1 star for them starting my car right away. 1 star for the impeccable window cleaning. I wasn't very pleased at all with my car. It's honestly something that I could've done myself. Nothing inside my car was wiped or cleaned except the windows and floor mats. I still have coffee stains, seat stains, dash board stains, driving wheel stains, door stains, etc., where it wasn't even attempted to be at least wiped down. I've never been to this location before but this one time. I would not recommend this place nor will I be returning. They got me once. I won't be a fool twice.

Drove many miles out of my way to patron a black run car wash, but unfortunately I was let down. We pulled up to the car wash and wasn’t greeted or directed where to go. There were many random patrons(?) workers(?) staring at us and pointing to odd places in the road. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to wait on the side or not, then another car pulls further into the driveway and was immediately attended to. After waiting a few more minutes searching for any sort of direction we finally just drove off. We ended up at some hand wash on 31st. It wasn’t the fact that we wasted gas going there just to end up at another car wash or the time wasted. It’s just sad that customer service isn’t a priority

I've a very bad experience with this car wash I paid 125 dollars for detailing they only clean the inside and left the body, my engine, trunk on washed. When I ask them why don't you clean up the body they told detailing is only inside the car, and they gang up shouting at me

I paid $16 for a car wash that i had to go over on my own when i got into the light! The inside wasn’t vacuumed good! This was a horrible 1st experience NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY! GO TO THE HOME OF THE $10 car wash THEY TOP NOTCH FOR $10 hell i even will tip $10 they so good!

I never have a problem when I come here. No matter who does my car, I’m always left satisfied with the outcome. And I really appreciate them taking my car one day last next when we have a bad snow storm and they where closed. I travel from Oak Park to the south side because I always get excellent service, excellent resolute.

I'm giving this establishment a 1 even though I've never had my vehicle washed here. The site clearly states that they close at 8pm but that's not true they close at 5pm on Sundays. Not sure what the actual hours are for the other 6 days of the week since that day is false. People have things to do and if they know the exact time an establishment closes they can do them accordingly. I was told today that they changed the hours a month ago, well that means you need to to update the info online as well.

Not express at all, went in on a Sunday, took over 30 minutes for anyone to even wet my truck....then another hour to finish....didn't even wipe the interior down or my sunroof in all that time

My favorite!!!!! I only let the older gentleman wash my car though. To me they’re more thorough and pay attention to detail and I don’t mind compensating them for a great job. I feel like some of the younger guys just rush through. I let a younger guy wash my car ONE time and I never will again. Any other time I’ve gone, I’ve asked for the older men and I’m a happy camper everytime, they are consistent and never disappoint

They did a good job, first time I've had a detail shop to actually clean my rims. Most of them will just hose it down and not take care to polish the rims up. This place did it, without pointing it out.

This was my first visit. I love how they give each car special attention. My old hand car wash place always missed something. Xpress Hand Car Wash even got what my old place would miss and they charge you for everything little thing. This place is clean, friendly and The prices are great. The only thing I asked for and they don't have is "POLY SEALANT". I'm going to inquire about having my automobile detailed.

They do very good work...at a very good price $16 inside and out (cars). The only issue is time spent in the place...bring a book. If they can keep the quality of work and decrease the time, it would be 5 stars.

It’s not even busy when I arrive during the week. These guys tell me 30 minutes to clean my car. Almost AN HOUR passes, I look at them from the waiting room and I just see one dude cleaning it and it’s taking him forever. I’ve never waited an hour for a hand car wash. Keep in mind I have a small car, too. It’s not that hard. Come on y’all get it together!

Better than expected, the guy who washed my car took his time and left my car looking like new!! The inside was great, he cleaned under the seats and even took out my baby's seat to clean the back seats, I wasn't able to see any streaks on my dash board and my windows where as clear as they never been. The guy was very presentable, clean shaved and very well mannered l, his name is Leon I recommend getting your car washed by him any day even if he's already washing a car.
