were not busy.
