Great quick wash. Did an exterior only service, wasn't bugged to upgrade to anything more so that's good, only issue was that they got lazy to wipe the rear window dry so I had water spots later shortly after under the Texas sun.

Great service! Have been to different Carwashes around DFW area and i always end up complaining how they dont do a good job and miss spots BIG time here and there... not here, i got my Rav4 detailed and i TOTALLY LOVED IT! Finally a place where they actually clean in between and under the seats. All areas (as far as I’ve seen) were clean veeeery good... the price was great for what they did. It might not sound cheap but trust me, after going to other places where they charge me about the same, this is a huge step up. Other places I’ve been charged me about 120-150 dls and i end up all angry for the bad service and low quality of the detailing... here i paid 146 for detailing (carwash, shampoo on seats, mats, shining, etc) and the state inspection and was about 146... and im totally loving it. They sure have my business for next time i want a car wash.

It was also lucky for me to come on Wednesday which was Lady’s day! The interior and exterior wash and clean was quick and the employees were pleasant and polite. Overall a very pleasant experience. The price was very reasonable. I sure hope you pay your employees well for the work they do!

I absolutely love this service here! Very affordable, very thorough, and the customer service is outstanding. After my vehicle didn’t pass inspection due to the seller illegally passing my vehicle after I initially purchased it, they took their time to make the proper adjustments to my vehicle to ensure I passed inspection. The owner, Don, was very sweet and helped me personally through the entire debacle. Greg was very genuine and did all the work on my vehicle (over two hours!) Long story short, this is the place to go for all your car needs! (Plus, you get a free car wash with your inspection!) Thank you Don & Greg, and the rest of the staff at Qwikwash! Forever grateful! I will definitely be coming here and only here from now on.

My car came out looking so shiny and looked and smelled like a brand new car smell again. Highly recommend using QuikWash any day over any other car wash in Frisco. It did however cost me a little bit more but at least my car did not sit for an hour like it did at one place down the street. QuikWash took care of my oil change and detail to my car. My car was suuuuper dirty. I had a coupon and whipped right in. The attendant was very nice, helped me out with a smile a quick service. The was wasn't long at all! Maybe about 7 minutes from pay to dry. Afterwards I got out to check and my car was completely clean! No dirt spots, bird poop, or road grime anywhere to be seen. I'll be back for some interior work next

They are very polite and friendly here. The automated carwash is actually one of the better ones that I've been too and my truck was spotless on the outside afterwards. The ladies that cleaned the inside did an amazing job and very very quick. They even made sure there where zero water spots on the windows. Will definitely be coming back here again

Beautiful job today on my RAV4! Got an interior detail and exterior wax today and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Everything is clean and no spots were missed. My receipt says Reese was my cashier and he was very helpful with guidance on which option would be best for us. I wish I would have gotten my detailers name because he found a ring from my mother I’ve been looking for and made sure he returned it to me!! 12 step interior cleaning sucks.. he dint vacuum properly my mat or interior or dashboard was not clean. I would have done the same at home instead of coming here. I’ll not come here next time. The oil change is costly here. If you want to save money then don’t come here. You can do the interior vacuum at home itself. I wasted my money here

Very good service and a very quick one, to say the least. I was in and out in 5-10min, including the wiping and stuff after the automatic car wash. The automatic car wash was much better than most locations. I felt this was more cleaner than most places around here (Frisco). The folks here are nice and very warm. This place is a total scam. I went to this place for years and finally they screwed me. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change that I have had multiple times at the same location and they charged me for the oil charge PLUS $150 "exotic vehicle charge." I will never go here again and will make sure everyone knows that this place will attempt to scam and overcharge you. Very disappointed in ownership that allows this type of behavior....

Wash failed to remove the bug juice and marks from my bumpers. Did not dry completely after the wash, leaving streaks on the glass. They charge about $25 for state inspections but get it done in a short time.

Wash and interior was satisfactory. My issue is the fact I had an Ipod and 2 leather pouches and one emergency knife removed from my console. So customer beware. Anything you don't want to come up missing put it where you can lock it up or take it out. My items came up missing on the full service line where they detail and polish.

This is the best place to get a routine oil change. The employees always greet me with a smile and are very efficient. It can be intimidating to be a woman at a mechanic shop, but I never feel like they're trying to unnecessarily upsell me on anything and they patiently answer any questions I have. The free car wash included with the lube work is a really nice perk, especially with the 7-day rain guarantee. I don't write reviews much, but think this business deserves 5 stars!

My family and I take all of our cars here and we have been loyal customers for years. We also always tip well because the people vacuuming and wiping the cars do a great job and are very hard working. I was frustrated after coming here last week and the car wash knocked my satellite antenna cover completely off. I have a two year old car which I bought new and this should not have happened. I spoke to the manager and he stated he saw on the camera where the blower knocked it off my car during the wash, but that the car wash was not taking responsibility. He said he would keep in touch and talk to the owner about this. He said they might be able to issue a gift card (of course I will never take my car to be washed again nor will my family). I have since reached out and gotten no response. I am now stuck with a $730 (estimate from the dealership) repair which was caused by the car wash and they are unwilling to pay. Do not bring your car to this establishment.

