For an automatic wash, thus is the best I've found. I do have to say I get a much better wash when they have two people spraying the press rinse. One person cannot possibly do an adequate job once you are on the conveyor. Love the free towels and vacuums, for some reason, it is not drying as completely as it was when they first opened.

It's a nice place, a bit pricey for a car wash. Yes, yes, I know they have wash levels to choose from. If you are OCD about your cars exterior like my husband, you can get the monthly membership. It's an excellent value. Comparing membership price to the $$ pkg. Yeah you save $$. If you just go by as needed make sure you have gotten the full pkg features you paid for. On occasion you'll get queued into the wrong spot in the line. Top pks should finish with Shami pre dry, air dry and tire polish about 4 ft from exit. If shami doesn't move in tl dry, or armorall shine doesn't get applied, immediately on exit, go left back around to the attendant. Td they're really very good about it and will send you back through.

I just cancelled my service. Car wash is forcing water up in from the bottom side of my Escalade headlights and the moisture made my headlights burn up. It also took off my factory hitch cover and I left my information to file a claim and it's been over a week yet nobody has contacted me.

Awesome place! Doesn't always get it 100% clean, but does have free vaccums, floor mat cleaning machine, and cleaning materials. Only thing is, ended up with a bent antenna once.

No star wasn't an option been here twice and turned away twice. First I had a coupon and was told it was no good even though it didn't expire. I swore I wouldn't go back but against my better judgement I did. Only to be told I couldn't go through the wash because I had a small crate and a jack in bed of my truck. That jack and crate have been through many carwash with no problems. I wouldn't piss on this place if it was on fire. Horrible business and horrible customer service in my opinion.

This was once a great place to get a good car wash. It is fully automatic. It seems there is wear on the system due to how close they push cars thru. Today the wheel shine is stuck and causes cars to jump the track almost running the following car into the lead car. Hope they fix it. The real problem is the system is not cleaned and maintained properly causing it to not provide the optimum wash. Spots, bugs, and dirt remain. Do not recommend until they perform the proper syatem cleaning and maintenance

Made washing my car alot of fun. It's pricey, but well worth it. I had no idea how it worked. The employees were helpful. Having vacuums on both sides of the car is genius. The mat washer was cool. I was glad there was a canopy Iver the car to block the sun. Definitely going to do it again.

Unlimited washes starting at under $13 a month, especially in the winter, is a great deal. My 2 gripes both involve the buff dryers. It seemed like it was worth a shot, so we tried upgrading to the package that includes the buff drying and it still leaves water in places and the buffers knock one of the side mirrors in if I don't get the car perfectly centered when I pull in. Overall, still a good deal if you like keeping your car clean.

Love this car wash and hate to see it go downhill. I took 2 different cars there today. Each bay I had there was a vacuum not working. The towels were wet in the morning and did not do an adequate job. In the afternoon there were none. If you need a good manager hire me.

Used the car wash today 2/2/2019 for the 1st time. I was very impressed. Car looks really clean and the vacuums are the only ones I have found that actually has suction. It is awesome they supply rags and cleaners and the floor mats cleaner really works great. Bought the unlimited pkg and definitely will tell my friends and family

I stop by here on a regular basis. I have enjoyed their membership program for several months. My car comes out clean and even has shiny tires. I will occasionally take advantage of their self service vacuum stations. They also provide some basic cleaning supplies for windows and the dash board. They even have a floor mat station, I haven't tried that yet.

Use your srub brushes that are provided for you to use, they NEVER use them to get bugs off, my husband went and ask them to get bugs off and they hand him a brush and pretty much tells him to do It himself VERY unprofessional!!! Not to mention we pay this company over 700.00 dollars a year!! Very dissatisfied!!

I was at the car wash yesterday 12/26/18 and paid for the best wash available $18. The line was all the way in the road because they had trouble with something in the car wash. I had already paid so I waited for 5-8 minutes before the line started up again. When I went thru the wash I notice the shammy and the wheel shine didn’t work and my vehicle was still dirty in the fender wells on the drivers side. I pulled around to the vacuum area and a representative from Finish Line walked past me and I asked her about part of the car wash not working and me not getting what I paid for. She said she noticed that and maybe I should try and go back thru. I said the line was wrapped all the way out to the road and I don’t have time. She told me to go to this review site because that’s where you need to comment about that kind of thing. I think this is pitiful customer service and she should have at least given me my money back or a voucher for a future free wash. If there are parts of the car wash that aren’t working then don’t let people pay for those items only to find them not available. That’s common sense! This is unacceptable! I am extremely disappointed in this service and people need to stand up and force them to make it right or shut down.
