Terrible customer service from the owner Simon. He's extremely disrespectful and ungrateful of the customers that pay to have their cars washed. The 6.00 wash is terrible. They need an actual corporate office. We're hoping the property owners see what type of person they allowed to rent their property. When you give a guy a little power he takes it to another level. Do you want your car to go in fine and come out with a cracked windshield? Have your car washed here. I've been here multiple times and had both of my cars washed without a problem. Recently they changed the brushes and dryer blowers, I went and had my car washed it came out with a cracked windshield. I filed a report with the manager, got a call back the next day saying that they're not covering any of the damage. Their reason? That my car is notorious for getting stress cracks in the windshield. They said I could Google it. Well I did, and I could not find anything to that effect. Juan the manager said I could not contact corporate directly nor would he forward my information to them to speak with them. Or provide a phone number to contact them. Or the department who made this decision. Juan even admitted that they had video of my car coming in without a crack in the windshield and exiting with the crack. But apparently it's still not their fault. If you feel like having your $10 car wash cost you $400 for a new windshield, have your car washed here. I for one will never ever visit this place again. After having been there so many times I can't even count. Update: Simon the "district manager" and I talked today and I may as well spoke to a brick wall. He admitted photos of my car don't show the cracks prior to entry, but they still won't cover their damage. He admitted that most cars wiper blades get blown up under the blowers too and his had similar damage to his own car from "changing his blades and letting the arm slam down", But I guess in this case it is not cause of the damage. When I questioned why Juan's reference to "googling the car being prone to stress cracks" he referenced one blog post from 2011 regarding one persons issue with a brand new car and a mfr defect in the window track....Which was remedied. How amazing is it that I can drive this car for over 4 years, 57k miles and not have his issue until using the care wash. Somehow the excuses don't add up. Nothing more than a cop out and skirting responsibility. Instead of making this right and keeping myself, a once loyal repeat customer and my friends and families patronizing this establishment they choose to make up excuse after excuse after each is rebutted. I guess they can't take an educated customer calling them out, so off to the attorney this goes.

I have been to many car washes, both in and out of the area. Eco Brite takes the cake and surpasses all of them by far. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! In April this carwash cracked my windshield and did not even try to compensate me by comparing repair prices with their recommended company. I was simply told by the general manager Simon that he was NOT going to listen and just take him to court. If I could give this company NO STAR I would.

Car wash shuts down, and no one communicate to the customers. My car didn't get washed properly and dryers didn't work as attended yelled at me to get out. Not the customer fault if the mechanism is not working. During wash it stopped 3 times. Had to go to another car wash. The way employees treated the customers I doubt management will comment.

I been going there for awhile. Almost every week so I went yesterday after the snow storm and did the 3$ wash to get the snow off...so it didnt work.... So I talk to some one and told me if I do a 6$ one I can get a rewash if it didn't come off.... So I went today and did the 6$ so came out and still snow and ice ..so I took it off myself and told a manager about my problem..he said he couldn't help me...this is not the car washes problem?...and told me to look at a car going into wash and told me ...SEE THAT CAR,,,full of snow if it comes out with snow or Whatever he cant help I think this is messed up..so after 9$ my car still looked @@@@ up And said no rewash for me and have a nice day..this is not away to treat a loyal customer..I guess I'm not going back ever..unless I get ahold of someone that offers my my damn wash....and thanks to the Hispanic manager for making my day...

I love this CCar wash, To me relatively new. I noticed it by the bright LED Lights inside and around the building. $3 dollar wash,,, Hell Yeah!!!! Seriously Alsip is a generally safe community, But all the lights at this place and cameras, I feel safe with my own wife or mother going to wash, and vacume out their cars Here. Staff are very nice, even crack jokes like mimes twards my son in the car with me, reeling him in as I approached the tire guides. The soap smells so good, and stays in your vents just long enough afterwards to be relaxing to your nose. free vacuums and car mat cleaning stations. As I was whiping down the inside door panels to my car the staff walked around me often picking up the trash left from other cars and even asked how my day was. I am blown away that I only live within a mile from this place. Watch out Delta Sonic $5Basic, and Fullers $3 Basic. Ecobrite $3 basic washes very well, and heat dries almost to perfection. Leaving my lil hand towel very little droplettes only left to while away. I am in no way getting anything in return for this reveiw, I guenuinly like this place and tell my family to come here. My step dad loved the basic plus undercarriage wash, he said it was like you can eat off the bottom of the car. Good Luck with that. But also my brother Just bought a 2017 f150 and after some mud trails loved how just one wash it all was gone off the truck and wheel wells. I love this place over Delta Sonic the Most because, there is no MIN wage kids drying my car halfassed just to turn my $5 jacked up basic into a $7+ dollar wash that the rows of dryers could not take care of.

Then they jump on the back of your truck like your vehicle means nothing to them They just lost a lot of business and money here. Hands down THE best car wash I have ever been to. It seems to me that this area has a ton of these $3 car washes but I've never tried any other one except this. Why search for something else when this is the best? I usually actually opt for the more expensive options than the 3 dollar one and it leaves my car shining for weeks. I can tell that they use good wax because rain actually beads on my car. And I've never had.my car waxed except by a machine.
