Paid for the premium wash and my car still looked just as bad as it did. Didnt look like I even went through the car wash. I was very disappointed but Tyson (I presume the manager) met me down at the car wash to see what happened. He agreed that something went wrong and was very apologetic. He pre-washed my car and sent me through the wash a second time then hand dried it as well. My car came out much cleaner and he also gave me a voucher for a free car wash in the future. I know things happen and as long as people are taken care of, we shouldn’t get mad, but it’s just natural. He definitely exceeded my expectations!!! Thanks again Tyson!!

So this is my third visit in the last month, I thought that during my 2nd visit that the problem was fixed, as told by the manager of the Grease monkey, was given codes to make up for the problem, for future car wash, I can say that sux as I put the bug spray on my car and entered the code, the machine printed a receipt, but no car wash, didn't start, nothing but my car has the solution all over the place and no way to get it cleaned up, I hope it doesn't ruin my paint job. Not sure what to do with this place at this point a simple free code doesn't fix the problem and get my car washed. Now I have the bug chemical, making my car worse than before I decided to wash it.... Owner... Tyson is very helpful and will help you solve every issue and strive to make things right, with you as a customer. He takes an up front approach to figure out how to fix the problem.

I went with the $13 wash thinking it would clean my vehicle good. I have dirt all over. We scrubbed the front with the brush and you can see exactly where we cleaned. I’m not impressed with the job it did for the amount I paid.

Worst self serve car wash I have ever been to. If you use a card to pay and then are expected to follow up with quarters after just 4 minutes what's up with that? Keep charging The card, the reason most use a card is because they don't have or want to use quarters. I had to swipe card three times and put in several quarters and didn't even finish washing my tiny compact car. The hoses are stiff and don't follow you around the vehicle without some force. The transition time between settings also take too long and waist the very limited wash time. Bad experience. Never coming back.

Automatic wash is not suitable at all for large pickups. I now have dirt "racing stripes" down the sides of my pickup. There is no disclaimer stating that it doesn't work for large vehicles.

After my frustrating visit the manager made it right with me when I returned his call. Thank you. I will continue to use Bengal Car Wash as my prior visit must of been a fluke in the system. Took my money no wash. Nothing. Texted for coupon no where to enter code. I have been here before never had this happen. Texted the number for the coupon, no response! After going to another car wash, drove by to go home and it was working! Frustrating!

Love that you don’t have to put your cars on the track like other car washes. I have a brand new car and dealer said hands free washes are by far the best. My car looked horrible from highway driving and Bengal wash removed all the bug remains! Awesome place I will be back

Have installed new equipment as old was wearing out. Other new car washes in the area seem to have taken Bengals bussiness as this is touchless and others provide light brushing with prices compatible as Bengal raised there prices dramatically. Should drop prices if they want my bussiness again.

I waited in line for a long time and then left when it was taking too long, so I don't know how good the wash is... just that the wait can be long. I now prefer to go where there are several stalls to wash the car yourself.

I had a great experience with them. I was pretty short on time, and needed to get to work. The employee (Kirk) helped me out and was very confident he could get it done before I needed to get to work. Got it done way quicker than I was expecting. Also gave me a free car wash coupon. Whats not to love?

Stock GMC 1500 1/2 ton pickup...NO PROBLEM. Did the job. As for a large truck comment that is rather ambiguous. Large truck could be anything from a Class 8 tractor down to a 1/2 ton since most don't consider Colorados, Tacomas or Rangers as large.

Your car wash door would not open. I had to wait forever then it only inched up I had to almost have my windshield touch it for it to open enough for my whole car

On nice days the line here is can get quite long, but the wash is super great! I love that you can buy coins and get a pretty great discount on the automatic wash. I have done my SUV and truck through the auto wash and been pleased with the cleaning of both. It cost between $6-$9 depending on what level you want. I usually go for the most costly because I love the undercarriage wash that it gives you and the heat dryer at the end are quite powerful and good. The self wash is nice too, everything as you would expect, and usually without having to wait for a bay.

Great place to self-wash your vehicle. Oversized bays, so large vehicles are easily accepted. Plus, it's got 'Bengal' in it's name...ya just can't dislike the Bengals ! (edit; thought I had given 5 'stars', but realized that only 4 were there. )

Kirk and his group did a great job of anticipating what I needed done and checking with me for each service. Kirk even returned to the store to get a cash refund for me when he discovered the coupon hadn’t been applied. He also didn’t service the second vehicle due to very low mileage since my last service. Thought my car would come out sparkling clean but it was still dirty by the kick panels and it was covered in water spots. Almost like I didn’t get it washed. And this was the upgrade from the free wash. I bought the next to the highest priced one. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Don’t think I’ll go again, even for the free one.
