I have never been this is a review based on what I know they do good work very good work but if you just want a minor clean wipe and vaccume I reccomend somewhere elce I think this is more for if your car is bad and want to sell your car or you just want it looking brand new this is the place but if your just looking for a quick vacuum and go I would try a smaller place somewhere that can get you in fast and go this is in no way a negative review they do great work but this is more of a high end service it cost about 125 for there inside clean with a 50 dollar deposit which makes sense if your doing a high end service I just want people to be aware I will use them before I sell my next car but untill then I need a smaller place to go for a 30 min clean!

As far as I am concerned, this is the ONLY place to get a detail in Lake County. The level of pride these guys have in their work is unparalleled. Ken and his crew took our 2013 Traverse, which had been used and abused and spilled on an eaten in and generally trashed by our three kids...and they made it look and even FEEL better than it even did when we bought it. I still cannot believe it. They did such a meticulous, stunning job. My husband said, after we got home, "I felt like a scrub driving it in shorts...I should be wearing a suit just to operate this car now!" GO HERE. NOW. They are just the nicest, most professional, talented guys who treat each car like their own. I cannot say enough great things!!! THANK YOU, Ken and team! You took a beat up family car and turned it into a work of art!

I highly recommend Ken and his team! You will NOT be disappointed! We just had our H2 detailed and it looks fabulous! Every nook and cranny was cleaned and buffed to a mirror-like shine. He even “fixed” the foggy headlights on my Honda :). Didn’t even know that was possible. He is working on our boat now – we take everything to Ken because we know we will be extremely happy with the results!

After seeing the gorgeous cars in the lot and perusing the outstanding customer reviews online, I took my 2004 Ford Explorer to American Auto Expo for a full interior and exterior detail. I was more than a little ashamed when dropping off the vehicle – hazy paint, carpet stains, dog hair, etc. Ken walked me around the car, explained what his team of experts would do and assured me that I would hardly recognize the vehicle when it was done, asking me to pay particular attention to the before and after images in my mind. I cannot begin to describe how fantastic the vehicle looked when I went to pick it up. Believe me when I tell you that it looked better than the day I bought it from the Ford dealership seven years ago. The interior, exterior, carpets, seats, floor mats, engine bay, wheel wells, wheels and tires, every nook, every cranny, absolutely everything…was spotless!! I was truly impressed and am extremely grateful!! On its website, American Auto Expo claims to be “committed to your satisfaction” and to provide “quick, quality, friendly service” with “honesty and value to every interaction.” It also promises to “provide value and outstanding service, regardless of size or difficulty.” Based on my experience, it’s all true. I would highly recommend Ken and his team to anyone and can’t wait to see what they do with my family’s Chevy Equinox and Toyota Corolla!!

So I had an interior detail done to my 2016 Toyota Rav 4. I do keep it pretty clean. But, it needed the carpets and seats cleaned well. I had a stain on my passenger seat that was removed. The carpets look brand new. The mats look brand new and are super shiny. As for the windows, dash, etc. It looks like I just drove it off the lot. I'm super impressed and happy. There's no way I could of done this job on my own . ouf As for the customer service Ken and his fiance we're both super nice and did a great job. We had a little issue with the time span of doing my suv....but Ken worked to fix that and made me much happier. I would definitely recommend them!!

My experience with Ken and his team was amazing. I had undercoating and detailing done to my car. It looks amazing. Ken took pictures of the undercoating he did, and showed them to me. Absolute pros with attention to details. I brought two SUVs that were long overdue and Ken and his team did not leave an inch untouched. The interior and exterior work looked like it belonged in a showroom. Pet hair, cigarettes residue, and coffee stains gone. Rims and body shining like when I first bought it. It’s refreshing to see workers take pride in their work and not see you as just another invoice. Will be returning

After weeks of having repair work done and getting ready for a cross country road trip we decided we wanted to try to get the jeep cleaned up and ready for the trip. I was skeptical it would be anything other then just a basic job of surface cleaning since when I bought it it didn't look great and had it detailed 3 times since buying it. I took a chance on Ken and the work that so many were saying was unbelievable and wow were they right. My husband and I could not believe the level of cleanliness he achieved, inside and out, but especially on the inside. What I really thought was impossible...stains etc he and his team managed to eliminate. They spent a lot of hours working on it well into the night and he delivered on his promise to get it done right. When you look at the pics keep in mind this is a 12 year old vehicle, multiple owners, kids, teens, 2 dogs. It looks 10x better then when I got it from the dealer. I highly recommend them. I highly value quality and integrity in work and in my experience you can count on both here!

