This was my first visit to a WashU location. I know that they are new and I was looking forward to the wash. It has a double tunnel so as to get cars through faster on busy days. This would be helpful as their lot is on the small side. They have plenty of free vacuums. The attendants were nice. I think they still have some kinks to work out of their system, but overall a good experience.

Don't go there unless you want your vehicle's paint scratch or damage. I took my truck for a wash got scratches, broken mud flap and broke my rear safety pad steps.

I went there this morning after a half an hour drive to know that they are out of service due to electrical difficulties they do have two lanes but the manager Carlos did explain to me that they are both connected electrically together, I do understand where they are coming from but this car wash just opened and it’s a brand new facility that should not have be having technical difficulties like this !

I wish I can post pictures of the damage this car wash did to my car, so that way if you ever wonder where that little ding came from you’ll know that it was the car wash. This car wash will give your car dings and dents. Two weeks ago i had taken my car for an oil change and went to this car wash after that. I noticed two little dents on the hood of my car. At first i thought it was the mechanic, so I called him and told him. The mechanic didn’t hesitate to show me a video of the whole time my car was there (good customer service btw) I came to this car wash yesterday and noticed another ding on the frame of my door. I called and no answer. I went in the next day, I asked to see a video of when my car went in and out. The manager Carlos refused to show me any videos and told me that someone tried to pry open my door. Instead of showing me a video and getting the fault off his car wash.

Its a cool experience going through the wash but at the end im still left with water on my car which turned into water spots. They need more dryers or more time for the dryers to dry your vehicle. At $12 i have got a better result at other places for less.

Pros: Quick line even when crowded. Free vacs on site. Cons: Not great for the cost. You NEED to towel dry (do not count on the blowers and if left untouched the water residue will leave spots like dishes in a dishwasher).

We are members so we get as many washes as we want. The soap is plentiful, wax does an adequate job to make the car shine. Price is reasonable in comparison to carwashes around us

I love this place!!!!!! I come no lie like 3 or 4 times a week got the monthly deal and it has my impala ltz sooo clean like it comes off the showroom floor next time I’m there I will upload pics. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and now they come as well....might catch us all there together ;)

Purchased the monthly pass for $36. Bring your car back once a day if you'd like and get the wash, wax, rain repellent, tire gloss, under carriage, and dry!!! Amazing deal and the wash looks amazing!!!

Im a monthly member and Im cancelling my membership because the carwash is not the best they only use 15 gal of water thats why their carwash doesnt clean cars really good. Theres always soap left on the car the only good thing about this place is that the vacuums have good suction and its always clean

It was pretty cool going to for the first time and the costumer service was great but I got out the car wash to vacuum, there was still a lot of a soap left on the car that did not rinse off correctly.

Love this Carwash but SOMETIMES when cars are in neutral and being pulled along thru the wash, the conveyer pulling the vehicles isnt strong enough and my SUV will roll backwards near the end when it's the dryers are going I have to throw it in drive and get outta there before my vehicle rolls backwards into the other car.

Love this place. With the monthly service I have I drive up and get my wash and go. Only thing that stops then from getting 5 stars is the fact that the dryers don't dry as good as some places. I should probably hand dry too for a spotless finish, but with my membership I can come back everyday if I want. The dryers may work better for smaller cars, but I have a SUV.

The wash does a good job but the tire dressing is terrible. If I go back, I will not but anything over the basic wash. This was a waste of money.
