This place is amazing! I got a great Groupon deal for a showroom detail of my car before I turned it back into my dealer at the end of my lease. My car was pristine when they were done, and I dare say cleaner than the day I got it... and I got it as a brand new car. I've since purchased a new car and I'm here now to get it waxed. Cannot say enough good things about Mr. Kleen. I'd come to them for all my car washes/details if I didn't live all the way in Hyde Park. Very impressed with them and their service. Biggest problem with this business is they never open on time...10-15 min late opening all the time..BAD MANAGEMENT....instead of opening on time and getting that 10$-15$ for a wash, they end up turning off customers who then go around the corner and pay$5 for a self carwash....HUGE TURNOFF....it's 716am now,16 min after they supposed to open and still closed....employees inside the shop but doors still closed..

Do not bring your car here for a detailed cleaning! If you do, I recommend you inspect it carefully before you leave the facility. I visited this car wash a couple of times for regular car washes. Initially, it was fine. As a result, my husband decided to pay them to detail my car before I put it on the market for sale. Upon picking up the car and driving it home, he noticed that the driver's seat felt different. After further review, we realized the seat was broken, so my husband went back and got it in writing on our receipt. We called the car wash to resolve the issue, and asked to speak to the Manager who was extremely rude, condescending, and resolves issues by intimidating and yelling at you. In short, I decided to avoid dealing with him altogether as I knew there would be no resolution, and sold my car for about $500 less than it was worth. Hopefully, you will heed my advice. Stay away from this place for anything more than a regular car wash!!!

Have been looking for a car wash with a great monthly pass prices and its here. The conditioning of the doors was the finest and sexiest ever. The drying of the car was done perfectly all the way to the bottom of both bumpers. I got some swirl Marks from the wash but its from the dirt and grime that sits on the paint until I washed it. It only gets there when you drive through water or snow and NOBDOY power washes it off prior to a car wash so it gets rubbed on the paint. Now I rinse it off prior. Takes a few minutes with a decent power washer. It can all be buffed out and they have great prices for that as well starting at $79 Monthly Pass $ 20 Monday through Friday $ 30 All 7 Days (Passes are outside only) No other wash has these prices or this consistency and I love it. Happy to do business. By the way, the tire shine is NASA quality. Thanks

Customer service is terrible. Had a 10am appointment only to find out my car wouldn’t be done till 8pm. I waited there all day. No one touched my car until about 5:30-6pm. What’s the point of even having an appointment? Rude staff, receptionist is a child, manager/owner Sam is even worse. Yells at customers, argumentative, unable to answer simple questions. I was NOT satisfied w the work. DO NOT GO HERE!

Well, you get what you paid for.. I came in for exterior detail and wax. After 6 hours of my car being there, all the scratches were still there. Even some bugs were still on my front bumper, and it was pretty easy to just scratch them off with your fingernail. So it just didn't look like they even tried. But they did the wax job and polishing buff. Overall, you can't really expect much more for $80, so I guess it was still worth it.

From the beginning the team was very attentive. Myra the receptionist was accommodating and helpful from start to finish. The end result (showroom interior/exterior detail) was much better than when I first drove my car out the dealership, definitely recommend and will be going back.

They made my car look brand new! It’s 7 years old and has never been professionally detailed before. I have a 4 year old and we practically live in my car a few days a week. It looks as though I’ve never even had a crumb of food or a car seat in my car before. In every crack and crevice, there is nothing but beautiful clean fabric, vinyl and leather. My son used a Groupon for a detailed cleaning of his car including ceramic coating. He was very pleased with the results. He was told it would take 6 hours to complete and they were done in 5. Getting in and out is a little tricky as lines do form for the regular wash but other than that it was a friction free experience with a quality result.

Love this place. The reason this place is top is because they have one guy at the end of the car wash making sure the whole vehicle is clean. He's the quality control guy. Your car does not leave this place unless he gives you the go ahead. This guy checks the whole vehicle inside and out making sure everything is A+. SUPERB and the best by far.

BEWARE: THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. My experience with Mr Klean has been beyond awful. I bought a groupon for a showroom interior / exterior clean and set my appointment over the phone. When I showed up I was informed it was a $30 surcharge because I have a SUV. I looked at the sign with all the pricing and noticed for the package I bought it had a $10 price difference for a SUV. So I asked why I was being charged triple and the lady behind the counter explained that was in the terms and conditions of the groupon I asked to see the groupon (I had given it to her) and she said “It is right here, subject to additional charges for lager vehicles” SO I ASKED AGAIN, WHY DO YOU CHARGE EVERYONE ELSE $10 FOR A BIGGER CAR BUT CHARGE ME $30 and she said that is what they charge for Groupon. Fine, I pay the $30. I ask if they will call when it is done and to verify the number, she gives me two wrong numbers before I correct her with the right number. Then I verified that it would be about 5 hours, as that is what they told me when I set up the time. She told me it would be at least 6 hours. I told her I have booked an appointment right after this because they had told me 5 and she just said, oh well it will take 6. So I said fine, I will move my appointment. Then she tells me to leave, she doesn’t want to do business with me and she will refund my $30. I agree, I have already been lied to twice in the last 5 minutes and I go to my car to cancel but I can’t get an automatic refund on the groupon because it has been more than 3 days. So I had to go back in and get her name and number so I could give it to groupon to confirm she refused service. She refuses to give me her name and walks away from me. She comes back after a few minutes and said she talked to her manager and asks what I want to do, I tell her that she refused my service so what choice do I have? She agrees to have my car cleaned and charges me the $30 again. I get home and look up my Groupon and it says this: The Fine Print Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Extra fee may be required for excessive interior dirt. Appointment required. Limit 2 per person, may buy 4 additional as gift(s). May be repurchased every 90 days. Limit 1 per visit. Must use promotional value in 1 visit(s). Valid only for option purchased. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. Offer is not eligible for our promo codes or other discounts. Nothing about the $30 surcharge. SHE LIED AND STOLE MY MONEY. I bet that call to the manager is when she found out she was wrong and that is why she was no longer refusing my service, but she still went ahead and charged me $30 which is STEALING. So after 7 hours and still no update I call and ask when my car will be done and she says, “Oh it has been done. I left you a voicemail awhile ago” Uh, no you did not. I doubt you wrote down the right number after I told you twice. MANAGEMENT: Hire a nicer more competent receptionist who doesn’t ruin your business

