I would give it 4 stars but i can't... I like this place because they're always really nice. you have to be on them to really wipe everything off in your car, and they don't always pay attention to the side view mirrors....which really irks me because I hate to pay for a car wash and have the car not all the way clean!! AND last week when i went, they hadn't rinsed all of the soap off on my trunk. luckily, i went in the trunk foe something and noticed otherwise my pain might've been messed up and my rear camera thingie woulda been hella spotty. AND my mats are always soaking wet. DO NOT PUT YOUR PURSE OR ANYTHING FABRIC ON YOUR MATS WHEN YOU LEAVE HERE!! They will be saturated. ;-( i still like em better than the car wash on 18th & state.

Poor job. Paid $22 for a car wash inside and out + tip, drove away and realized they didn’t even wipe down my console or dashboard. Dust was still on my steering wheel. The water on my windows also smelled old and musty. Will never go to this car wash again.

I usually go here for a quick wash to get the dirt off. For a more through clean I go somewhere else. Today I went, did a once over before I got in and drove off to the grocery store. Walking back to my car the sun shined bright on the dirt that remained after spending $22. My 1st instinct was to go back but I didn't want to spend more time waiting, I just wanted to go home. Being quick seems to compromise quality sometimes.

Get what you pay for and will not be going back here again. Streaks on every window and door panel. The hand dryer couldn't keep his free hand off the car and leaned on the car the entire time. Wheels were not even touched. Poor quality.

Called to try to ask about the pricing and hours due to Christmas Eve holiday and time needed for wash. Whoever answered the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Had no patience or tolerance to answer any questions. Could do with a lesson on customer service. I live the neighborhood and will never bring my car here for a wash and will tell my condo building neighbors not to bother coming either.

Came here for an interior exterior wash + spray wax. I watched my car the entire time through the wash and never saw them apply the wax. I asked them about it and he assured me it was done but how did he do it if he rolled the car out immediately after they dried it. It also wasn't completely dry. Upon completion I pointed out the three doorsteps were still grimy and untouched. The guy gave it 2 wipes right in front of me which did next to nothing and sent me on my way. Worst $28 dollar wash I've ever had. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Been bringing my car here, first time bringing my manual transmission car here and buddy wants to play around and pretend he knows how to drive it. Stalled the car at least 5 times, if you dont have people that can drive the car ask me for help, ill gladly move it, dont screw up my clutch!

Use this car wash a few times per month. Completely hand washed, normally busy but you move true reasonably fast. I like the complete hand wash including exterior, wheels, windows etc. Before 10am you can save some money on a wash but overall the price is reasonable around $21 plus tip. One of the better ones in Chicago area.

This was my go to car wash for years. They don't clean as good as they used to anymore and my main issue is that I don't like having my car scratched. Maybe a year ago I noticed after the wash a big scratch right next to the drivers door handle which I would have noticed even when the car was dirty. I complained and we looked through the camera footage and I couldn't prove it to them. Today I had my 4 week old car washed and I got a scratch on top of the driver mirror and at the same height on the passenger side A-pillar. My explanation is that their belt buckles did the scratches when they reached over to clean the windshield. These guys should not wear anything with metal on their bodies. I have to find a new car wash now, getting scratches at the car wash is horrible.

Used to be really good with Juan and the old crew. Now under the new regime, the work is subpar from time to time. The nice thing is that you have full view of every stage of your car wash and you can see them speed through the stages and do "just enough" instead of high quality work like before. 2-3 years ago this place was the best place to get your car washed, inside and out. That's not the case anymore. And I don't know how many people have the time to correct their shortcomings and have them redo them. I usually don't.

Spent $19 and ended up drying and cleaning the car from outside myself. No one even offered to help. There was bird poop on windshield still. Inside still had dust on dash and hand prints all over. What a terrible job. My 10 year old could have done a better job!

It's a couple bucks more than other usual car washes. That would be ok if they washed the whole car. They didn't clean the back of my car. The seats in the back were still crummy and were not wiped down. They are leather. Easy to clean. I noticed too late i was already home. I paid extra to clean rims. They also were still dirty. Not going back.

I had a full detailing performed on my car, which was covered in tree sap. The folks here did a fantastic job! I felt the price was very fair considering the amount of work they needed to perform to clean the exterior. The interior was immaculate!! Looked better than when I bought the car brand new eights months prior.

They say they wash motorcycles/scooters, but they don't. You can call to ask and they will assure you that they do and that you can come immediately. Ten minutes later, when you're geared up and at their garage, they'll turn you away again. I've taken my scooter here four times and each time they've turned me away with a promise to do it next time. I can't comment on how thorough of a job they do because I've never gotten them to wash anything.

A decent wash and friendly staff but if your car is really dirty, expect some of it to leave the facility with you. And windows, yesterday after I left, saw the windshield was so poorly done, windshield wiper marks were very visible. Windows are never well done. Suggest squeegees or windex please.

Bad carwash. The windshield with a bunch of stains, a lot of dust all over the place and backseat not even touched(crumbs on the seat). I would not recommend this car wash at all. Got the $17 silver car wash btw. First and last time for me for sure. The 2 stars is for being nice in and out.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Brought my older vehicle in for a inside and out side wash. The inside of my vehicle got damaged. When they brought the vehicle up to me they didn't say anything about it, then when questioned about they gave me the manager on duty. he told me he will talk to the owner and get back to me with in 2 weeks. After 2 mths I called and talked to a guy that told me that it was not his problem he is not going to fix my car that they damaged. and to go F**** off. The worst car place to go to.

