Great place to wash your vehicle. On top of the very thorough job they do even with just their basic (coral) wash, they give a 72 hour rain check. They vacuumed my car and wiped down the windows and door jambs. Tire dressing is also included at every level, something most places charge extra for. The team is very friendly and accommodating. There is free popcorn for customers while you wait if you are into that sort of thing. Overall I highly recommend.

We paid $40 and car was still dirty on the outside. They didn’t move seats so there was still dirt and food under seats. Just a terrible job. Will never go back, first & last! Waste of time and money.

These guys will do an amazing job on your car inside and out. It's an excellent full service car wash and they have a talented staff in their full detailing shop too. They make sure the wash is done to your approval. It's especially great in the winter, because they dry down your car and door jams by hand, and will even blow out your mirrors and locks. No frozen doors after they're done. My preferred car wash year round!

Have spent many many dollars here, very good service and care here. Workers not allowed to touch any of your items so don't leave anything on your seats or any coins in your cup holders!

Just experienced a manager who closed business 15 minutes before actual closing time. Then were told by lady answering the phone that they would let us in. Manager comes out with attitude that we should not have to open doors. Then I proceeded to tell him it's before closing and yes you should. He walked away never letting us in. Poor service and management.

I paid for the Ocean to get my interior extra cleaned and the first time through I was not satisfied with the job but not only did a manager come out and clean it to my satusfaction but he also gave me a free carwash for the nect time! They follow through on their promise to do a good job and I appreciated it!!

I choose the ocean wash which is the most expensive one. But they really just did what I could also do by myself for the interior. They simply just wiped some parts of the interior, I can still see a lot of dust right after I got my car back. And the dirty parts which are not easy to clean are still dirty. I would say I paid much more than what they did for me.

They did a horeible job cleaning my car that the man in back of me & I ended up cleaning our own cars in the parking lot. This happened to me twice. If you don't purchase the most expensive package they barely will touch your car. I'll never go there again. Workers who are not intelligently bright work there!!!!!

Tired of all Waterpark places. It doesnt matter which service you pick. They are all lousy. Looks like not vacuumed. Still dirt on back hatch, and crumbs on console and seats. What is the purpose of having your car cleaned? Requested from two people not to spray the inside of windshield but to spray cloth sure enough they spray the windshield. Good thing I covered the front cameras. This is not the first time I have felt this is so sub par. Wish I had the place to do it myself.

Horrible. Absolute disregard for my grandson still in the car when they put the front seat back and hurt his legs because they were squished between the front seat and his car seat. Didn't even clean the car Windows still dirty floors still horrible. All around bad service. Wouldn't give me my money back and he gave me a time limit of 2 days to bring it in. Ummm some of us have real jobs.

I have been going to the Waterpark carwash for a few years now. Normally, they do a pretty good job. This last time I went, I decided to go for the wash that included a blow out of the various crevices of my vehicle. As they were blowing out my car, they chipped about a quarter of the paint off of my fuel door on my vehicle. Upon inspecting my car, I had to call a manager over. He came up and said, "Yeah sometimes these things happen." And did literally nothing to help. So, I guess look out, this might just happen to you.

If you spend $40 on a car wash, you at least expect them to wipe off the console. It was obviously really dusty! (Which is why I was there!) And it is still dusty! Maybe the youngsters should stop joking around and making whoops/bird noises and start paying attention to their jobs. Also, the vacuuming crew did not vacuum the back even though I emptied it so they'd have access.

I think they do a great job on the exterior and yes, they "wipe" the interior but I wish they'd spend more attention on the dash & cupholders, etc. That's what I notice. I would pay extra if I could buy an add-on of front seat dash & storage detail.

40$ for an Ocean wash and they didn't even wipe the dashboard or cup holders. Even tho it states that that is incl. Slow down a little bit guys. An extra 2min can make all the difference in quality.

Prices are high compared to the service received. There is always a missed areas noted once I'm home. They do ask if it looks okay after service is done. Take your time & make sure it is okay. It's more of a quick sweep of your vehicle.

Only place where you pay $20 plus for a vehicle cleaning and you end up leaving with a dirtier car. Rag lint all over the place, still mud on my car both inside and out. Windows were badly co ered in smere marks, dust and dirt everywhere, didnt wipe off anything. Even if you pay for their highest level of cleaning it is still just as bad. I gave them a few chances and they managed to fail every time. What a giant waste of my time and money. They don't even deserve the one star that i gave them. This place is a JOKE!

Very nice place to get your car cleaned up and washed. Friendly staff to assist you with any questions you may have. They do a very thorough job cleaning your vehicle up. When they are very busy they have missed some spots inside that when pointed out they cleaned it up right away. Nice to have a clean vehicle.

Service is really good and there were managers everywhere but when I got my car I ended up having to clean stuff up that they missed. I do not think the lighting is good enough in there for the staff to see. It's not nitpicking it's just.... Whatever... They missed a lot.

Moline location. had chipped paint all over. wax job was terrible, swirl marks all over and wax left in door jams, around trim. with dark paint the wax looks terrible. do not recommend going there, they did not want to rectify the problem. I had it done at simonize the time before, did fantastic job. just thought I would go somewhere closer to home.
