The staff consistently fails to monitor water pressures (a must if you don't want to destroy your customer's cars). My cousin worked here a long time ago under different management and said the water pressure at this location needs to be monitored constantly. It is just not happening. I know several people who have had issues with their vehicles due to the overly high water pressures. Would not recommend going here.

If you are going anywhere else for a car wash, you are wasting your money. These guys are AMAZING!!! I drive a Black 2012 Dodge Challenger... so you know my car always looks dirty. Ive shopped around for the best carwash and decided this is the cream of the crop. Their diligence at cleaning my vehicle and giving it the attention to detail right before the wash, to when I drive up to the free complimentary vacuums (when you purchase any wash) and their haste at immediately getting me another coin to keep vacuuming my car. Gotta get every crumb right? Literally 5 seconds after the vacuum shut off they walked over and handed me another coin to continue. The costumer service is outstanding at this place. Just give them a try!!

Their automatic carwash tore the casing off of my passenger side mirror on my F150. I went back two days later and they could not find the part. I filled out some paperwork and the guy said the owner would call me and take care of it. After a week I had not receive a call. I went back and the same fellow was there so I asked him about it and he said he would have them call me. It’s now been four weeks and I’ve not received a call. I will not go back again and I caution you about using the automatic carwash. This is very poor customer service. Even if they are not going to pay for the part which I’ve already replaced, they could have at least called me and told me. Update, it’s been five months and they’ve never responded to me.

I used the self serve machine. Was absolutely disappointed in how little time you get for your money. Other washes I could normally complete my wash with half the amount. They're Tire cleaner did absolutely nothing. And it is the same with the vacuums. It seems like $0.50 only got me two minutes. I would rather go somewhere else when I put in $0.50 and I get five. Suction was absolutely horrible. I actually wound up driving to the car wash on Glenwood to finish vacuuming. I actually attempted two flag down an employee to ask if the vacuum was working properly. But they seemed too preoccupied with the cars going through the drive-through car wash. They never once even glanced at the two people myself included at the vacuum machines. At one point there were three guys standing around a yellow sports car that had a pretty woman in it. Thank you for the horrible customer service

Broke pieces off of my new pickup, then told me it was my fault for coming here. Very bad service, and very rude. I tried to tell the manager he had other pieces in the washing equipment, and he said he did not care and ran the next people’s cars through. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I liked the unlimited wash option for $20 a month. It includes a under carriage wash every time. I park around oak and pine trees that are constantly covering my SUV in pollen so cleaning the windows is constant. I live close to a like new wash so every time I go for groceries I can get a wash.

Been going here years and noticed the amount of time you get for a $1 keeps going down. Not to mention that they got rid of the free tokens if u put in a $5 (1 free) 10 (2 free) $20 (4 free). I have now switched to a different car was.

Stopped by for basic wash, was greeted with a promotion they had going to buy X number of washes at X amount. I said no, and asked for the $4.99 wash. The guy then repeated, so you want the $7.99 wash, I again said no, the $4.99 wash. He took my card, and came back a minute or so later, charging for the $7.99 wash. Felt like I was scammed.

Ruben is a great manager and his attention to detail and friendly disposition has kept us loyal even though there are other car washes more conveniently located. Also they haven't damaged any of out vehicles which is a plus when you're talking automatic car washes.

Offered to spray my rubber mats when I was vacuuming and was kind to my 6 year old. Above and beyond customer service. The whole staff is great and the state st location had a great team 5/15/19

I came in today to just get a normal car wash and the attendant Tido who was there offered to vaccum my car for me! He went above and beyond the normal standard and I have never been more impressed with a company! This made my day and my car looks fabulous! Will always be going back!