Every time I take my vehicle to be detailed here. I am amazed as to how amazing my vehicle looks! You can take your car anywhere to get a detail now days. However if you want someone pays attention to detail this is definitely the place! I am always impressed on how great a job that they do. My car is five years old and it looks like it came off the showroom floor every time American expo finishes with it. Keep up the amazing work guys!!!

Very poor customer service. I’m baffled at the amount of good reviews because I couldn’t even set up service. I called shortly after they opened today and got their voicemail which says you can text them. I sent out a text inquiring about getting my car in for an interior detail. The person responding on the other end didn’t answer any of my questions and was more concerned with how I found out about them and making sure I read all the reviews online.

I have a two years old Toyota Tundra. I use it for work and drive down many gravel roads leaving the exterior and interior in what I thought was past the point of no return, as far as condition. I brought my 2012 Kia Sorento in for a complete detail. They did an excellent job; I'm pretty sure my vehicle looks wayyyyy better than the day I brought it home from the dealership. Ken and his crew are definitely professionals. Ken took the time to look over my vehicle and explain what they would do, and gave me a FAIR price upfront.. and didn't change it when the job was done. I feel they deserved way more than they charged us. They hit every little crevice.. and got all the dog hair out. They didn't turn us away even though we didn't have an appointment, and they were busy; although, I don't recommend doing that to them because of how busy they are. We'll be taking all of our vehicles there when they need to be cleaned. Thank you guys so much for restoring my vehicle to better than brand new!

I rec'd a 125.00 gift card for interior detail, outside wash and scent bomb. all of this was written on the card. I called to make an appointment and had to leave a message. The next day i rec'd a text from Ken at 7:10pm I told him what I had and what I wanted just what was on the card and he first told me that it was going to be an additional 175.00. after going back and forth for 2.5 hours i finally got an appt for 8am friday (3 days from my initial call. I dropped my car off at 830am. When I finally got my car back 12 hours later it was getting dark and i could not see that well. the next morning i got in my and could not see out of the rear view mirror because they did not wipe it after they sprayed it. My phone holder was missing the rubber on it that hold the phone. The steering column was not even wiped. There is this white crusty stuff around my vents i cant get off and the outside was not touched except for the windows. The shampoo job they did looked good but there is moisture all over my seats, inside my trunks and they must have saturated my radio because it now changes channels on its own. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

WOW!! I dropped off my 2002 Honda Civic for a complete detail. I talked with Ken (owner) about what I could expect after they finished detailing my car. He said it would look great when his team was finished with it. I took it with a grain of salt.... after all the car is 14 years old! Well I am happy to report, WOW !!! the car looked great this was not the same 14 year old car I dropped off. The paint was buffed to a high polish, windows were perfect. Ken took me around the car showing me everything they had done: interior, engine, trunk, even the rails / tracks for the seats. His team has a passion for details and I am so glad I found them. If I could, I would give zero stars. I spoke to the owner on Saturday morning to detail my vehicle as I was picking up executives from the airport on Sunday. Stated no problem we will get it done for you. He honestly went out of his way to try and sell the experience. What he delivered was nothing. I let him keep the vehicle over night and he led me to believe it would be done about an hour before I had to leave. I showed up to get it and he did absolutely nothing to it. He then proceeded to say he would make it right. I like an idiot thought he meant it. So I call him back while on the way to the airport he was not even at the office but at the store and needed to call me back in 5 min. It's now 2 days later and he hasn't responded. Don't waste your time or money at this place.
