These guys did an AMAZING job cleaning the interior of my car, as well as the exterior! My car looks great and hadn’t been washed in months! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was supposed to be tire shine/gloss but there is absolutely none on my tires. Despite that issue I may let it go and be back again, I’ll just have to shine my tires myself this time but hopefully next they’ll have tire shine.

Get the mini detail! Very impressed with this place. I stopped by to vacuum out my car because I have a black interior and a mostly white border collie that comes with me everywhere. Then I saw the mini detail and gave it a shot. My car is 9 years old and the interior looks brand new now. On top of that, the staff were super friendly! If I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely be stopping by for a mini detail. Thank you!

Long lines they do not wash mats when you pay for that service rationale is We do not use ArmorAll products so I told him I will was the mats in my bath tub at home then... FYI I will redo at Arlington Heights Car wash tomorrow

Went to VIP Express in Wood Dale after studying the many options for a car wash fairly close to home. The car wash I frequented had recently closed down and I was in need of a new place that did a conscientious job. I was pleasantly surprised with the result. Fist of all, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Secondly, the staff were very focused on every little detail- like even taking care of small bug spots that didn't come completely off during the washing. Bottom line is my car looks great- and I'm happy to say that I found a place that is just what I was looking for.

Simply amazing! Let me try to paint you a picture. For the last two years I have worked early mornings, nights, and weekends. I have for some weeks, lived out of my car. It took the brunt of my damage during this time rarely getting cleaned except when I was too embarrassed to even pick up family to run an errand. I was hesitant to even come because I felt so bad about the condition of my car. But it needed to be done. My brother recommended them saying this place did amazing work. When I looked up the price and I saw that it was only $39.95 for a detail inside and wash outside I was hesitant, would it be good? I wish I had taken before and after pictures. It was far better than I could ask for. The manager was helping train someone (which I can appreciate him doing that) and even jumped in to help! The guys didn't grumble but worked fast and hard and it shows! (Don't worry I left a great tip because of what they did and honestly they deserved every penny!) You guys have a customer for life no matter how far I have to drive! Keep up the great work!

Good value to the VIP wash. Went on a fishing trip and the car came back a little dusty. The guys worked really hard on the interior and took their time with all the trim. That alone made it feel worth it. Wash itself was good, too. Simoniz is good stuff, car looks great.

I frequent VIP because they ALWAYS go above and beyond. Phil took the time to apply a special product to remove leftovers from adhesion on my infiniti that made a WORLD of difference when viewing the rear of my vehicle. Moreover, when there has been remnants of food particles (i.e. chocolate) lodged into the leather interior, and seemingly impossible to be removed by a mortal hand, Phil had it under control. Attention to detail is one of the VIP team's most notable qualities. Thanks again, VIP. I'll see you guys soon!

Horrible customer service. They want to charge you extra and not perform the work. I purchase the mini detail package and was very disappointed with the service. I paid $45 for a $20 car wash. Stay away from them. Very costumer unfriendly.

The first time I went there they did a great job on my car because I told him it was my first time after that my car and I haven't been happy since the first time I've gone there unfortunately I will not be returning. Once they get to know you they don't do the same quality job also when I went there the last time I was expecting to be charged $25 for an inside and out wash they charged me $ 39 99 and they did not even do a good job with tips and everything I spent almost $58 I was extremely pissed off when you need the owner you can't find him I wish them good luck without me

Three stars because they do a great job and value is very good for the price. But the tip situation. You will be vaguely harangued for tips at each station you visit. First when your interior is detailed. Next before you go through the wash. Then the drivers and finally the tire detail. I am not opposed to tipping at all but I interacted with no less than 5 people and each station had a box marked TIPS. So as a result I tipped no one. Not sure how to solve this one but it’s unrealistic to expect I will tip one guy in full view of his partner then smile and turn away. Still, as I said, a very solid wash/detail and a good price.

Basic inside and outside is $26, way too much for a basic car wash. Service was quick but they don't pay attention to details. Bunch of places inside were missed when vacuumed.

Love this Car wash. First it’s close to home so very convenient for me. Second I love how the staff is very friendly and attentive. And lastly the prices are literally for everyone’s budget... get a quick wash or deep clean for your vehicle. I love the option of Deluxe Exterior. I get it all the time because you get another wash within 5 days. Not a bad deal at all. Worth stopping in!

I went the other day for the mini detail and it was a terrible job...windows looked dirty and tire shine looked very bad...i live in Addison and came to woodale not worth it.....next time im going to jet brite or other carwash that does interior.

Love VIP Car Wash. I have been a loyal customer for well over a year now. If you work or live around the Elk Grove/Wood Dale area this is hands down the best value car wash around. They do an exceptional job. I drive a large truck and they still get every spot! Also, I would strongly recommend the tire shine. It will make your vehicle look like it just came off the lot! I rarely leave review, but these guys work so hard at running a first class operation I believe they deserve a 5 star review. Please visit and see for yourself!

By far one of the best car wash around! Great orices for the monthly package but kinda expensive if you only buy 1 wash at a time. Even puts clear coat on your rims and tires. Wax as well in the wash! Very fast and free vacuum for as long as you need. Never a wait either. Strongly recommend!

Since my company moved to itasca iv been getting car washes here for about 4 years never had a complaint, and since I'm real picky about car washes and what they useI'm satisfied no harsh brushes that will scratch up your paint job the staff is very friendly and the vacuums good suction power love how they use wax and dress up your tires and the full detailing job is great also there fast and get the job done this place is great , prices are awesome the only thing missing are chicks in bikinis lolz

Very impressed!! I have 4 little kids and my mini van is always a disaster with food crumbs, spills and dirt from shoes everywhere. I always have the mini express detail and I am always extremely happy with how it looks like new. They pay attention to detail which makes the difference. Fast, quick and clean, located in Wood dale right next to a Dunkin Donuts. Grab some coffee, take a seat, and let the magic begin. I recommend the Full Service Wash, they even use a little toothbrush to get between ALL the cracks in your dash, and door buttons as well. Highly recommended!
