Paid $15 for a “basic “ car wash yes they vacuumed out the front and rear floor and hand dry but when I got back in my car the windshield 1/2 wasn’t done on the inside , driver side was great but streaks and glare from the sun made it unbearable. Staff is friendly and fast , price is a little high for $15 should of got tire shine but $5 extra dollars for tire shine . No thanks. Unfortunately I won’t return .

I just brought my second car here because the job they did on our first car was so good. Their attention to detail is extraordinary, and they go above and beyond for the customer experience. When we picked up the vehicle, they had a little Christmas goody bag for us with some treats and a free-wash for the next month! I highly recommend taking your car here for a full detail.

I am not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with the Car Spa. Each step of the way their employees were so accommodating and customer service oriented, it was a true delight. We decided to have our friend’s car detailed as a birthday gift and took advantage of a great deal on Groupon. I called the shop to make arrangements and I really had only one day I could drop it off, and I did not give them much notice. The lady who was working the schedule juggled things to get me in the day I needed. I did not tell her that this was a special surprise, this must just be the way she operates. Thank you! When we arrived the manager came up to greet us and inspect the car which was FILTHY by the way inside and out. The off-white cloth interior was badly stained after being put through the paces in the back seat for several years by a young boy and who had also smeared gum on the carpet. The outside of the car was dull with dirt and neglect. I honestly was expecting them to invoke the “dirt clause” where they can charge extra for cleaning a super dirty car, but they did not. We left the car and received a call a couple of hours later to let us know that they had found $123 in the car which they would put in an envelope for us. I am not sure that would have happened everywhere and we certainly appreciated your honesty. When we came back to pick up the car we were greeted by a super friendly lady with a big smile at the counter who offered us a cold beverage. The gentlemen who did the detailing on the car presented it to us. It was obvious that he took great pride in his workmanship as he told us about some of different processes he used to clean the car. The transformation was really incredible. The car gleamed on the outside, and it was as if it had been repainted, the original depth of color seemed to have been restored. Even more amazing was the true magic that had been worked on the interior, it looked brand new. All stains removed and gum miraculously removed. The results well exceeded my expectations. Thank you for this incredible transformation. Last night we presented our birthday gift to our friend who was beaming and amazed by the results, he said, “Thank you for giving me a new car”. I am hopeful that the owner of this business sees this review so that he can congratulate those truly special employees that he has working for him. Next time my car needs a detailing, I know where I will be bringing it. Thank you for a truly great customer experience.

Was a monthly customer with two cars paying $120 per month. During my last and final visit to the wash my wheels were sprayed with what the said is brake dust cleaner which is a Acid mix. This caused my wheels to be damaged. I never asked for this substance to be sprayed on my wheels. Yes these wheels had been professionally powder coated in December of 2018. These wheels had been through the Car spa wash many times sometimes two times a week with no issue. This Acid mix caused damage to my wheels, one of the employees even admitted he made a mistake spraying the Acid on the wheels. When this issue was brought to the attention of the Manager Eddie he said that he would make things right. Eddie quickly backed tracked and said that the owner would not make things right, because of the disclaimer sign at the wash.Every attorney knows that sign means nothing in court. Any car wash that damages your car is liable . The cost to make this right would have been $370. So I had to pay out of my pocket to get their mistake fixed. So they allowed me, a monthly customer to walk away from this business over $370 and never even offered to do anything to keep a faithful person who also sent friends to them for washes and details. Plus the money I spent on my details and the great tips we always gave the nice employees.

Took my Camaro there. Wasn't too impressed with their car wash. My Camaro still had wet spots which they neglected to towel dry. Plus, one of their wash-boys continued advocating his pro-Trump support. Not professional, it's a car wash business, not Live Fox additon. Overall, not impressed with this particular car wash establishment.

$25 for a car wash and they didn't even wipe down the inside and barely vacuumed. I will go to delta sonic from now on where $25 gets you a great car wash including cleaning your car mats and the interior. Not impressed.

All the staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. Absolute A+. I had a front head light out and I asked if they replaced them. Upon informing me of the price I said I'd like to research pricing for a moment. After I decided I wanted them to replace it I found out they were already replacing it for free! I went to the front desk to pay for it because I appreciated their gesture and the head mechanic came up and told the cashier to only charge me 9$, which is the price of the bulb. Very much appreciated. On top of this, the Groupon came with a free car wash and front seat interior clean. They did a fantastic job on that too. Absolutely recommend the Car Spa. They treat people well and with respect. Bummer to see some poor reviews, could have been old staff or people having a bad day I would guess. As for a review about the front desk lady being mean. She was an absolute sweetheart so I don't expect it is the same person.

Brought my car in for an interior detailing and could not be more pleased with the result! My car has not had the inside cleaned since I bought it 2 and a half years ago so needless to say it needed some work. This "place of business" is extremely poor run. The owner who addresses himself as Symeon, only cares about money. He doesn't care about the customers. I was there on Tuesday with my family getting our car detailed, while my family along with others, witnessed him yelling at a customer outside in the parking lot to sue him for damage done to the customer's car while also grabbing his private parts. It was extremely inappropriate and we will NEVER be returning. It is sad to see a business owner care so little about their own customers and doing the right thing, especially when the business damaged that customer's car. Save your money and go elsewhere!

