A little on the high price side for this neighborhood

I live walking distance to this place, when I brought my minivan I asked the guys how much and they give a price. When I paid, the attendant wanted to charge me more.. I told her why? She said my car is "too dirty" I went out and brought the guy in to repeat the price. She, then charged me that price. They don't have posted the services and prices. Not friendly not efficient and won't ever go back again. REVISION: Somebody responded to my review today. To clarify.... If you dont like the review, do a follow up with yout polices. I didnt make a mistake and it was a lady at the counter. Not when I made the reciew, but few months back, that lady was there. How can I miss that attitude? I live down the street and I know for sure where I went. There is a reason why your general rating doesnt even get to 4 stars. Something needs to be taken care of, just do it! And if you respond to this revision provide your contact information so I can speak with you...if you are interested .

I used to wash my car here for years but yesterday I when there I get out from there so unhappy I pay 15 dls and they did clean my car in the right way the bank door still dirty from inside paper from the Parking on the dash dust a big mess in not coming back again !!

This place is The Best!! I thought I had a favorite in my neighborhood but Rogers Park far surpasses Fast fast fast! Thorough! Efficient! Very hard working crew ! Friendly service. Clean waiting area ( not that you will be in it very long!!) I'll be going here from now on! Super price too! I'll give that extra money I'm saving by going to Rogers Park to the tip jar! They deserve it!!!!

Fast and friendly and they do a good job for a reasonable price. I'm pretty meticulous and would wash my own car if I had the space to do it. For $15 for an interior and exterior wash it's a good value. But they could spend a little more time wiping the car down to get the soap and water off. Overall recommend.

This is the place you take your mother's car to be washed with love and care!!!!! The employees are very thorough and CLEAN! The owners are very polite and professional. I have already been there three times and each time my car has been washed as if I washed it thoroughly myself, and you have to understand - I nitpik!! They have a nice waiting area where you can watch your car progress down the line. Their prices are very reasonable and there is a box for tips outside the waiting area where you pick up your car. You just drop (whatever amount) at your discretion and the total in the box will be divided between all the employees at the end of the day - nice system. They're fast, thorough, clean, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Telling my Mom to take her car there from now on!

i went this morning there is only 2 cars, dont know why, but i think the inside need more wipping and vacuming, they are not even bussy and theres a lot of them, and i give tip every time .i dont mean detail my car but pls...(check the piicture). its very visible its not like its under the chair or what, its right where you can see it, i put only a few pix , but im not happy with the way they do the inside,a damp towel and a vaccum with nozel will do it. Costumer Satisfaction is Our Goal.. im sorry but im not satisfied.

They did an outstanding job! I went back a few days later to touch up my windows, because I accidentally rolled one down right after the wash, and they fully re-did all the windows and inside the car once again! They were fantastic and so accommodating. Very nice employees, and they did a fabulous job. I will be back!

These people are liars. They broke my phone mount holder and said it was already broken and found under the seat (It was 100% fine and was attached to the windshield). I talked to the manager and he was just protecting his workers, having no clue about what happened. He even said that they are not responsible for any damage(Then who..?). I said that I didn't expect them to repair or replace the damage and I was only expecting a "SORRY" from them. Then the manager offered me two free car washes. But, I will never come to this place again. Liars can do any damage to your vehicle and say they didn't do it or they are not responsible for that. Moreover, the alloy-wheels were not properly cleaned and the wash only took less than 5 min. If you happen to get their service for any reason (I recommend not to) please pay very much attention. Hope this review save you some money.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I was compelled to write this time. The cashier was very rude to both the customers and the workers there. I don’t know if he is the owner. I hope not. He treated the guys that do the washing really bad in front of me. The man that washed my car was very nice and wanted to make sure he did a good job, but the cashier told him to hurry up and move to the next one in such a rude manner. He didn’t even give him a chance to talk to me about my car. The man seemed frightened even to chat with customers. They weren’t even busy at the time I was there. I feel very bad for the disrespected employees there! No one should be treated in such a manner just to make a few dollars

This is actually my 2nd time here. First time i really liked it but my 2nd time not much. I understand it gets busy and stuff but i feel like this wasn't okay . They didnt vacuum my trunk. Where i sit wasnt clean , I noticed when i left one of my windows wasnt wipe down it was still wet. So disappointed.

Got the car cleaned very fast and pretty well too. I'm wasn't expecting it to be a perfect wash (for example inside the doors and back gate wasn't cleaned) but that's ok because I wasn't expecting it for that price. Good price, nice people, just needs better signage and instruction signs on what to do and where to go (such as pull in here, stop, leave keys, pay here, etc)

I went on a Thursday to Roger's Park Hand Car Wash to find that they were closed. This is not a way to draw new customers to you all business with inconsistency with your hours not adding up to the days and hours advertised on the window. Disappointing.

A terrific value, my car looks fantastic. Five stars! The console was still dirty around the edges but that is an area no one pays enough attention to in my experience. Down ½ star for this so 4.5 stars overall. Set aside an hour for the visit as these guys are always busy so there is a wait.

I love this car wash. I bring both my SUV and car here, and the guys deliver a beautifully washed and dried vehicle back to me. The price is reasonable and they have a loyalty card that will give your 10th wash for free. I especially like that I can be loyal to my neighborhood car wash and still get a great wash and value.

I went there today 5th of July 2019 around 2pm to wash my car, my car was washed and they broke my wiper,i used my wiper before I went for my car wash and I noticed my wiper has been broken right immediately I left the car wash and I went back to them and I met with the man i paid to ,I guess his the supervisor there but to my surprised. While I was explaining to him he walked out on and threatened to tow my car if I didn't take it out,I had to call police on him....I will make sure I report to the city....

My card declined due to chip malfunction. Jose/Manager took care of me like a family! One of the crews had forgotten my mats, he made the worker put it back to my vehicle. I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Rogers Park Car Wash since 1994! It’s the only place I’ve ever taken my cars (SAAB, Volvo, Mercedes, Jeep Wrangler, and now my Range Rovers). Ok. So, I come into ROPA car wash. I go into my wallet to pay for car to be cleaned and I realize I left my money in my other purse. I’m about to collect my stuff and leave in embarrassment when the owner ( manager) says, “ no problem, I’ve got this” meaning, he was comping me the car wash! Come on. Who does this? These guys! It's wonderful to have a hand car wash in the neighborhood however they can sometimes miss things as the last time I was there they clearly did not wash the back bumper or the back lip of the tailgate. I mean it's a white car so it shows everything and to see that was very disappointing especially because I have been a loyal customer ever since I discovered them almost a year ago.

$8 for washing the outside of the car is fine. However I later discovered that they didn't rinse the soap from many areas, such as from the doorknobs. That left streaks as the car dried.

Definitely needed to update this to a 5 star rating. Not often you get a first name, call if there is a problem experience from a business, but this car wash is local and legit.
