Left my car for detailing with them, they delayed the process and also one of the personnel wiped his greasy hands over the passenger seat, so my beige seats had grease marks over it. Highly disappointed. Due to delay in delivery, I had no time to even realize the seats were ruined till I drove back home. The staff is nice but not competent. Lack of communication between front desk staff, manager and the work staff.

STEAL - LIE - CHEAT: DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will steal things out of your car, then lie to you about it. Two pairs of sunglasses were stolen out of my vehicle . I spoke with the owner Roop several times about this - he keeps telling me he'll call me back and does not. He is a liar and a cheat. Never go to this place, it's not worth the risk. There are tons of car washes within blocks of here, I recommend anywhere else - you'll be happy you didn't go here and lose your belongings. If there were an option for 0 stars, I'd have given it. I will never go back here again, and recommend that you don't even start.

Prices are not accurate. They are about $5 more per wash than the website says. And they don't seem to care. You can get better equal or better washes elsewhere within a mile for $5 to $7 dollars cheaper.

As a girl getting your car wash can be a little uncomfortable, dirty wet place no place to sit and wait etc you almost rather take a walk and come back. This place is the opposite! It's not near me but totally worth the drive. Facility is clean,organized, and welcoming. Extremely rare from my experience. Nice indoor and outdoor. TV's,clean sofa, chair and message seating. They also have coffee pops water etc for purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you get the "super" wash they hook your car up! 4 station and attention to details is a plus!

I purchased a vehicle from Pearl Auto Spa sight unseen. That was my first mistake! I trusted what the vehicle ad said and also the sales person I spoke to on the phone. I had the vehicle shipped to me as I live out of state. I was told the delivery driver would have paperwork when the car arrived. That was not correct, he had nothing for me. I called the next day to find the paperwork and they told me they would over night it. That also did not happen. After I drove the vehicle, I realized the problems were numerous and should have been inspected/fixed or shared with me before purchase. I was told there was a suspension noise on the driver's side which is accurate, however what's actually really wrong with the vehicle was not shared. The transmission mount for starters is shot! The motor jumps, bangs and shakes when put into gear or acceleration is applied. The oil pan gasket leaks, exhaust leaks, front axel is shot and that's only what I can see. The vehicle was also not clean which is crazy coming from a detail shop! I do not have the title yet and will need to bring the car to a shop for further inspection and repair. I was told it runs, drives, and shifts very nice with a suspension noise on the driver's front side. That is not even close to the issues this vehicle has. It's frustrating, but even more disheartening, to know that dishonesty and misrepresentation has become the norm in our society. Update:. Mechanic said, front passenger axle needs replacement, oil pan gasket leaking, Transmission mount is totally shot, and the valve cover is leaking so bad onto the exhaust manifold that it could start a fire. He does not think it would be driven until all of these things are fixed. I almost drove this car 6 hours home. Thank goodness I didn't. Was this car even inspected for safety before sale? Obviously it was not. So so sad that a dealership would be so careless and dishonest in their business dealings. MAJOR suspension issues? That was not disclosed to me. A slight suspension noise on the drivers side is what I was told. The advertisement for the vehicle stated that it ran and drove nice with no suspension or engine noises. What you are telling me is that your dealership thinks that major suspension issues and a slight drivers side suspension noise is the same thing? How about two major oil leaks? And I mean Major! How about engine and transmission mounts being totally shot? How about a the rear passenger tire being so bowed out that the car is not safe to drive. I would not have purchased this vehicle for 100 dollars if your dealership had been honest and upfront. What I would like to see is a refund of at least $1000 dollars as this Honda Element was so poorly represented and needs several thousand dollars worth of work to be driven on the road. It is not safe to drive and needs such extensive repairs I’m looking into the laws in IL to make sure it was legal to even sell it in this condition. I’m literally amazed at the poor and unsafe condition this vehicle is in. It’s so so sad that auto dealers can not be trusted, you need to have your own mechanic inspect before purchase. Yet another update: Both rear seat belts are almost completely severed. How does a human being sell a vehicle with unsafe seatbelts? So, here's the breakdown as I continue to find hidden issues that were not disclosed. Two major oil leaks Front and rear suspension- major repairs Engine and Transmission mounts need replacement Major water leak on the inside Torn seat belts-not safe for my children, rear seat belts were hidden in the photos taken for the dealership advertisement. Other damage on the interior was also hidden in photos. All 4 tires need replacement due to major suspension issues. I have never purchased such an unsafe vehicle in my life! I am in shock at the complete dishonesty of this dealership. It's appalling that this kind if place is even in business. Please protect your family's safety and don't purchase a vehicle here. You won't regret buying elsewhere

