I will never go to auto spa again...the employer and employees are rude and they do not clean my car good... I payed 25.45 for my car to be half cleaned..then to top it off there machine broke a piece off of my car... And manger said it was not there problem. He said it was the weather. If anyone ask me about auto spa I am going to tell them all about my bad experience

The last 3 experiences I've had here have not been good. They mixed up my oil on my oil change a few months ago and today they were super rude. Manager said it's bc it's the guys last day which is how she justified his behavior. I'll never be back

I came here today and presented a coupon from their website on my cell phone. I was then informed that because it was not printed on paper, it was not valid. I find that cheap tricks and policies like this are usually the tip of the iceberg. I'm disappointed and wonder what other cheap tricks are happening behind the scenes of this operation. Be sure to read the fine print on the "Unlimited Car Wash" deal too. #badbusiness

I have worked there and the way they do cars is half ass. We would always have customers complaining that there car looked bad. Not to mention the manager doesn't know how to talk to people at all, and is very rude. We had a customer complain that they didn't like the way the manager talked to the kids. Also he screws all his workers over and you don't get paid for clean up which is 20 minutes everyday. If you want yyour car washed good I recomend taking it to a detail shop

Our car was absolutely covered in bugs from a weekend trip! Never been here before and selected the “Ultimate” wash which was one step down from the most expensive of the choices. Two young men did a thorough but quick hand wash before going into the automatic part and an older man came out to thank you. When the car came out of the wash, nearly all of the bugs were gone! I was truly amazed. Great job Auto Spa, I will be back!

Great car wash. The only one thing. They need a second rinse and then dry. Very spotty. Possiblely to much soap but probably just need that second rinse.

Pretty good job for the price most times... They need to have better instructions when you pull up so everyone knows what to do in order to request your car wash. However for the price and quality of wash you get, Not to mention that you also can get an oil change plus a car wash almost free when it is changed, I have to give them 4 stars.

I looked up this locations hours of operations prior to driving out of my way and was excited that they closed at 800:pm. Well apparently 8:00pm means 7:30pm. The last time I came I got their top of the line wash and someone sprayed some dash protectant on my HUD (Heads Up Display) making it appear distorted I just turned it off and tried to wipe it off myself later. So I guess I’m on strike 2 with AutoSpa maybe I’ll try them again but I’ll probably go to Jack Schmitt at least they will be there when they say they will be.

I have the monthly subscription for unlimited car washes. Employees are great and do a wonderful job. Take your car there, it will be very shiny! Clearly the owner has instilled great values in his employees, so hats off to them on great service!

If they brake anything on your vehicle they will blame you. They wont fix it. They wont take accountability. They wont treat you like they value you at all. I drive a Hummer H2. The first time the car wash ripped off the grill and I was able to go back and retrieve it. They said sorry and I put the grill back on it was still in tact. 2 days ago I go to the car wash and it rips off my lower grill. I call repeatedly so I can retrieve my part. They dont answer go there watch on video camera the grill coming off in the car wash. They said they would call us back and they conveniently called the wrong number. And proceeded to tell me and my boyfriend that it is our fault and our problem. And the part has been obliterated with no recoverable pieces. After admitting the car wash ripped it off and admitting that there are no warning signs that if they damage your vehicle they are not liable. What Ever You Do Dont Go Here!!!!! They will screw up your car and blame you!!!

When I first utilized this facility, I had just returned from a deployment and moved to Fairview Heights and decided I needed my car cleaned out. I asked for my car to be washed and waxed, and for the seats and carpets to be shampooed. While my car was being cleaned, I was standing around trying to figure out where I go to pay then the manager comes up to me and asks me if I paid to which I politely replied “No, I didn’t know where to pay.” Then he laughs in my face and says “So you just thought you weren’t going to pay?!” I told him no and that this was my first time here, so he asks “which car is yours?” When I point to my car he smirks and tells me “I’ve seen that car here before.” I have a dark blue 2012 Hyundai Sonata and I’ve seen an abundant amount of people with the same car as me. How he was able to assume that I’ve been there before is beyond me. I went inside and paid, made sure I tipped the other people because they did a great job and it would be unfair for me not to tip them because their manager is rude, and I left. I refuse to do business with them.

