Okay-The Politeness and Professionalism Of 1 Employee Saved This Place!! This seems the best out of the "bunch" of touch less car washes I've tried. 3 stars for now-the entire exterior of the Jeep Wrangler was shiny clean except for the front bumper-and the rear driver's side black colored fender?? Did they forget about those 2 places?? Also-for those drying the car-they need to change rags more often-looks like they use the same rags!! Luckily rags didn't look too bad-just soaking wet and to an extent better than other places, they did dry off my Jeep but, wow the front bumper and rear fender-forgotten?? Fine okay-it was cold outside. Willing to give another chance because this place did pretty good on the under carriage also big plus-the employee at booth(female/Afro-American) very polite-very professional and courteous-asked another employee to make sure my roof rack could pass -which is why I will give a second chance-came in Sunday-will try a week day-maybe this will help and give this place more stars-cleanest and neatest place I've seen thus far.

I had my SUV detailed, Alec shampooed the carpet, steamed clean the interior and waxed the exterior, he did an outstanding job. Brandon repaired 3 chips in my windshield, he took his time repairing, and I must say I was impressed with the results. Exceedingly poor service. I got the super kiss, interior and exterior cleaning; Even paid extra for a salt treatment to thoroughly clean the interior. The exterior isn't clean as there is some sort of residue on the car. The interior was even worse. Nothing above the floor was touched, crumbs still on the seat and dust on the dashboard, center consol a mess. Furthermore the mats weren't even dry and were just placed in the trunk. For the cost and the wait, this certainly wasn't worth my time or money. Couldn't even complain because it took so much time to clean, I was late to meet my family.

I want to thank the manager Katie who was attentive to my concerns. When the summertime bugs are "pelted" on the front of the vehicle, the washers tend to wash normally. She understood my issue and when I went back a week later, it was very much obvious a "new protocol" was in place. I am a monthly wash member and appreciate good customer service. Every time I go to this car wash-I have to get out of my car and clean my own car. They do not clean your car. I think for 20 bucks they will do a great job but, I’m always disappointed with the service. I tried the detailed shop and they half cleaned the inside. I had to go back and point out the crumbs they left inside of my car. This will definitely be my last visit.

Got my car washed and the $40 interior. The inside was not any cleaner than when I get the cheap cleaning. They also ripped off my leather slip guard that was firmly attached to my dash. It was original to the car! When I asked about it no one knew anything. I wrote to complain 2 weeks ago and no response. I see the owners response but how do I respond back to it? Clicked it and no option. Where would I get a claim number? I emailed my complaint twice and haven't received any response so def have no claim number.

Car wash is ok for the most part. I had 2 vehicles detailed here and they were not cleaned well. Each time we picked up a vehicle we were had to point out things that were missed and come back an hour later. This is not the way you do business. Manager on duty was not very empathetic and thought the whole thing was humorous.

Great car wash, however it isn't TRULY touch-less because they still had curtains that drag across the hood and over the car. It was dried and sealed by humans doing it so it's a much better job than a machine doing it.

A car wash with no vacumms, I have the membership, I got at the Crestwood location over a year ago and I love it , I love the Crestwood location and say I stopped at Tinley location only to be disappointed, customer service sucks! I just had the most professional experience at the Tinley Park Delta Sonic with the employee, named Noah. I frequent this delta sonic every week. This is the first encounter I have had with Luke. He is the most professional young man I have encountered there at delta sonic. He greeted me by saying” good morning ma’ma” as I looked around he was the only one that was cleaning the outside of my car, typically there is 2 employees . He was quick and efficient. I asked him to clean one spot again and he quickly completed the task. I opened my door to give him his tip for a job well done and I told him “thank you for being so polite and professional “ He again was very polite. I spoke to the manager and made her aware of the exemplary employee. This a gentleman that should train all the delta sonic employees!!

stopped into delta sonic this afternoon with a blowout on one of my tires. My first one on my new CRV, and I couldn't get the lug nuts off. Anthony, Miguel, and Brandon helped me by changing the tire completely and putting on spare, and placing my bad tire on plastic sheeting they put down in my rear compartment. Under the wiper blades as well. They have added the tire dressing to the end of the car wash, not sure it is as good as when the the techs do it....

