This car wash is the best car wash in Laporte County I love that it’s open 24 hours a day the staff is very friendly and happy to serve you car comes out looking amazing you can vacuum your car for an hour if you like I really enjoy coming to this place.Michigan city needed a good wash like this

They will continue to bill your card long after you cancel. Untrustworthy billing practices. When we called about the issue we were told the person who originally assured us it was canceled was "new" and didn't know what they were doing. Their inability to properly train employees who are allowed to access your account, cost us $60 before it was caught. As to the response. It was the $19 plan. So I apologize, it was actually $57 total. (3 months worth of charges that were not authorized because your employee said it was canceled, over the phone). That $3 makes a big difference to you. Also, your employee could have stated during the phone call in march that this was not the proper way to cancel. Instead, they assured us it was "cancelled" and that we "had the remainder of the month we had already paid for." Not once did they mention needing to come in. Nor did the employee we spoke with today say that that was the issue. He said that he "could see where it was supposed to be canceled" and that "it was a new person back then who didn't do it right". I guess your business model is to rely on the "fine print" while verbally misinforming customers that call.

Pulled up to pay the attendant and damaged my alloy wheel on the curb they installed. Everywhere else that utilizes a drive up window has bollards installed NOT a curb ! Never expected to visit the car wash and have my vehicle damaged. I pointed out to the attendant that from the looks of it many vehicles have hit the same curb. Customer suggestion Blaze, get rid of the curb!!!!

Update: Below the owner stated that I did not understand the promotion. I was never handed a brochure. Your kiosk displayed the promotion and allowed me to go through the purchase under the guise that I would receive the promotion. I even mentioned to the attendant that it sounded like a good deal. After I was charged for the second month, I came in to cancel. Your employee stated it was a glitch that day and only happened for an hour, and another customer was affected. Instead of giving a customer experience, I was told I could cancel and keep the service for the month(while still paying for the second month I was offered to be "free" from your kiosk), or cancel altogether. Your system had an issue, and instead of reaching to customers with an apology, you've stated "I don't understand the promotion". I understand bad business. Original review below. I signed up for the $39 a month package after being prompted at the kiosk on-site about "Buy one month, get 2nd month free". Guess who got charged for the second month? I intend to go in and cancel altogether seeing that someone else had a similar issue that went unresolved. Poor practice for a new business in town, such a shame.

Too busy for the location on Hwy 421. Sometimes hard to get in and out safely due to heavy traffic unless you go very early or very late. Packages are a bit pricey also.

This place is awful!!!! Damage to my car...put into a contract that did not say it was a contract...when we ask for our money and to speak with the owner.. the manager said that he could not give out the owners #. were informed that he is like donald trump and asked if we had his # !! The manager said he would have the owner call us. He would not give us a phone #for the owner...a week later still no call and a month later no follow up from the claim i sent in. BUYER BE WARE!!!! the customer service is only good when u dont ask for anything and just pay $$$$ . My family will be going back to VICTORY LANE CAR WASH north on franklin st. NO GIMMICS..NO TRICK CONTRACT..a phone # to call and honest management and owners who u can trust to do the right thing!!! Just recieved the return envelope back with the so called contracts...I was expecting the 8.5 x 11 paper that we filled out with the make, model, and drivers license on it. Never did I expect a copy of our credit card reciept with a forged signature........Are you sure you do not want to reimburse the $39 for both cars and the damage done to my car???

I visited the Michigan City, IN location 3/6/19 and was impressed by all the suds but the dryer really did a horrible job, especially the backside of my Mercedes Benz SUV. Lukes does a MUCH better job on drying. Also, I purchased the $39 package and when I got home and read my receipt, it states the $39 will automatically renew monthly unless I provide a 7 day written request to cancel. VERY DECEPTIVE! This is posted nowhere on the board where all the packages are listed nor did the attendant bother to tell me. I definitely intend to cancel and may never return. Not a happy camper for this.

Car was not even clean when I finished the wash, and for $15? What a ripoff. Once they get your money they want you out as quick as possible. Save yourself some money and go to a self-serve wash or a cheap gas-station car wash.

Although it's very nice to look at I don't really like car washes where you drive through and these big plastic things bang at your car and that's considered a wash I've had too many things break off my car's I went through those types of car washes some people like it I'd rather do it myself and I think this Car Wash is way overpriced but it's very popular so don't believe everything I have to say LOL just our opinion

Caused paint damage to my vehicle. Owner denied responsibility leaving me with a $500 bill to repaint the entire front bumper. Cancelled both of my monthly wash plans. If you use Blaze, take pictures of the car before you enter because owners have no intention of turning in a claim.