UPDATE: I was contacted by one of the owner's and he wanted to change my previous CarSpa experience and he did just that. He took time from a hectic schedule and communicated (by phone and email) with me on numerous occasions. He was more than generous in the service that he offered to rectify my previous experience. It was very clear that it mattered to him and he genuinely wanted to change my experience. I went today and had one of the best car washes/wax. My car looked new when I left CarSpa. It really is a very nice multi-facet/efficient facility. It was a 5-star experience and I will definitely return.

AMAZING!!!! We called looking to have our car cleaned from one of the kids throwing up inside, a lot. We were told to come in for a quote. Eddie met us, looked the car over quoted us a great price. We were then introduced to Chris the technician who would be working on cleaning the car. Let me just say that when we went back to pick our car up we could not believe how clean, inside and out it was. The gross vomit smell was gone, you wouldn't even know it was in there. Chris is truly incredible! I highly recommend the Car Spa!!!!

Service was quick and the employees were pleastent, but the work was poorly done. I got "The Best" carwash which includes a full exterior wash, vacuum, and interior wipe down. Well, there were still crumbs and dirt all over my seats and floors after the vacuuming. Not to mention that they tossed the stuff in my backseat around and made a mess. The dashboard was poorly wiped down and spots were very clearly missed. The hood of my car still had debris on it that they completely failed to remove. Basically, I over paid to have someone run a vacuum over my car for 3 seconds and clean my windows. I'll be getting out my own cleaning supplies tomorrow to do the job the right way. I won't be going back.

DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR! I left my Apple Watch 3 In the middle console. I had my car detailed, I didnt realize the watch was Missing till later on, but the manager said the employees dont have recollection of this problem. I don't think anyone would come Forward and say they took the Apple Watch. It saddens me that I can't even trust someone to detail my car. And now if I do I have to take all my belongings out of the car. They left the change in the middle console and also my wedding right. But stole my watch. I'm very disappointed about this. I come there once a week wash and at least once a month for a a detail. But now I can't trust anything of value in my car. Time to find a different detailer, where they don't steal your belongings. I honestly don't want to get the authorities involved I would just like my watch back. But if I really have too I will get the authorities involved in this.

Don’t leave any valuables in the car. I had my Samsung smart watch in my middle council and didn’t realize it till I went to change the band and it was gone. I was the only one in the car. The detailers were the only ones that where in there besides me... 300 dollar watch gone. Eddie will make up a good excuse why it wasn’t his employees There is such a turn over rate. I’m definitely taking my car to another detailing place. Fullers down the block has better deals .

We have used the car wash for several years, and have also had my oil changed there numerous time.. Actually, ever since it was built. Today, I walked into the building with my intention to use the men's room. I was abruptly stopped by the female at the counter and was told that I could not use the facility unless I make a purchase ..I explained this to the girl and rudely she dismissed me. I am sure that DELTA CAR WASH will appreciate by future business and also allow me, our children and numerous friends to use their facilities. If you're looking for a through detail this is the place to go! I'm part of a mommy & me play group and noticed how spotless one of the other moms cars was when she drove us. I asked her about it and she told me about this place, they are amazing. Don't have to tell other moms with two kids under 8 how gross my minivan was, I'm talking sippy cup stains for days! But after getting their complete interior/exterior detail feels like a brand new van! Ramon is a stain master - completely gone! My husband couldn't believe how spotless it was (and was quite happy he didn't have to spend his Saturday doing it). The staff there were all really friendly and best part it's near a nail salon so next time I go, hubby will watch the kids while I treat me and the van to a spa day!

I have an '08 Chevy Tahoe. I have NEVER had a detail job and 4 kids grew up in it. What does that mean? Crumbs, chips, candy, dirt, and grime have built up for the past 9 YEARS (bought in 2010). All I can say is my car looked showroom fresh when Shawn and his counterpart were finished. My carpet, leather, and all upholstery from rear to front were immaculate. Even my cup holders and mats looked great. I would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed in the management. I have been a regular customer with 2 cars for a year now. On my last wash they sprayed Acid Mix on my wheels leaving a permanent stain on my $2,000 rims. It pains me to see terrible reviews about this place, I had my first experience here 2 weeks ago and received phenomenal service with the full synthetic oil change I purchased off of Groupon. I dropped my car off and went to to go run some errands and didn't even make it to my first stop before I received a call stating my car was finished! On a Saturday! What it boils down to is we are all human everyone is going to have a bad day every once in a while and that's that. I strongly support this organization and from what I see in any of the negative reviews that are remotely logical someone has reached out and tried to do right by their customers. This establishment is very poor run. Not so much the employees but the ownership and management of The Car Spa at Park Hills are completely atrocious. The owner doesn't understand how to defuse a customer issue that a friend of mine calmly confronted him about. Instead of being professional the owner grabbed his private parts and spewed profanities at my friend. My friend was cordial from the start and all the owner had to say was said by him grabbing his private parts. The managers and owner are very unprofessional and clearly have anger management issues. My friends car is scratched up from this car wash now. So unless you like scratched up cars after trying to get your car cleaned please go ANYWHERE else. Especially since the owner seems unstable and may be liable to make provocative gestures involving his private parts in front of your kids.