This Carwash used to be good. Now it has lost it. They do not even deserve one star. I took my 2015 Land Rover to get it washed since it rained in Chicago and the leaves are falling. They returned the car as dirty as it was and I asked the to make sure to clean the dirt marks and they said that if they do so they had to scratch the paint. OMG seriously!!!! I think they were just lazy. I asked to speak to the manager and ge is the one that was telling me that there is nothing to be done. I asked to speek to the owner and they told me that they cannot call the owner. These people think customers are stupid. Seriously as "the owner " I will like to know when a customer is not happy. I had spent so much money at these place because they used to be good. But Now it is not worth it. People go to the automatic carwash across the street and pay 3$ for the same or better service.

This place is no better or worse than any of the other myriad places in the neighborhood, so it's too bad their customer service is so terrible. When I called to politely ask if I could get a ballpark estimate on how much longer my car would be, I was told, "I have no idea." None? None at all? 1 hour? 3 hours? 1652 hours? I mean you've already had my car for nearly 2 hours for a wax.... No idea at all? "I don't know. It could be maybe an hour a half?" was what I was told next. I asked if there was anyway to find out the status, and the women then says, heavy with condescension and disgust, "I already told you an hour and a half." Really? That's how you're going to play this? Wow. Ok. Oh - and thanks for leaving the trash in the car? Thorough cleaning. Well done. So - terrible customer service. Questionable cleaning. Plenty of other options in the neighborhood. I recommend going elsewhere.

Hands down I have to say that this is THE RIGHT PLACE!!! to bring your vehicle/motorcycle. I went to 5 different spots looking for a new car wash spot since most places now are TERRIBLE and OVERPRICED. I will say that the staff was very cool. Had someone greet me and take my car the moment I drove in and walk you in to explain the services and specials. "That was impressive"!! Also you have everyone taking their time getting in the rims, wheel wells and undercarriage. Generous with the soap suds while being washed, Inside was super clean and truck was completely dry. Some of the guys were still drying tiny spots as I was driving out WITH A FULL HOUSE OF CARS! now that's what I'm talking about!!! They have very cheap prices for your liking and engine wash was on point! Get the Platinum package, very well worth it and the early bird platinum special in the week was $18 or $19 and they DO EVERYTHING THEIR SIGN SAYS!! inside of doors, dash , windows, air dry and much much more. when most places charge well over $23-$30 and they don't do half the things their signs say. I even left my card in their raffle bowl and WON 1 FREE platinum wash!. I highly recommend this place. AAAAA+++++++ service

Pearl is an excellent car wash. It is my go-to for detailed washes at fair prices. Unlike some other high end car washes, I always seem to get in and out in a reasonable time frame. I've also used their speciality services for waxes and details which are a great value.

I JUST came from this place about 15 mnts ago. I was complaining to them about another car wash that left my car the SAME way I brought it and idk which car wash did a worst job! How u missed the main part that gets dirty inside? (Cup holders) and leave sand all over my car? No wonder they washed my car in like 10mnts! The only reason I came here was bc my preferable place was closed. I will NOT come back! I'm so pssd! I don't feel bad anymore for not having change to tip them! On a good note, their waiting area is spotless clean, they do a better job at cleaning the waiting area than cars. Should try housekeeping instead!