Use this car wash at your own risk! I had a piece of trim torn off of my truck after I purchased a monthly package. I contacted the staff and there is only one person to talk to, who conveniently wasn’t there. After several visits and calls I finally talked to the manager. We went though the recorded video and it was evident that the trim was on when I entered and missing when I left. They denied that their car wash did it and the owner was supposed to contact me but they never did. I have tried several more times to resolve the issue, but they are unwilling to help. Also, after canceling my plan the continued to try to charge my card, this only stopped after several more calls and causes me to check my bill monthly.

-1 star for putting the monthly sticker on the OUTSIDE of my windshield. C'mon guys... a child knows a RFID sticker doesn't go on the outside of the car AT A CARWASH. -1 star for the wash taking off my back wiper blade. P.S Blaze didn't pay for it. The attendant (heavy set guy) told me after the fact " I need to bring my own wiper bag" -1 star for my car still dripping wet after I exit the tunnel. -3 stars for my car getting scratched from a bungee strap wrapped around the cloths from the back of a pickup in front of me. Blaze told me that I would have to go through the truck owners insurance. -$500 insurance deductible Thanks Blaze best in town at F$&%ing up customer cars. Blaze appear to be in the car wash biz purely for the money no matter how bad they have to screw the customer over, disappointing

Outstanding service - I decided to try the monthly pass. Went into office to get setup- this man believes in customer relationships- made sure to know my name. The wash equipment is new and appears to do a thorough job- not so well on the front bumper- didn’t remove all the bugs. Maybe the wash is a little fast, and didn’t get a chance to clean the car completely - but it’s sure better and safer than most washes around, we will see how it works this month.

First time i went through this car wash i was disappointed. Thought i would try them again. Not any better. If you want a car rinse this is the place and free vacuums are ok. But the “wash” is a waste if good money. Didnt even get the bug guts off my car? I wont be back!

Great place. Good wash and vacuum. Get your car cleaned up and spiffy when you dont have time in between. Highly recommend. Though I will say whoever works the night shift is closing it down all night just about. So why call it 24 hours? Just saying. And it does anger me because i try going there alot. Your losing money!

I bought the best car wash. The front of my car is still covered in bugs. There’s scratches on my back door that weren’t there before, and I know that because I took a sticker off before going through the wash. Vacuums free but have awful suction.

Can u give zero stars?!? There are cheaper places in Michigan City that does a better job. Back of my Escape is still dirty. The drying process starts before car is rinsed so there is dry soap scum all over my SUV. :( Be advised... if u want to burn thru a lot of money for a $#!TTy wash, by all means Blaze away.

This is the very best car wash in Laporte county! Go with the $19.00 per month Unlimited car wash package you won’t be sorry. You can get your car washed every day twice a day if you need to. Don’t need to worry about rain or snow anymore. Now my car is always clean. And did I mention they have the best free vacuums with a wide and slim hose extension to get between the seats....

I think even giving them 1 star is more than they deserve. I rarely write a review but I have to say this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased a monthly package with the “buy one get one free”. The next month I was charged again. I was ok with the charge if they would give me the third month free. However, the employee there said he wasn’t sure how it would work or if I would get a refund and I needed to speak with the manager. So I emailed and waited. He emailed back at 11pm that evening. I ended up canceling the membership due to the extra charge of 39$ and because I didn’t want to keep getting charged. After speaking with management they said because I canceled they would not give me my free month that I should have automatically received!!! After I responded back asking why, management never responded back. Horrible way to deal with paying customers. I will never ever go back. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY PACKAGE.

Not particularly impressed with this place. While the actual wash experience was fine, when I arrived there were two lanes marked as "Open" - one automatic payment and one cashier lane. I went to the cashier lane, waited 5 minutes and no one came to take my payment. Had to backup and re-align in the automatic lane. Big waste of my time.

Use this car wash at your own risk. Several vehicles have been damaged at this location. Whenever I’be tried to contact Blaze, the employees are rude and unwilling to help and when I asked to speak to the manager I was told that “there is no one above me”. He was unwilling to give me a number to an owner or corporate office. Shady business practices just like the other reviews state. The company obviously does not care about their reputation or customer satisfaction, only money.

I am a huge fan of Blaze car wash! There's so much to love about this place, but the monthly pass is about as good as it gets.