I went to auto spa on a recommendation from a co worker. Overall it was a good experience. However since it was my first time I was a little confused as to how it worked when you first arrive. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my car wash. I haven't seen my vehicle this clean in awhile. I'm especially impressed with how well my rims were cleaned. Good job, guys.

Used this place yesterday, since my truck was covered in salt and just overall dirty. I was greeted by the owner who thanked me for my business. They pre washed the front, sides and rear of my truck, then into the automatic wash. Great job. Well satisfied. Thank you!

I just got the unlimited plan. There are personal washers to help scrub any excess dirt under vehicles. it would be nice to have one at the other end, after dryer, to wipe excess water. The only thing I don't like is that you have to push buttons that you don't want anything extra, each time. I want to just drive through and be done.

Had a full detail on my Truck and they did a phenomenal job. Black colored vehicles are harder to keep looking clean and fresh and they knocked it out of the park. They will definitely have some return business!

Love this car wash just based off of the hard working guys that seem to actually care! I always tip the attendants and they will scrub my car for a few minutes before putting me thru! Very friendly and hard working staff!!! My only complaint is that the vacuums aren’t free, but that’s no big deal.

I had read the ad last time I was in and wanted a membership. The 35 a month for washes and once a month interior. When I came in and asked about it I was told I was at the wrong location, and that's not offered here. Then I go through with getting my car checked in and my claim check has the add on the back of it. When I told the cashier that that was what I was asking about she offered no assistance in clarifying the program, and put no effort into getting me signed up. Guess getting customers into a plan is not in your interest? I had already paid almost fifty dollars for services today, but I guess my business is not worth the effort? I really like this place but if I'm not valued as a customer I could always look elsewhere. I work at a local repair shop and also at a local parts store. I jad been referring you previously, but todays lack of customer service makes me reconsider. This is certainly not how i treat my customers or want them to be treated as a result of my refferal.Please respond if you'd be interested in keeping me as a customer and advertisement.

If you have tinted windows... Don't get your car washed here. I'm new to the area and was looking for a place to get my 2018 Optima washed. I always drove by and the cars getting washed there always looked good. So I figured I'd give it a try. Car looked nice when it was finished, but as the day progressed. I noticed on at least 3 different windows, including my windshield, that had fine but noticeable scratches in the tint. Of course they accepted no responsibility for this, and I'm stuck spending ANOTHER $150-250 getting my tint fixed. So I would suggest if you have your windows tinted, skip past the Auto Spa in Belleville/Fairview Heights. I spent $34 the ONE time I went, and will NEVER go back unless they take responsibility for the damages caused.

I use to love auto spa, always did a great job. I went there Wednesday evening at 6:45 pm. Was only 2 cars being vacuumed, no cars outside being wiped down. Was approximately 15-20 employees just standing in the wipedown area, doing nothing. Was told, we do not do interior wipedowns after 6:30 pm. They are opened I tip 8:00 pm. Made it back up theee today about 12:00. Yes, it was busy. Waited in line,m. Told no interior today, too busy. I am leaving tomorrow morning to go out of town. Also, I am disabled and can not clean myself. I will never go back!

Don't usually comment. But I'm way impressed. I drive through areas that make a lot of bug splatter's. My car was terrible. Seriously. My car looks like it came off the car dealership floor room. The tires even are shinny. I'll drive out of my way to come back to this car wash. And have to say. The workers at the wash was great.

I went there for the first time and left with muddy footprints inside of my vehicle and a plug off my tire. Manager showed me the cameras and TOLD me "here is what I know happen. You hit a curve. If my employees see something like this they tell me and we tell the customer." No one told me anything!!! And I didn't go anywhere else. Then I asked about changing my membership at the Express location because the wax is never washed off completely and dries up looking worse than it did when I came in. Again he's gonna tell me what's happening instead of listening to my complaint and providing good customer service. Needless to say I canceled my membership the same day. Not worth my hard earned money to not be treated like a valuable customer.
