Careless employees. I was instructed to put my car on the conveyor belt and put it in neutral, which is exactly what I did. About halfway through the car wash, my tire unsecured itself from what pushes the car through the wash and it went backwards. It almost hit the car behind me but luckily there was space. I had to put my car in drive and have it roll out of the car wash due to this mistake. I tried contacting a manager at Jet Brite to have them remind their employees pay more attention when leading cars into the wash, but there was no luck in having my phone call answered. Stay away from this car wash. Their list of disclaimers should be enough to have you running the opposite way.

I've been to this car wash numerous times up until sat 10/13, which will be my last. I recently purchased a like new car 3 weeks ago. Last sat 10/13, i decided to get it washed at Jet Brite, on Gary in Carol Stream. Being the next car to exit the car wash building ( by the heater fans), the system shut down for app 4 to 5 min. The only machinery working was the hot blower over my car. After 4 - 5 min. , the power started but shut off again ( apparently a car jumped the tracks). After waiting another few min. the power came on and I exited the facility. When I got home I noticed 4 to 5 small chips on the hood of the car along with 1 minor indentation.. I went back to the car wash and give them my information. Monday I got a call back from JON the manager and agreed I stop back the next sat 10/20 for him to look at the damages. After looking at my car, he pointed out a few other areas that were touched up before I purchased it. His conclusion was that the blower loosened the previously touched up areas on the hood and would not repair my car. I told him that's the most ridiculous reason for not claiming responsibility. So my recommendation is to avoid this car wash ( one may be coming to Roselle on Lake street soon) and go somewhere else.

This is one of the best car washes I have ever went to! In my opinion, you can not find good car washers for the price that they offer. I will always keep their number anytime I want my baby taken care of because they know exactly what they are doing. You need your car spotless and looking like you just left out of a dealership's parking lot? This is the right car washing place to go to and they do not even take long.

Always go here and get the top wash. Makes the car look great and actually feel clean and polished to the touch. I have a number of cars that are nice and like the fact that I can get this caliber of service, efficiently and inexpensively. No matter how long the line is it's worth the wait. I'm a car guy and I like my cars to look nice.

Great wash but cars behind you are stacked too close together. My BMW f30 doesnt go from Nuetral to Drive without using the brake, so be careful and be vigilant to get off the line quickly.

I recently went in for a car wash on a normal day. The temperature was in the 70's (not too hot or cold). after going through the wash I noticed that my windshield had been cracked. I notified an employee. He took pictures and my phone number. He said he would share it with his manager. A few days later I got a call from Jon (manager) asking me to come in for an inspection of the damage. I went in to discuss but all Jon said was that this had happened before due to water temperatures and the hot air used to dry the cars. He said Jet Brite did not pay any of the customer's damage. I asked him why there was not any signs warning people of this, and all he said was, "We cant tell the customers that". I gave him my phone number and asked him to forward the information to the owner of the car wash. Today I got a call from someone named Jordan. As soon as I tried to explain my situation he cut me off and went on a rant saying that I should be bothering the manufacturer of the windshield ,not him. He told me to google thermal cracks. He mentioned that the car wash had nothing to do with my cracked windshield. at this time I felt disrespected so I hung up and am currently discussing with my lawyer. Very poor customer service. Lack of ownership on their part. What Jet Wash fails to realize is that this review will be read and it will eventually cost them more than the cost of replacing my windshield. Pay the few extra dollars and go to turtle wax instead.

Avoid at all cost. They do not clean their brushes. My car got nasty scratches just after one use. After they will try to weasel out of it. Really dishonest people. Lets make them go out of business

It was close to the worst customer service I've had. I waited 20 minutes in line for a car wash and the kiosk wasn't reading my card and they literat just told me to leave and there's nothing they can do. Never coming here again and I wouldn't bother if I was you. They didn't even offer to let me cut the line when I came back and brought cash. They rudely said I would have to wait again like everyone else. Plenty other car washes to go to other than this one.

First let me say Jet Brite Car wash (carol stream) location is terrible. The photos below shows the damage to my sister car when she went through Jet Brite car wash. Her bumper was torn off from her vehicle. Jet Brite car wash refused to take responsibility for what happened. They told my sister that her bumper was clearly loose from pins but has you can see from photos something tore the bumber from the body of the vehicle . Please do not go to this location or this company. This company lacks the ethical will to do the right thing. This company pays people to do a good review . Think about that before you use this service.

WARNING!! Car wash causes damage to vehicles and managers will not own up to it! First time with a new car, and I get home to find my license plate was pulled off. Could have been caused by anything. After some return visits, the license plate was pulled off again. Fast forward to Saturday and my roof top antenna fin was pulled off. The manager, John, has no customer service skills what so ever and immediately wants to deflect blame, as one of his workers comes out with my antenna in hand. Will not assume responsibility for something that they caused. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!

Free vac's & good $3+ washes -- Can't beat it! They offer several upgrades on wash if you want more than basic minimum. Automated cash & CC ordering kiosks, then drive around to starting line of wash, met with live person who usually does a minor mini pre-wash of tail-end of vehicle, where machine might otherwise somewhat miss. (He'll probably see & rescue an magnets you may have slipped your mind). Then, vehicle is pulled thru the line of water jets. brushes & sprays, like automatic car washes have done for decades. Additional extras (if any) are applied & vehicle is blown dry from all directions. Proceed to right & exit thru gate OR left & use the free vac's (can also vac prior to wash). Floor mat station available for a thorough cleaning of mats too. For those folks that want to use their own towel to insure every drop was dried, there's a big parking lot available. One thing I'm not crazy about is their sharing of close up pix of my vehicle for the world to see ("big brother" always watching), but that's now the world we live in. Note: This was probably a more thorough description than of us were looking for. Lol

Love this place. Price is right, free vaccums and easy to get to. Only thing is line can get long on sunny days so you may have to wait a bit. On those busy days it also doesn't seem to matter what time you get there, so just be open to a car wash whenever the lone is short!

$3 is just basic stuff. Free vacuum so that's a good thing. If you are planning to do the vacuum cleaning go early. They stop vacuum right away at 9 even if people are still using it.
