Terrible place to get your car washed and to work at. Employees do not care about actually cleaning the car well i should know as I worked there and I was the only one actually trying. Also this place is a terrible place to work at. Dirty and cramped lunch area, low pay, and a terrible boss. Please whatever you do, don't get your car washed here or work here!

For the most part they do a pretty good job... But, look over your car before you leave... I've had an occasion or 2 where they forgot to do something, especially shine the tires when I paid for it..... & of course it wasn't something I noticed until I got home. The express wash is a good bang for your buck, if your in a hurry.

I've been mostly pleased with this car wash for many years. The only times it hasn't been perfect is when the inside hasn't been wiped down so well. People are friendly and honest. When they find spare change in the car, they always put it in a cupholder where I can see it.

Garbage car wash. never come here to wash your car, you will loose your money. I paid $15 and they did nothing, they just vacumed inside and just did exterior clean nothing apart from this. So never go this garbage car wash center. If you love your money

Worst car wash I’ve ever had. Said I wanted my mats washed which is the main reason I came instead of just going to BP. Well they didn’t, luckily I wasn’t charged. Didn’t even clean the middle console like they were suppose to until I said something. Car was still dirty on the outside. The women next to me said they broke her seat, obviously i don’t know if that true. But considering the horrible experience I had I wouldn’t be surprised. Waste of $18, I want my money back, I had to go home and rewash it. Everyone there seemed slow or something because 3 of them wiped the car down and it was still dirty.

They did a very nice and thorough job when I requested the more expensive hand wash. In fact it's probably the best hand wash I've gotten in about 7 years. The employee was very mindful about the areas most don't ever think to touch.. I recommend them for a car you value that you don't want running through the car wash. I will try a detail at some point this year.

If you are looking for car wash in Wauconda this is it. They have lots of options and good prices and always have good coupons. Whether you get it if your car or not they do a good job and dry your car thoroughly. The workers are very professional. The only small downfall is that they do a ton of business and are usually very crowded.

This place has gone downhill. I just spent $18.99 for full service and tipped them. Exterior wash ok, interior was terrible after inspecting when I got home. They vacuumed some but missed a lot. I had to clean down the interior because it looked as if they just cleaned the windows. A ripoff for $18.99. I expected more. I've used this place for years, but never again.

My car must have sat under a mulberry tree, therefore, it was full of a sticky substance. The attendent called the expert detail man, who took charge. They softened the material, sent it through the wash but he was still not happy with the results and he took it through again. The attention given to my car and myself was so outstanding. I have a coupe, which is not easy to get into the back seat to do the rear window, but they did it so well. Thank you Wauconda Car Wash many times over.

Not a very thorough job. They didn't vacuum the back of my car (I have a wagon). There was still visible dirt on my car after being wiped down and they didn't wipe the writing off the driver window. They put 4 of the air fresheners in my a/c vents, which is WAY too many. Gave me a terrible headache!! Not worth $25.99 plus the $5 tip...

My car was so dirty when I took it to get washed I was embarrassed. I'm talking caked on dirt, crumbs everywhere, dirt on the floors and by the time they were done it looked BRAND NEW. Awesome service.

My husband brought my brand new 2107 Toyota Rav4 there about a week ago, unfortunately, in the washing process a scratch appeared. Upon return a Mr. James Gonzalez could not have been more accommodating. He personally and professionally buffed out the scratch (and any other imperfection that he found) and the car looks absolutely perfect.
