Went there on Tuesday 2/7/2017. When I got home and looked it over I had to revacuum and wipe down the inside. Still had crumbs in it. Very poor job. There were 5 or 6 guys working on my car. I would think it would have been clean. Windows were awful!

The equipment is Good the hands on part o the operation is terrible for 20 dollars my car felt like I went through machine at your gas station no detail for getting dirt of my rims and tire dressing was dried up and not shining by time I made it home

I have tried this place a lot and they never do a good job. All they do is light cleaning regardless of what package u pay for. I’d hate to see what they do on a detailed job. I paid $21 and had 5 people acting like they were cleaning my car yet the front still had dirt and bugs and the inside looked like it wasn’t touched in a lot of places. I’m not sure why they feel a light wipe down is an acceptable way of cleaning. Definitely going to take my business to auto spa in Fairview heights from now on.

Absolutely the worst place to get your car wash the lady in the front was absolutely rude she wore glasses can't think of her name worst experience ever I would recommend any car wash but this one I guess a former employee came in to get there check while I was there and they the lady told him she gave his tips that he had earned away. Everyone I have went there they just do a quick wipe off and leave lots of water spots. Please pass it on that place was a joke

Good car wash. Friendly staff, good cleaning equipment and excellent inside and outside work. (No streaks on the windows.) They also offer a 24 hour rewash due to rain or bird poop. Very fair prices as well.

Didn't clean inside car windows. Half the car was wipe good. Had to ask the worker to wipe the right side of car again. Still look a mess the second time of wiping it down.

Terrible experience. Employees tell you one thing and then the manager contradicts what they say. My car was still a mess when I left. Was too exhausted to stay until they got it right and just left. Won't be back. Love how their friends and family members put in the complimentary 1 liners to pump up their ratings. Great place. Love it...........ummm, yeah right.

HORRIBLE service, dont encourage anyone to work here unless you are fine with harsh hours for minimum pay, only 1 20min break during a 9 hour shift. they treat you poorly and expect you to learn everything in a week without teaching you anything

Very poor job. I asked the guy if I could pay extra due to dog hair in my car. He told me to purchase the full service wash, and it would get done. It doesn't even look like they vacuumed because the dog hair is still present. I was willing to pay EXTRA. I will only be returning if I need a quick exterior wash.

They did a good job considering my car was a hot mess, however under my seats they decided ,I assume, no one would notice they mess underneath so they bypassed vacuuming.
