Used this drive thru car wash today in Columbia. Probably THE WORST car wash I have ever had. Came out and I drove just down road to a parking lot. I got out to look at my Escape and I am not kidding when I say there were greasy soap streaks over my entire car including windows. Went back to Brite Worx and thru attendant lane. Showed the young lady at the window my car and she asks if I am talking about all the streaks on my car to which I say yes. First thing she says is she can run it back thru for free. I told her I did not want to do that after seeing what the first time looked like. Asked for a refund to which she responded she could not do because there was no manager there and that one might be there tomorrow. Took my car to a self wash to wash off all the left over soap from Brite Worx. Definitely would not recommend.

Going through this car wash took off our spoiler. They are refusing to work with us or call us back. When we call up there, Tiffany is refusing to give us any phone number or manager to talk to.

I have zero complaints, I drive a Chevy Silverado that is White, yes Everytime I come out of the wash I have the purple fluid running down the driver and passenger side doors but I always pull over by the vacuums and wipe my whole truck down to get rid of dry spots on the windows and the chrome. I work in a dusty environment and this place makes my truck spotless. I definitely come through at least 4 times a week.

I love being able to go to the car wash everyday. With that I expect some level of mixed quality from day today, but lately the wash has gotten worse and worse. It started months ago when it ripped my back windshield wiper off on three separate occasions. Now I take that down. Today's latest issue is that after running through the carwash there is pink fluid all over my car from the prewash cycle. I have a white car and this looks absurd. Highly disappointed and will likely cancel my membership over this. I pay good money for this service and I am not receiving a fair product. Stay away at all costs!

Not okay. Do not get your car washed here. I kept seeing it when I would drive through Columbia and while they made it look amazing, it does not do an amazing job. I paid way too much for the wash to begin with but thought okay its going to be the best car wash ever. Didnt dry my car at all. They didnt tape the back window windshield wiper down, which they need to do. The vacuums have no suction. I thought the one I went to just wasnt working but tried others and none of them had suction. Like my vacuum at home does a much better job. Won't ever be going back!

Right before exiting the car wash our car came to a stop suddenly and both myself and my wife could see in the mirror that our tires were rolling backwards as the conveyor belt kept moving, until after a few seconds whatever was jamming us up released. The manager swears that the tire cleaner could not jam us up and there is nothing else to catch us. I have cancelled all the memberships for our cars because if they refuse to believe it happened they will not look for the problem. I am not going to risk it happening again and it causing major damage or even injury to me or my wife.

Unlike other similar car washes, this place did not remove the bugs from the front of my vehicle before entering the automated wash.

Expensive, and left scratches on my car. It cleaned my car as well as a thunderstorm would. The scratches on my are going to be expensive to buff out The vaccums are free, which would be nice if it actually sucked anything off the carpet. Waste of time and money. Screw this place, don't reccomend.

I finally canceled my monthly from them. Went through car wash 3 times and still have all the bugs kill on my windshield and front of car. Last 4 months or so been having to get out and wipe soap off my side mirrors. Figured soap was all over my car, because of spots on white paint and windows. Last time I give them $29.99 a month. I’ll do it myself and know it’s clean and soap free. Btw I contacted them via email days ago and they never replied.

WARNING!!! My vehicle hit the car in front of me due to conveyor belt issues. I had a very light scratch on my new 2017 Nissan Maxima and was told I would be contacted. I waited and never received a call or a response to my email. I went back to speak to a manager and was assured the issue had been fixed. I unfortunately believed what I was told, and again the same thing happened. This time it caused extensive damage to my car and the 2019 in front of me. STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE!!!!