I went through the car wash on 4-7-18. When I went into the drying stations, I got out of my car to see if the bird poop was off the hood of my car. It was gone but in place of the poop there was a large circular scratch about a foot by 1/2 foot in place of it. I filled out a claim form that day. The only remedy they are willing to do is have me go back to the place that scratched my car and have them buff it out. That is no solution. The body shop that I went to said it needs to be repainted not buffed out because it is a deep scratch and that is the only proper way to fix the scratch. DELTA SONIC basically told me when I called that this is the only thing that they will do. They also said that they would deny the claim and not pay for the repair. I reported this the the bbb of Chicago and if I need to I will Sue them for the money that it will cost to fix the damage they caused on my vehicle.

Terrible car wash place. Let me elaborate this place uses entirely too much soap until the point where the rinse can't wash it all away, so it leaves a soap residue build on your car, also the attendants near the vacuum stations don't dry your car completely, they told me verbatim ( oh we don't dry wheels), and the tire shine they apply sloppy and it doesn't cover the whole tire.

The wash it's self is simple you going through the car wash. However they do a terrible job with the windows. You don't get all you are entitled to get when pulling up for them to dry the car they never use that piece that kind of blow any access water put the ledge of your windows they never use it.

The employees look like they hate they job..the carwash smells like vomit making my car smell like a clean vomit car(something in the soap)..nd the car wash always blows my windshield wiper off its hook..at the intro of the car wash there 2 employees who never spray your car correctly..the store portion always run out of items to sell..i took my car to get vacuum in nd that job was not done correctly as well..sad because its brand new facility but they hired the wrong staff to run it..

The good: Car Wash; the bad: Gas. Car wash is a good value, and cleans pretty well. The folks are receptive, do a good job cleaning, and are very helpful with anything you may need. The gas - I have no idea where they source it from, or how clean they keep their storage tanks, but their Premium gas in my 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD (Premium only) had a rough start and knocking after filling up here. I would not fill up here again despite having the most attractive prices, and certainly would advise against anyone to fill here in order to protect and increase longevity of your car's engine, fuel pumps and proper firing of pistons. I recommend any Shell V-Power, Speedway, or Mobil in the area - I have filled up in all these nearby stations and have not had any problems.

Someone came over and asked for a review on google today. Good thing they did. At the detail shop they ask you what to focus on. None of the things that I mentioned were addressed. I said glass, tires, and bugs. My front end is still covers in bugs, my tires were way overdone to the point where there was dressing on the rims...ugly, and there was a white streak of whatever on the finish. Probably from the wash itself. If I didn’t have to mention anything then ok. But the guy who was wiping it down though he was done without even looking at it. I complained and they offered a perfect finish so that is very nice but I would rather just someone treat the car as if it were their own. They are the best around however so I will keep coming here as I am a monthly member for bit inside and out. Suggestion. Stop with the tire dressing inside of the actual car wash. That only causes problems. And just be more careful. We pay money for convenience but at the same time paying money and then having to complain is not worth the aggravation. Thanks

Got the $99 full interior. They did a really nice job, it was dirty. You pay for what you get! They worked on it well over 1hr 45mins. A lot of hard work! -Make sure you tip them. I had an issue with my floor-mat anchors, they were gone. It was bad, but I called and they did an incident report. Really friendly I also came back earlier to give the guy a better tip and wanted to show him a small part he missed and see if they could redo it. I was busy and they were so they gave me an entire interior voucher. I had another very small issue and they fixed it very quickly. Great customer service! All the staff there were wonderful! Very professional and courteous. They were proud of what they do and were empathetic to my fixing my issues. That's service!

Very nice car wash. On top of having an automatic wash, they spray your car by hand before you go into the wash, the hand dry wasn't really necessary, though. The air dryers did the trick.