Apparently calling and booking an appointment isn’t the way they do business. If you want a headache and to fight with a hot head manager named Eddie, this is the place to go. You’ve been warned, spend your money at a place that wants to keep customers! Also, if you don’t believe me, watch how the owner responds to people that say negative things about his place. Been coming here over a year now and wouldn't have my car washed/detailed anywhere else. They have a strong lineup of staff available to work on your car in an efficient manner. Several folks always working on your car to ensure speedy service, and even additional wipe downs when it leaves the car wash. After a car wash, water will drip from door/trunk jambs, there will be soap residue, and there will be spots that may have been missed by the machine. These guys already know - they open all the doors and wipe down; they wipe down the rims, they drive it outside and wipe it even more. This ensures no water streaks are left on the car after driving off. Small attention to detail is what differentiates them from any other car wash in the area, or even the whole Greater Chicago region as far as my experience goes. And this is why I have been returning on a nearly weekly basis, and will ONLY recommend this wash to others.

The poorest service you can ever receive. Brought my 2nd car in for an oil change and car wash. The oil change was done perfectly. The carwash was another story. I watched as the driver took the car in and they ended up cracking a hub cap. The driver talked to me about what happened and offered to purchase a new one. After that I went to pay for the service upon realizing that they charged me more for a service the 2nd time around. I requested to speak to the manager only to receive one of the worst interactions I've ever received. The cleaning of the interior was as if a child cleaned it and brother it up to the managers attention and he insisted on stating it cost more for that kind of service. Then he began to patronize me with a bunch useless information. At this point I insisted that he's making an excuse as to why the service wasn't done right. We both had words with each other and he then refused to pay for the hubcap that his employee broke. Please read this review as not an intent to create a bad review but one to enlighten you before going to this establishment. Update 8/19.... The company still has yet to contact me or replace the damaged rim. Update: This issue was NEVER resolved. Please do yourself a favor and don't support ignorant businesses such as this establishment.

I recently took my car here for a wash and express detail. The woman at the counter had excellent customer service, but the employee who did the detail put my mats in my car soaking wet. My car spelled like something died in it afterwards. I called to let the staff know about my issue and the lady told me to bring my car back and they will take care of it free of charge. She asked me when I could bring it back and because I lived in the city I told her the weekend. I brought my car back today and the manager was called. The manager basically yelled at me and asked why I would bring it in on a Saturday when they are busy. I explained to him that I lived in the city and this was the only time I could bring in the car. The woman on the phone assured me that this was ok. The manager then said to me “ well we have paying customers who we need to served so it might be awhile.” I said to him last week I was a paying customer when your employee made a mistake. I just paid for my own gas to drive here and have road around in my car for a week with a foul smell because of your employees error. The manager said to me you can be nice or you can go ahead and back your car right out of this car wash. I am appalled at the customer service especially from a manager. I drove 45 minutes to bring m car in order to fix the error that they caused and cannot believe I was treated this way. I have many relatives that use this car wash and this will be the last time we patronize this establishment.

OMG, the best car detail ever!!! I was extremely impressed with the car especially the inside!! What I thought was great customer service was when I got there and I was handing the girl my credit card ,Ed who I delt with goes OH no, we want you to come take a look first ! I was like Wow, they really care and want to MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY!! I highly recommend The Car Spa !! Ask for ED , very nice guy!! Dennis was the one who worked on my car, Well worthy of a tip. I paid $30 with tip to get the outside washed and wiped down. On the inside, a quick vacuum (they dont vacuum the back dashboard if it has 1' x 3' patch of carpet. lol), and dashboard only wipe down. Nothing else on the interior unless you pay an additional $40 for a "super clean" interior. I asked if there is any way I can just get a quick wipe down on the panels (toyota camry). I was told no. Either I pay the extra 40 dollars for a "super clean" interior or dashboard only wipe down. What a way to rope you in. Not worth it. I wont return nor recommend. The team working there seem pretty nice, but management seemed smug when I asked about getting the panels wiped down.

Excellent carwash until they took out my brand new weathertechs and broke them. They said it happens all the time and they didn't really care. My wife goes in and talked to the owner, not sure if it was and said she was being irrational and it's not a big deal and walked away from her. Some staff are awful here.

I brought my truck in yesterday for interior and exterior cleaning.. I was in awe, my truck was spotless both inside and out. The mats and carpet were spotless, Angel was the young man who did my truck. I have told everyone about how clean my truck is. Cool Bree’s Transport

Changed my oil and they give a wash with an oil change. I opted for extra services and what an amazing job they did cleaning my car! Nice people, clean facility and wonderful work preformed!