They half cleaned my car, without shampoo washing the seats. The only person in charge over there was an unprofessional kid. She called the manager for me. When I talked with the manager after couple of minutes he started to insult me and said that I'm a Arab car dealer that wants to get free car wash!!! He was so rude and racist! I use to go to the hand car wash on addison and cicero and I noticed recently that this car wash recently opened. So I decided to stop by and give them a shot. I purchased their platinum wash since it comes with everything. The guys over there did an excellent job washing my car and making sure everything is ok with what they performed. All the employees are very respectful and they even checked my tire pressure with the platinum wash. I would highly recommended this car wash to anyone. They are definitely much more respectful than the car wash on addison and cicero. They have free wifi and the waiting room is extremely clean, comfortable, and they have coffee available as well.

Very thorough cleaners. Get the number 3. It's almost exactly the same as their top tier one, they just don't clean out the cup holders and some other small details. You'll save a few bucks. They also provide detailing and hand waxes for reasonable prices. If you're gonna go, go on a wednesday and get the special. They have a number 3 and hand wax for 30 bucks.

To start my review, I am giving 3 stars to the girl at the desk, she was really nice and took care of me as best as she could. Now moving on to the missing 2 stars, as a person who takes VERY good care of her vehicles INSIDE and out, I had a gallon of milk exploded in the trunk part of my Toyota 4Runner. I arrived at Mr Kleen not even 10 minutes after it happened to get a car wash and see if they can schedule me in for a detail. They were able to detail it the next day so I left my car in their facility that night and picked it up next day. Everything looked fantastic when I picked my car back up. This happened on a Thursday and I had my car detailed on Friday but then Saturday night, while I was out at a birthday party, got into my car to go home and noticed a really foul odor in my car. It didn't smell like spoiled milk and I went around the entire vehicle sniffing the carpets, I couldn't find where the smell was coming from. The next day, Sunday, I got into my vehicle and there was the odor, more present and now smelt like spoiled milk. It has been 10 days and the smell is still very much there. When all of this had happened, I told them that it was milk so I assumed they would do what they needed to do to ensure that there would be no odor but that did not happen. Let me be clear, I did not even bother to call or take my vehicle back because let's be real, I would have had to pay again and I literally live pay check to pay check and can't afford to pay more. I would still take my car back for a regular car wash but never again for a detail.

I might as well have gone to an auto wash since they scratched my car anyway. I bought my brand new 18 Dodge Challenger here to get my car washed about 14 days after purchase, so it was still showroom condition. Upon inspection there were very obvious swirl marks on the driver's side everything, especially the driver side mirror. As you can imagine I was livid that my brand new car got scratches at a CAR WASH! Decided from that point on that if you want something done right, you got to do it yourself. Bought a power washer and all other equipment I needed to wash my own car. Had to wax and buff out the marks to remove the scratches and damage they did to my car's paint

I struggled to look for a car wash that had consistent service and this is by far the BEST one I’ve come across. The manager or owner, not sure, is really nice and the prices they have are unmatched. I get the 4 súper washes for $40 pass and truly for the price you can’t ask for anything better. This takes care of the inside and outside of my vehicle. The guys working the line are very careful with my car and do a great job at cleaning the inside and outside well. Again, this is the best car wash I’ve been to with hard to beat pricing and CONSISTENT cleaning service every time and that’s what keeps me as a loyal customer. Wish it would open at the time it advertises. And They're unfortunately starting to lack on the quality of the wash. Leaving my interior windows tires and rims dirty.

Found a great car wash just minutes away from where I live. I only hope I am not praising it too soon. I came back from a 4 day road trip that made my car very dirty. Even though it was detailed not far in the past, being on the road with 3 others and making 2K miles surely put some bugs on its front! I know just a regular car wash wouldn’t do, yet didn’t need full detailing either. I was asked over the phone to bring my Jeep for an estimate. I came right away and was a little weary in the beginning being reassured, that just a $21.99 car wash will do. I pulled into a clean, spacious garage. The car was going through many steps being cleaned by many attendants. I could watch the entire process through a large glass in the waiting area, where I also enjoyed my free coffee. The whole process took about 20 minutes. There were other cars in front of mine and behind. It was like a “tape” process in a factory. I’ve never seen cars being cleaned to such extend during just regular car wash. They did a really great job! Exterior pressure spray, detail pressure spray, tires, wax, wipe down. Interior vacuuming, dashboard wipe down and shine, inside windows cleaned. Even cup holders cleaned!!! Trunk vacuumed. I definitely am coming back! Will surely take advantage of Tuesday’s Ladies Day $4 off!!!

I've been at a few car washes and they're the only ones that really clean my truck the best I like the way they spray inside the door and there's three stage car wash
