What a fantastic car wash! For only a few dollars more than one of those worthless "touch free" washes you'll get a sparkling clean car. When you pay, you'll receive a damp microfiber cloth to wipe down your dashboard and windshield. Vacuums included with each car wash. We stop here every time we drive through CdA.

We had a great experience here, I’m not sure I can ask for anything more in a car wash! the attendants were friendly and took care of my vehicle, they folded my mirrors in, made sure all of the bugs were off and even hand dried the vehicle at the end. The car wash lot is orderly and has a sensible queuing system and is well maintained. As an added bonus there is a coffee shop on the same lot (Boston’s Brew) that sells amazing coffee... so we appreciate the service this car wash has to offer!

Great staff, quick to help, always happy. You can vacuum out and clean the inside and outside of your car. They provide garbage bins with the vacuums. You can wipe everything down with the wet towels they provide. Just follow the directions as you go through and you'll be happy to have a fresh, clean car.. Free air fresheners offered as well. They offer monthly membership cards or pay each time.. Great gift card idea..

They give you in but a family member took her van in and they didn't take the step into consideration and it was all smashed up because they didn't guide her correctly. They have several people in there. Anybody would think someone would've noticed.

My favorite place to get the car cleaned up. To be honest, I only clean my car when I get a free voucher after oil changes at my dealer. That being said, there are nice advantages over other places. 1. You can take your time vacuuming. 2. They have machines that clean floor mats like nothing else. 3. Free air freshener. 4. They lend you a damp microfiber cloth to wipe down your interior. Try them out.

Not cheap, but a thorough wash. Lots of vacuum stations before you hit the wash. You get a clean damp cloth to work the inside. My favorite local wash.

It doesn't let me give 0. I thought Hippo was good , took my vehicles and even friends vehicles there regularly. Then a strap from one of their brushes caught on my mirror and broke the glass and tore the assembly off so it was hanging. They refused to turn it into their insurance saying "It must have been broken already". Ford said no way, not a scratch, definately classic car wash damage. Hippo sucks. Go to a more reputable car wash.

Oh my gosh! Hippo is reasonably priced and the car wash itself is awesome....... vacuums on each side with strong suction, have carpet mat cleaners, staff spray down the outside before running through the wash and then dry it by hand after the wash..... The staff are very friend, helpful and go above and beyond for they're customers. ........ Our truck battery died while we were vacuuming the interior..... These guys went into gear to find us jumper cables and helped us jump the truck.... Thank you all so also very much ..... You are ALL incredible!

This is the slowest car wash ever. The express one means nothing. Everyone that is vacuuming cuts in. I waited for 15 min while 5 cars cut in front of the express lane.

Had a great first experience today! The staff was super friendly and charismatic, and even offered a free vacuums to use, damp towel, and complementary air freshener. Afterwards they hand dried it and even got the inside of the door jams!

Even with the newer car washes opening up, I still prefer Hippo. Lots of free lanes to vacuum. I love that there are people there to help you to make certain you are getting in straight, and starting the hosing down process, and then at the end of the wash to wipe down your car. Make a huge difference having that personal touch.

They broke my mirror and wouldn't replace it. The guy on one side took the time to lift and fold my mirror in. But, the guy on the otherside forced the mirror and broke it. They wouldn't take any responsibility for it. I had just bought the rig and was preparing for a trip 2 days later. I had to travel with my mirror ductaped down. Not cool Hippo!

Of all the car washes in town, there's definitely a debatable front runner. I will just say that Hippo's got a friendly staff and nice combination of prep plus brush system. I think the car looks pretty good coming off the line so that says a lot! Plus, the free air freshener is a nice touch if you're into that kind of stuff.

One of the nieces car washes I have ever been to! You can even clean your car mats here for free with car wash but you must do your own vacuuming and inside cleaning of your car. The meat things about this place is they will give you a cleaning cloth to do it if you request one but don't forget to give it back at the end of your car wash. So freindly here too and even with a smile!

This is a great carwash and can easily accommodate my full size lifted truck. They are always friendly at the sales hut and always give me a free air freshener. On Mondays I have even received a free mocha from the coffee hut that shares the same lot. Attendants always offer to fold side mirrors in which is nice. Truck comes out much cleaner on the other side and they even take care of drying.

After Christmas I took my Expedition for wash, didn't know until I got home that their brushes had taken my pin stripping off on driver's side. Had hard time getting it replaced, but its fixed now. Avoid Hippo car wash!! Wish I could post pictures of the damage.

Fantastic service! From the cashier all the way through to the two dryers toweling off the car in the end. My wife travels a lot, in turn her car collects an insane amount of bugs and Hippo did a phenomenal job getting them off! The towel and the air freshener was a wonderful touch! Though we didn’t need the vacuums this time around there were plenty of spots available if needed. The prices are competitive, the monthly membership would be perfect for us if only we lived in town to take advantage of it. Thanks again for the epic car wash!

Awesome compared to the car washes in Washington, (I know , that is not saying much, Washington doesn't seem to do anything right anymore) They hand you a moist towel when you pay, you get use of the vacuums, and floor mat cleaner. Then when you go through the machine 2 people with pressure washers hit your car (getting off the heavy stuff) and then after the machine 2 people wipe your car down. Can't ask for much more...

So I have been to MANY car washes and they never get my car fully washed it gets aggravating! At the hippo car wash we got the gold wash and we got a rag to wipe down the inside of our car I don’t know what was on that rag but it is magic! Second of all free vacuums is also a plus and last but certainly not least! MY CAR IS CLEAN THE FIRST TIME AROUND!!! This is my go to place now! ❤️❤️

Awful. The past 3 times I stopped by, every bay had PILES of mud in them. The brushes are worn to the nubs and I refuse to let them touch my car. If your car is an absolute pile or you have a truck covered in mud this is your spot.
