Not real impressed. Took a small pickup in and I had to mention obvious dirt on the lower outside trim and had to SHOW her where it was so she could wipe it off. On the inside, the back cup holder was still filthy and obviously not even touched. It was a surprise for my husband as a gift and he told me he was going to have to go over it again because there was still lots of grime around knobs, etc. I think they just gave it a quick wipe down and vacuumed, not really detailed cleaning. Don't feel I got my money's worth, especially since they had the vehicle for four hours.

Excellent detail work. I'm very happy with how clean my vehicles are. I have taken more than one vehicle and have an appointment to come back soon. Reasonably priced for this area, I recommend.

Haven't been to this car wash in years because of terrible service. Thought I would give it another try. Paid for mini detail got a major rip off. My fault for going back. Would rather drive to Boise for a car wash then go back there!!

Got a full detail for $155. The truck looks amazing inside and out. I left a bunch of stuff in the truck and they just gathered it all together and put it in a bag for me. So worth the money!

I don't write reviews for any company (good or bad) but in this case i need to warn people to stay away from this car wash. They did such a piss poor job on just a basic wash. The entire back end of my car was so poorly done that i could have written my name in large block letters in the dirt they left and it could have been read from 50 feet away. Save your money and STAY away from this place.

Not really worth the money. I paid $29 for the "mini detail" and got an auto car wash, slight vacuum, and a little armor all on my dash. No interior window cleaning, no tire/wheel shine. Very basic

I am 51 years old, and this is the first review I have ever written or anything. We had our car detailed, ask what was included with the full detail I'd ask how much it would be to have inside the engine compartment cleaned, it was $15 more. We were amazed at the outcome, our 5-year old car that had never been detailed looked almost brand new. There were multiple stains on the passenger seat that came out very well and probably enough dog hair in the car to build another dog. They didn't only clean under the hood they detailed, degreased and armoralled all of the plastic trim. It was more than understood that the car would not be like brand new but we are very pleased with the outcome. We found 2 minor spots that were missed, I took care of these in 10 minutes so I believe some of the bad reviews for this business are people that don't understand that their car will never be new again. We plan on using their services in the future. Thank you, Satisfied Customers.

I dont really have a lot to say but I am interested in asking a question. I am not a fan of automated systems and everytime I make the mistake of going through anything but a touchless care wash I get damage... usually window tint, paint scratches. Its happened everywhere but Rocket... but I still think bucket wash is the safest. So my questions are: What is the most important aspect of an actual detail? Besides not wanting your cat damaged, is it price, time, etc and is 50 to 100 dollars something people actually pay for? Im cheap and feel broke :) but is a 75 dollar hand wash and wax worth it? Is a 40 dollar quick detail worth it?

They damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility for it. They broke off the antenna cover to my 2014 Kia Optima SXL. It will cost me $482 to replace at the dealership. (It's a shark fin-like piece that sits on the roof just above the back window.) I called and found out that they still had the part there where they knocked it off, so they know it was caused by them. They had to have really hit it to break the bolts that held it on. They were sheared/broken right off. I would have withheld the terrible rating had they made any attempt to make it right. They're trying to say it was normal wear and tear and just happened to fall off in their car wash. Thats BS on a 2014 Luxury car that has been impeccably cared for. Now I saw here on another review that they damaged another person's vehicle up high and refused to fix it as well a few months ago. Avoid this place at all costs. They damage your vehicle and don't care. There should be an option to give zero stars.

They damaged our car with their car wash/ quick detail. The location was high enough it could only be caused by a car wash. Gave them the opportunity to be honest about the damage they caused. They denied it. Real disappointed with the integrity of this business.

Paid for the best package wash and left with my car still dirty in spots, employees where to busy listening to music and chatting to really care about what they where supposed to be doing. Will never go here again.

I got the full detail and for $135 you would think it would look pretty clean, however it looks like someone quickly shampooed the seats and carpets and just wiped down the dash. My car wasn’t even that dirty when I dropped it off. Not impressed.

I asked for a car wash I was told $13 I asked if that would get rid of the bird poop on my car they said it would cost an extra $2. All that entailed was washing my car if you want your car vacuumed it would cost more in my opinion it's a RIP OFF.

Very disappointing experience and sorry about the long review but it was not good. This was my first ever detail. Took my car in for a "mini detail" which includes, the following per their website: Manager’s Special Bug removal Presoak shampoo Tire cleaner Rim Cleaner Undercarriage wash Pre-Scrub Triple foam conditioner RAIN X Durashield UV protectant Spot free rinse Towel hand dry Fragrance Interior windows Interior vacuum Armoil Wipe Down Dash, Door Panels, Door Jams Tire & Rim Shine After I paid for the detail I turned to see my car coming out of the wash and turned back to the gentleman at the counter (who I later found out is the owner) to see if my car was done or if I needed to wait longer. He was on his phone not paying any attention at all. I patiently waited until he looked up and said "oh, sorry what did you ask?" I repeated the question to see if my car was finished. He went out in the bay area to check and came back to let me know it was just about done and that I could go out and wait by my car. I turn to head out and a young employee was hollering through the window that she didn't know how to drive my car because it was a stick shift. So she puts it in neutral and starts pushing my car towards the closed bay doors with no one in front to stop it. I went into panic mode because I just sold my car and am delivering it TOMORROW to the new owner and all I see is my car heading right towards closed doors. The girl runs around the front and luckily is able to stop it but then it starts rolling backward right towards the car behind it. Luckily someone jumped in and put on the e-brake. I go down to my car and give it quick scan. The rims were still filthy. The young man who was hand drying it responded to my request to clean off the wheels. He told me it was done so I climb in and there is a dirty rag still on the dash. At that point, I notice that the panels on the interior doors were not clean, nor were the interior windows. I explain this to the young man. He is frantically trying to clean by himself. Meanwhile, two other young people who work there are off to the side laughing about something on one of their phones. At this point I was in a rush and grabbed the rag and started cleaning it myself. I left in a pretty bad mood so after I had a chance (maybe 20 minutes) to calm down I decided to call and let the manager know about my bad experience. The man who answered wouldn't transfer me to a manager but after I pushed several times he told me he was the owner and could handle my request. So I explained my experience. His response was that my car didn't come "that close" to hitting those doors or the car behind it. I explained that from my perspective, where I've just sold my car and am worried about something happening to it, it was too close. He offered to comp me a wash. I told him the wash wasn't the problem. It was the detail and lack of customer service. His comment was that we are at an impasse and he would not refund me anything. So, last time I ever use that detailer/car wash and would not recommend it to anyone.