My car wasn't washed properly, but I wasn't really upset about that. I left my Bluetooth tooth in my car, it was gone when I tried to use it the next day! So annoyed the manager did nothing about it and wouldn't give me the owners number or email address. Really bad customer service!

I took a new vehicle to gets it first wash to this place. As I drove away, I noticed the floor mat on the front passenger side was missing a retaining clip. I pulled over to take a look and also noticed the tire shine sprayed all over the side of my car. I washed the car by hand a few days later and the tire shine stained my fenders. It also stained my rear bumper from the tire shine dripping off the spare tire. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash. Looking back, it appears the company seeks quantity over quality.

NEVER AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have a brand new infiniti and have only taken it to simons shine shop. In a pinch before a road trip, I wanted the car to look nice...my 4 year old and I head there and they work their magic. she and I play in the waiting area which is nice...she gets a little back masaage on the chair...I get my car, and it looks great. I was pleased.....UNTIL I drive home, get out and look at the driver's side and in the light you can see a long scratch, and then little circular scratches...I am kinda crazy about my car, always clean..so I tell my daughter we have to go back now...we drive back and a nice guy named Juan comes out...I show him, he says that he does see it and that I can come in and they will buff it out, no problem. I explained I was going out of town for 3 weeks for the holidays, he said no problem, call me and I will set it up. Fast forward 3 weeks, I am back in town and I call, and call, and call. I left 3 messages and each time was told Juan was busy. I stopped by and Juan is never there..the nice lady behind the desk said he takes care of those.... quick recap. before this car wash, spotless black infiniti, after, scratched and looking like sh**. thanks State Street...awesome customer service and accountability

Dropped car off for a full detail. Shortly after noticed I left my iPhone. I immediately called the car wash and headed back up there. I had my wife use the find my iPhone app at home and it was located at the car wash. Shortly after the device was turned off and could no longer be located. Several employees handled my car and all claimed they did not speak English. I spoke with a gentleman who stated he was the manager & he advised me that cameras were throughout the shop and they would review them and call me back. My iPhone was taken and all the change that was in the center console as well! I have called the car wash numerous times. I visited the shop several times trying to speak to the owner and I have been told he's never there. I left messages for the owner over the phone and in person numerous times, and none of my calls, messages, or attempts have been acknowledged!

I’m a senior and have had many cars washed over my 75 year existence.This is the one that I have mostly patronized over the years It’s good not perfect and I will return many times in the future.Where else can you get a hand wash for $14 on senior tuesdays. This places advertises a $9.99 wash out front. I pulled up, the guy asked me if I wanted a wash and I said yes and then went inside. When I went to pay it turned out they gave me the Platinum Package for $20 instead. At no point was anything besides a wash mentioned.

Excellent service. Wait time can be long depending on the time of day that you go. Most often, you are in and out within an hour. I've noticed that discounts are given for police,Uber,Lyft and taxi drivers. On average for a quick hand car wash, the price is around 15$

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING ELSE BUT A QUICK EXTERNAL WASH! I wish I’d listened to the warning reviews. This place is ONLY ok for a somewhat decent exterior wash. I actually think the machine wash near my house could’ve done a better job. They do poor quality interior work and seem to only care about getting people out quickly. I do not recommend! There are better detail places to visit. I may be back in the future for a quick exterior wash but more than likely, I won’t!

This was my second visit and you pay $20 to get 80% of your car cleaned. They forgot to clean a wheel (again) and left large portions of my car's roof untouched. I had to clean the car myself afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this place.

So I used to come here at least once a week until they scratched the whole side of my car, and that scratch was fresh since we determined it is still peeling of and its dirty from that object it is scratched with. When I complained boss of that place showed me a video which I don’t know if he was joking or insulting my intelligence but the angle the distance and sharpness and quality of that tape was ridiculous you could barely recognize if it was my car, it was just shot on the entrance and it wasn’t even on that side. Just be aware if these guys mess up your car there’s no way they’ll take responsibility, even after that the boss had the attitude, I mean this place if I could give them -100 after this I would. On top of that very lame work overall on cleaning.

Check for cleanliness. I've been here 4 times .and always at the end of the line, the door jams, the trunk, the windows, and the rims never are cleaned. The tires don't get tire shine enough on them. We give $5 tips and have to constantly point out their mistakes. I feel if I have to supervise the workers why do I need to get the service. Don't work for the money. Do great service and you'll get better reviews and tips. Hint Hint. I'm done taking my cars there.

Then I noticed after I left the dash had not been dusted at all, the door wells were half wiped and they did not touch the trunk mat of my SUV. The rear view mirrors were poorly cleaned. I’ve never seen such incompetence, you have to literally walk around your vehicle and do a thorough inspection because they will not do a good job , I had the pleasure of paying for a platinum wash only to find out they only washed the outside and only put tire shine on 1 tire , they also will steal from you so please don’t leave anything in your vehicle that can be readily taken. The only reason they get one star is because the site won’t let you give them no stars.
