I paid extra to have my interior clean and it was still dirty in spots inside and out. Just pay for regular wash it is not worth it to pay much more. I doubt I'll come back. They put armor all on top of dirty doors and seats. So disappointed.

The guys at Ruby do a great job and will treat your vehicle like their own. I've been to many other car washes in the area and this is definitely the best one in and around Albany Park. Their best wash is a little pricier than some but well worth the extra $3-4.

These guys that work at this place look like they really bust their asses to clean cars. Do they get paid enough? Dunno. I always feel obligated to tip but there's no ATM in the building. So I just feel tremendous guilt. So I get in my car and try not to make eye contact and feel like I am a terrible person. Awful.

Get in early if you can. And double check their work if you’ve asked for vacuuming and or finish on your tires. Sometimes they forget (especially if you have a hatchback).

No hand holding, I didn't really have any say in what I was getting. There may have been a language barrier. I arrived around 9:30 AM on a Wednesday which qualified me for a $12 inside outside cleaning which is a great value. They were very thorough, if you don't want your stuff to be moved around I would make sure it's put away somewhere. They did a great job overall, I would recommend coming here.

By all means hit this car wash up if you don't mind some of your things going missing, both inside and outside your car. After my first visit, I didn't immediately notice anything amiss, but after I ran an errand, I noticed the magnet on the back of my car was missing. I hadn't noticed when I drove off because I had walked around the front of the car. I actually really love that particular magnet and can't find it any longer, so I drove back and politely asked them to look for it, because it could have been a mistake. One guy remembered it, and another seemed to remember throwing it out. They half-heartedly looked for it for a minute and didn't find it. The owner came out then and asked what was wrong. I told him, and he questioned whether I had really had the magnet, then challenged me on it, and finally when I said I'd be happy to let others know about his crappy customer service, he shrugged and said something along the lines of "what do you want me to do about it?" So I got in my car and left. As I was driving home, I started checking for other things. And a few little small things are missing, nothing terribly valuable, but still....come on. In sum, I really don't recommend using this car wash unless you don't mind losing a few things each trip.

The guys at Ruby's are meticulous, every mosquito will be scrubbed off your windshield, and your 37-inch Goodyears will be spit shined like brand new patent leather shoes. I look forward to visitng Ruby's and relaxing on the sofa while they hand wash my whip. Thank you for the years of great service.

This is an inside car wash huge space nice and warm with comfy seating and clean restrooms /$12 bucks for my car early bird special they take Cash, *credit or debit * pennies ,nickels and dimes- they do an *awesome *JOB on my CAR i love this hidden places it is right next to the cleaners. They blew me away with what a great job they did i went down the street and got them all a cup of coffee !!! Just say thank u !!!!
