Lousy interior cleaning, didn't wipe down seats, dash or console. For $30 exterior and interior clean I wasn't satisfied. I called the manager and with his lackluster attitude, he clearly isn't engaged or trained to value the customer. I have had good expierence before but this place is too spoty on service to keep going back. I also asked them to sweep the bed of my truck and they stated it was too dirty. I had some drywall dust in it, that was it!

Scott and Dave walked out of their office to help with with road tar that wouldn't come off through the car wash. They were extremely helpful free of charge, hand drying and wiping down my entire car.

Pretty awful lately. Bugs and tar everywhere after the wash. Vacuuming is sub-par. It's like the rags they use on the glass makes it dirtier than it was before they "clean" it. The last time I went through with the Premium package, the interior and glass were not wiped down at all. The employee I pointed this out to looked angry that I called him out on it. Was good about a year ago, but this new batch of employees has been consistently terrible. $35 is way at too much to pay to make my car wet, and nothing more.

Paid $35 for one of the worst car washes I have ever gotten. Smudges and dust everywhere, that I had to clean and detail myself afterwards. Someone also stole the change out of my center console. Will never go back.

The boys and girls did a decent job. But upset at managment for not allowing tips for these boys on my credit card. This was my first visit ever and had no cash, but figured everyone does credit card tips these days. Why do you not allow this option?

This is by far the worst service I have ever had any where. I pay 50 dollars a month for unlimited washes and each and every time I go in the dash is left dusty, the floor is not vacuumed correctly, the mirrors have water spots and the list goes on and on. Don't waste your time, take it to a place that will do it right the first time.

Loooove this car wash! You can sign up for unlimited monthly packages and choose between the most basic of washes to a full inside out cleaning. The best unlimited monthly wash I found for interior only is about $30, but well worth it. If you wash your car twice, you’ve already made your money back. Highly recommend!

I get an interior detail each spring at Jack Schmitt. For $85, my SUV, which is filthy and sticky from the winter and children, is returned showroom clean! Manager Ed makes sure the car is spotless... It can be tricky to find someone there in the lobby as the team is always at work in the garages, so give them a call to set up a drop off time. They will call you when it's done. It is worth every penny!

Lousy car wash... truck is new.. wasnt too dirty..when it came out of car wash it looked terrible.. large streaky dirty on the sides..front still had every bug still on it... the rest of the truck had water spots every where... won't use again....

Used to be much better. Last 4-5 times I've used them, I end up having to just do it myself. It's not me being too meticulous...its stuff like smudges in mirrors, not wiping the dash and not vacuuming between the seats.

I pay monthly for the unlimited washes, the employees rarely wipe the windshields or the front end before sending me off into the wash, car comes out with bugs remaining on my car, and the car wash pushes you out before even halfway drying your car.

Extremely over priced for the services received! Paid for the premium package, windows in the interior of my vehicle weren't cleaned. They only put tire shine on 3 of my tires totally ignored the fifth wheel.ill never spend my money at this business again.
