But High Caliber Cleaning had every.single.inch of my 2017 Honda Pilot looking BRAND NEW! It is so clean, and we are so pleased! High Caliber does the job fast but the quality is seriously lacking in detail and finish. They failed miserably in doing a professional job. Lots of areas on my car we’re completely overlooked or ignored. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them a dissatisfied. 2 at best. Their waiting room has no place for customers to wait, zero furniture and is cold and stark. I was really upset when they had the Gaul to as for a tip, not happening! I would not recommend them to anyone and will not do business with them ever again .

I don’t know where the others that reviewed this business have taken their cars for a “detail”, but this was mediocre work. I could have done this myself and saved $300. The first vehicle I brought in the upholstery was not shampooed. The owner told me it was but it wasn’t damp and did not smell any different. He did forget to write down my phone number so I had to call to see if my first vehicle was ready an hour after he told me he would call. The second vehicle I brought in had carpet shampoo marks all over the floor and rugs. Too much solution was used. The vinyl had white spots all over it. I could have done this myself and done a better job. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a dealership to have a professional detail done. I paid the fee as he did spend all day working on my vehicles. I won’t be returning to this business. Three stars because the owner is friendly and means well.

I had the greatest detailing on my horribly dog-dirty car from High Caliber Cleaning, I can't recommend them strongly enough. They worked with me to pick up my vehicle from work and bring it back, around my irregular schedule, which was just great. I got the vehicle back at the end of my workday, and it was amazing. I can't believe what a good job they did with it. My big labrador retrievers commute with me every day, and so my car is always full of dog hair and mud. They restored it beyond anything I had expected, took care of the dog smell, and made my car look years newer. So happy. I will use them regularly now to keep up on things.

This place is really that good. I wanted to really get our car in like new condition. After 5 years and 100K miles with kids it was pretty rough. I have to admit I didn't think anyone would make it look like it used to but these guys did it. Every tiny crack and crevice was cleaned and it was spotless. They were so great to work with too. We were out of town till Sat evening and they met us there to pick up the car at 8pm. We totally recommend High Caliber- worth every penny!

A Great Idea for a Gift! My children purchased the platinum package as a Mother's day gift, and it was greatly appreciated and needed. My 05 Escape was picked up from my office and returned 5 hours later in excellent condition. Later that day I picked up my 84 year old mother who opened the door and said 'Wow! did you get new carpet?' Everything was shiny and clean including the outside wax, mirrors and windows, plus the gaps and crevices that collect all kinds of dirt, dust and crumbs! Truly a High Caliber job!

I took them a car completely covered I'm milk, candy, melted crayons, and God knows what else my kids smashed in the seats and I got back a brand spanking new car! they also kept my car in the shop through the horrible hail storm so that it wouldn't't get damaged, and to top it all off they even delivered it to my house so that I wouldn't have to take my babies out in the weather! I have had my car detailed quite a few times but I have never had it to the quality that High Caliber cleaning did for me. I've had Logan detail my car a few times and every time he has exceeded my expectations. A little (a lot) late getting this review written. Brought in my wife’s Chevy traverse last fall for her birthday to get detailed. Decided to give high caliber a try based on their good reviews and was not disappointed. My kids are barbarians and the back of the car was nasty with unknown sticky gunk in the floor mats and seats and crumbs everywhere. Almost bad enough you want to clean the car before you bring it in to get cleaned out of fear you will be judged for letting a car get that bad, you know what I mean?? When he was done though, it looked and smelled pretty much brand new. Most impressive and satisfying to me was how well he cleaned the tracks for the seats out. Will definitely be using high caliber again.

After going through one baby in this car we realized we were in for a lot of trouble. He spilt water and milk in the back seat and made a huge mess. We did not think the stains would ever come out. Well they did! Logan knows his stuff and was able to better educate me on how he was able to get rid of the stains even though they had been there for over a year. I wish I had a before picture but I don’t. If you can use your imagination though you can picture a pretty dirty car! We were very satisfied when he brought our car back to our place looking like this. I liked how he could pick up our car and drop it off. We had a great experience.

Only "complaint" I have was the bottom of my windshield has cleaner on it that was never cleaned off but since I WILL be using them again that will be remedied soon. It rained a little on their way over to drop off my car, so he had a cloth with him and wiped down the car in the parking lot of my work! If that isn't customer service, I dont know what is. Become High Caliber Cleaning customer, I promise you won't regret it.

My car had some really bad hard water deposits running down both sides (somehow came from water dripping out of the ceiling of my underground parking garage). I chose High Caliber Cleaning semi-randomly, because of their high reviews (and the fact they have an actual storefront) to see if they could do anything about it. The owner, Logan, was very helpful and walked me through their prices and possible treatment options. I was headed out of town in two days, and they were booked, but he still squeezed me in. They did a great job with my car, their pricing was fair and transparent, and their customer service was phenomenal. Pretty easy to see why they're one of the highest rated detailing companies in Idaho Falls.
