I posted a bad review a few weeks ago concerning an Explorer that my daughter & son in law bought several months ago. The owner, Glen, saw the review and contacted my daughter. He wasn't aware of the issues and between him and Wyatt they not only fixed every issue but they also replaced some tires. Super great people to do everything they did to fix the issues and put her and her children in a reliable vehicle!

Great service and everyone was nice, however, when I pay $160 for a detail, I'd like it to all be clean. Obvious areas like the middle console wasn't cleaned at all and less obvious areas like pull down arm rests in the back where missed at well (understandable). I haven't checked under the back seat yet, but I expect that to be missed as all. If it is and I can get it corrected, I'll update my review.

He answered any and all questions I had and even stayed late on a Saturday as I was coming from out of town to purchase a vehicle. Great price for the vehicle I chose. Was honest about any mechanical things with the truck. Will deal with perfection auto and chuck again if I need another vehicle again.

Good price & polite staff. However, I was told the serpentine belt would be replaced before I made my purchase. One day after I got my car home I discovered they had NOT replaced the belt as they said they did so their dishonesty cost me an additional $121. Not good business practice to lie to customers. I will not be back.

This was my first time buying a car. Ended up buying a 2008 Mazda3. Beautiful car and worked just fine. Then a couple of days later, the wheel starts shaking whenever I hit the brakes. But the owner Steve gave me a 15 day warranty. Hopefully they hold their end of the bargain to pay 50% of everything.

Bought a couple of cars two days ago for our teenage daughters. Steve was great to deal with over the phone and in person. It was great to find a dealer that has some reasonably priced cars for that "first car" need. The entire process was quick. We did find that one vehicle had some issues and they were happy to look at it and get things fixed for us. Great place, definitely recommend!

First time I took a car here for detailing about a year ago I was very pleased with the results so I didn't hesitate taking another car for detailing here this year. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results this time, there were stains all over, wax that wasn't removed, and overall it didn't have the "perfection" they promote, it looked more like a fast car wash but way overpriced. I did mention these to the guys in charge which tried to just wipe some little stains and nothing more, very mediocre results.

I have had my car detailed here several times and it always comes out looking brand new. Service has always been friendly and quick. My family recently purchased a car from Perfection Auto and prices were beyond reasonable as well as offering free CarFax and information on recent check ups and oil changes. Will definitely be back!

Hello and good day Monday morning spoke with Steve on the phone and he answered many of my questions about the van i called to see and buy. Steve was so nice with me and my wife i was very impressed. Gave me a great fair market price on our trade in and i was happy overall. Steve really made my day. And with in less than an hour with keys in hand and headed of home with our new car. I have cash in hand and was treated poorly. .. needles to say i didn't buy anything and would not suggest doing business with this company.

Stopped in to buy a car. Truck is $1500 less than a nearby dealer is asking for one a model year older. One guy in the shop, and he was busy, but Steve was friendly and helpful. Prices and quality on the lot were pretty good.

Let me start by saying that the outside of my car looks perfect. Inside of the car is another story though. Unfortunately I didn't look at the quality of work done before I paid the bill. When I first went out to my car and sat down, my pants got soaked... When I looked to the side, I noticed what looked like muddy water still covering the other seats in my car. I immediately went right back inside to complain and when I showed them, they gave me an excuse that Ford's seats are hard to clean.. Sooo, clean them? I still have all of mats in my house, in front of a fan to dry out. Surprisingly, they paid very close attention to the very small details in my vehicle, I mean it was impressive. Please tell me why half of my car is still covered in dog hair and dirt when I paid $140.00 for my car to be cleaned. This is the kind of service I have received when going to cheaper car cleaning services. I chose perfection auto because of their high reviews online, but don't be fooled. Normally at any business, when an obvious complaint is made, a solution is presented but not at this place. Best advice I can give you is go somewhere else.
