Great friendly service, fast, they spray your vehicle, manually scrub your car for a cleaner wash, prices are great, like that they are locally owned, they just updated there car wash. Looks and works great. free vacuume with every wash they also offer full detail on Vehicles. Been going there for years i definitely recommend it

Very disappointed with the car wash from what it was before. I went to it while I lived here and it rated a 10 . Now there are no full service lines where the car is vacuumed out and cleaned. I stopped during a visit from Montana and paid the 70 dollars and figured that I would get the full service. Not so. When I asked afterward I was told that it covered a month of unlimited car washes, what good that's going to do me as I come down for a visit every 5 weeks. If you want to pay for your car being washed and vacuum your own car out this is the place to go. Now, I would rate it a 1 or maybe 2.

Do not patronize this business. Dishonest and unethical. Worker broke a back window with a brush when entering car wash. Owner wouldn’t speak with me and locked himself in his office, having another worker relay a message that they did not break my window and he wouldn’t take responsibility for it. Called police who wouldn’t take action calling it a civil incident. My insurance company’s lawyers had to deal with the owner. This car wash does not deserve your business!

Excellent service and wash! Beats the new BlueBird wash to pieces, my truck doesn't leave Look Nu with plops and splashes of pink and purple (soap? wax?) ALL over my white pick up. Plus I can take my time to dry the chrome instead of being held to 5 minutes to not impede others....pffft. Looks Nu is STILL the wash to hit!

I was quoted 165 dollars to detail my car. When i went to pick it up. The guy charged me 175 plus 65 plus 5 totalling 245! For what reason? No one can explain! The car is a small Ford escape that was fairly clean already. I just wanted to get it extra clean for my mother to borrow. Not taken advantage of at a car wash! Stay clear of here! These guys are crooks!!! My car still had finger prints on it and a little dirt in the back upon further inspection! I made a phone call to the owner who was the one the quoted 165 and he didnt have an answer for me and basically told me to kick rocks! Shame shame! Dont support this local business! Luckily there is a new car wash being built in town called the blue bird located next to walgreens!

Loved discovering this place. I've been back multiple times in the past year. I was disappointed last time to find that they no longer offer the express detail, though! As an out - of-towner, I appreciated the quick service with no need for an appointment. What a bummer! Still a great place to go for a quick wash - and I'll order a detail if I can manage it in my schedule!

*WARNING* I've used look nu for about the last 10 years or so never had any issues till lately. I had the monthly plan for a while. I called to cancel because I was leaving town for the summer, so no reason to keep paying on something I can't use right? I come back to town my membership sticker was still on my window as I drive in. I go to hand the man a 20$ bill to pay for the was letting him know I cancelled my membership a few months before. he walks to his window and pulled out a sheet of paper. saying I owed 163$ I said no my membership I canceled. he then told me it wasn't because I didn't come in and sign paperwork saying I wanted to cancel. even tho nothing was mentioned about that at the time of my cancelation. long story short they kept charging me for a canceled membership.

Car wash did a good job with my vehicle. No complaints about that. But the employees were rather grumpy. Like they were bothered that I was there. And they charged me $5.00 extra because there was some mud on my running boards. Apparently the posted prices are only for clean cars.

I've used them for years, had an employee smack my hood once out of anger. They removed him from his position immediately. All was fine until they just told me I couldn't come back because my tires were to wide... I've been taking the same pickup threw for over a year, same tires. Disappointed

Quality of service is good, but you'll consistently get haggled on price, especially if you get some sort of gift card or punch card. I know plenty of people that have been told they "misunderstood" what they were purchasing (in reference to a punch card, gift card, etc.) And were forced to pay additional money at the time of redemption of the specific coupon, including myself. Very upsetting when you want to support locally owned businesses.

Like if I was dumb lol so I wanted to just get out of there quick as possible. Is the detailing for just outside the cars?

Payed 11$ for a under wash and exterior wash, only got the exterior washed. The underside was completely dry and looked the same as before
