Just left El Diamante. Not crowded. Minimal waiting. DYNAMITE JOB as always!!! Everything is fresh and clean. No complaints at all. Everyone was working hard but very friendly. Very reasonable pricing! Altima looks like new money. If my Altima looks this good, imagine what your Benz, Rover, or Porsche will look like

Today was my 1st visit to this place which was highly recommended by friends and local people. I stopped by several weeks ago to get a price and have one of the head woman take a look at my van. She gave me what I thought was a terrific price and I planned on bringing in for a detail with my husband on his day off, today. We arrived a bit before 10:30 am and verified again the price, I wanted a wax as well which was an additional fee. The young man told me it would be about 45 min to an hour so we took a long walk coming back around 11:30. I was not out of there till after 1pm. There was one man working on my car while every other vehicle had 2 or more. Then at 1pm when they told me it was done I go to inspect and the entire inside was not even vacuumed or wiped down, so I had to wait again for them to do. Mind you there was a great deal of yelling between the workers, just a very unprofessional atmosphere. I could have done a better job myself and not worth the $80 I paid today. 3 hours of my time wasted just for a wash, vacuum, wipe down and was. Mind you my car is mint, I am not a slob so it was a very easy job for them to do. Do not think I will be coming to El Diamante again and will definitely make sure to spread the word.

Great local detail shop with friendly and hardworking staff. Prices are average for this area but they have some early bird and other types of specials that make it a pretty good deal. The final results look great.

Took my Atlas here on a whim while the kids played at the park within walking distance. I cannot overstate how good of a job they did cleaning all 3 rows of my SUV. We have 3 kids and haven't gotten to cleaning it in a while and now the interior looks brand new again. Fully cleaned and properly conditioned. The job they did on the interior, let alone the outside which was a great job too, would have taken me over 2 hours. $45, Amazing

I had my car cleaned at El Diamante today, and they did an excellent job! We had the interior shampooed and they got a putty stain out that we never expected to disappear. The entire interior and exterior is as clean as they can get. Very reasonable prices, and the woman I spoke with was very professional. We'll come back!

This is hands down thee best place for a car wash! Don't let the looks of it fool you! These guys work hard and know exactly what they are doing! True professionals with every tool they need to get the job done perfectly. I went there on a day after it snowed and had salt all over my brand new car. After their hand wash it looked better than when I picked it up from the dealership! And it had just snowed the day before! Love this place! I am a true lifetime customer now!!!!!! Thank you!

This place used to be great. Not anymore, the staff and ownership are rude and conning people out of money beyond what they post on their menu board. I had been utilizing this service for probably 8 years and they offered fair prices with exceptional quality. My wife just had our SUV washed with their Standard Wash for $35, the high end of normal but they always did a great job. When we picked it up they feed us some line of bull about the rims being “extra dirty” which would require a $10 upcharge! The wash always included wheel cleaning and tire shine which is why we paid the premium price historically. $45 with the pathetic fee + tip (because it’s not the laborers fault) is absurd for a car wash. I will not be back and intend to tell everyone to avoid their own disappointment based on the new attitude at this establishment. Hope you enjoy no repeat business.

Alright... Take this from a detailer.. I run a high end detailing business myself, but I occasionally take my vehicle to them for a hand wash when I'm too lazy to do it myself. I never had them detail a vehicle, but their hand wash is incredible. You get so much for the amount they charge. They use the correct products for wheels, and even spend time conditioning plastic exterior trim. You can't beat the quality and value they offer for hand washes.

These guys do a fantastic job outside of the car as well as in. Prices are a little high but well worth it. They do have specials on certain days, call and ask. Only draw back is that waiting an hour is not uncommon. I recommend going when you’re not in a hurry. There is a park and downtown Saint Charles near by to explore while you wait.
