I paid for a $3 wash with my debit card and got charged $10.. are you kidding me? And the car wash didn't even dry my car. Barely washed it. I would like a refund or atleast get MY CHANGE back. And also no worker was here to help with the issue. Waste of time and my hard working money. Don't go here unless you have cash :(

This place is a dump. It's convenient and only $2 for the self service bays but they are disgusting. They don't have spot free rinse either. Tower car wash for the same price is a lot better.

No change, no pressure, defunct washes (except for their in-house super car detail team stall, kinda) and filthy premises...don't waste your time &/or $$. Also, gingers don't have souls! Can't comment on the automatic stall, as the two times I tried to use it were a no-go, cash or credit. Good bait-n-switch to the detail services!

From a 1-10 , I we give the Montego Bay team a 9 , although there is a lot more competition out there these guys know how to treat our vehicles and us well, For the past month we have brought our cars there and we're satisfied, new staff is making a difference , Good Job Guys keep it up!!

Auto wash isn't that great. Not all of the nozzles work and once the soap wasn't working I talk to the guy that works there and he gave me a real bad attitude saying that it's working. I argued that it ain't and he told me to go through again and I told him I wasn't going through again because it's not working. Another car pulled up, went in and sure enough, no soap. He gave me more attitude and fixed it. He told me to go through after he fixed it and made me wait 5 minutes with cars behind me wondering why is this guy just sitting here before he turned it on. Not a big fan of this place.

My mom went to have her car detailed just inside and they guy told her she was rude for asking me to come in and tell the guy what she needs done on her car. Customer service should be a big thing and clearly it’s not here. I’ll take my cars else where from now on. Unbelievable having this guy tell my mom she was rude when she couldn’t understand him, she walked out with tears down her face.

Broken vacuums, no pressure, vending machines that eat your money and no one around to assist. Avoid this place unless you have a burning desire to be ripped off.

Excellent place! Thick and generous amounts of soap and wax. They even have the Tricolor polish and it comes on thick. This will make your car shine for weeks! Great and friendly staff. Great detailing. The d place was horrible. I lost money 1 time from the many times I do go and they refunded me not only my money but put me in another bin and granted me unlimited time to take advantage of all they amazing cleaners and finishes. That's amazing!

(1) The price posted for their best automatic wash is $7.00. (2) They charged my card $10.00.! (3) The wash WAS TERRIBLE!, the car came out as dirty as it went in.....STAY AWAY !!!!!