If you were a customer of this establishment between the years of April 2015 - August 2017 and you purchased the 59.99 synthetic blend rated for 5000 miles, you were sold the same exact oil that the customer who paid 39.99 conventional oil which those customers were quoted that it was only a 3000 mile oil change. The oil that was being used was a golden west semi synthetic. One oil 2 separate prices and intervals. No customers were told or reimbursed for this blatant abuse of power. The current manager Greg Dossman was the one who decided it was a great idea and still see's nothing wrong with it. Since August 15th 2017 the problem was corrected when the assistant manager brought it to the attention of the GM for the 2nd time. And there is so much more. Tried proper chains of command and have gotten nowhere. Social media is everywhere

I took my 11-year-old truck thru for a wash, very reluctant to spend $19.00 for a complete inside and outside job. Prior to this, I have never been willing to spend more than five bucks for an exterior wash only. Now, after such a great job, I am going to be a regular customer. Why? First, the exterior was not only cleaned well, but shinny as if it had been polished. How they accomplished this with just a machine drive-thru for exterior, I do not know. Also, the two, young lady and a guy, who cleaned the interior, including windows, did a superior job. They obviously took pride in doing a very thorough job. The windows were perfectly cleaned with not one smudge anywhere. I know this sounds like an inside job review, but I am just a guy that lives within a few miles of the place, a first time customer, with no affiliation or relationship whatsoever. My wife surprised me with praise when she saw the result later. I thought she would complain that I had spent $19.00 plus a couple more bucks for a tip, but she loved it. I am now a convert. This place earned my respect, and I will be back!

If you value your car, don’t get it washed here…Visited this carwash on August 4, a day that will forever change how I get my car cleaned. I drove in a new car with not a blemish on it, and as I was proceeding through the wash – outside mirrors folded in – I heard a strikingly loud pop from the left side of the car, a sound so intense it jolted me from my seat. As I exited, I noticed damage to the underside of my left mirror, a gouge about 10mm wide. I immediately found the manager to report the issue, and after notifying him of what had just happened, without looking at my car first, his response was, “there’s nothing in there that can damage a car,” recited almost as if he was scripted to respond in this way. Shortly after, he did glance at the damage but remained defiant that it was impossible that it could have been caused by the equipment in the wash. In order to reinforce his claim, he even escorted me inside the tunnel while cars continued to pass through, though he did not shut it down to conduct a proper investigation. I pleaded with him repeatedly that something indeed hit my mirror, but he stubbornly refused to accept even a lick of responsibility; I had the burden to prove my car was damaged by the wash, which, unless I have unfettered access to the area where perhaps I can find a part that might have separated from the equipment, is an unreasonable burden. But let’s analyze the situation here: whatever caused the damage caught the outer rim of the left mirror housing, a piece of trim that can be replaced at a cost of about $70, labor notwithstanding. By completely dismissing me - never did he ask for my contact information should they later discover the problem - the shift manager effectively insinuated the damage occurred elsewhere and that I had fabricated a scheme to lay blame on the carwash, an utterly absurd notion placed on a customer that had just brought in a new car with a six-figure MSRP. I have been a repeat customer of this carwash since working in the Frisco area nine months ago, and while I acknowledge they have no record of that nor do they probably care, this is no way to treat any customer, regardless of his/her car’s value. To my disappointment, the shift manager never once expressed concern for my situation and only nodded when I asserted that it was foolish of me to bring my new, premium vehicle to this wash. I’ve been fearful that cars are prone to damage from these mechanical wash facilities, and while I’m not completely opposed to taking my car back to a similar carwash, I will never visit QwikWash America again for the manner in which I was dismissed. Further, I would question if they are maintaining that equipment as they should, as clearly something was amiss when I passed through.

The ONLY place I will take my vehicles to get washed is this place! The staff is friendly and they do a very good job of detailing the inside of my truck. I had tons of dog hair in my truck and they got rid of about 98% of it. It was a hard task to get rid of the dog hair, but they did an excellent job!

I rarely leave reviews but after using this car wash over the past many years, I think I'm finally done. I understand this isn't a detail shop but I have yet to leave without immediately noticing streaks and/or stuff still on windows, side mirrors still dirty/smudged, wipe marks on the interior where they almost wiped everything down. Today, was a little worse and I will follow up with their management to be fair. My touch screen looked like it wasn't cleaned, the trunk latch next to the front seat still have dirt and junk all over it, the vents were clearly wiped with a quick and haphazard wipe (still very dusty) and the trunk wasn't even touched (but my center console was clearly rifled through). And, to top it all off, it was the most I had ever paid for the same service... $60. Very disappointing.

I have rarely written bad reviews believing things happen in life... That said, I went through this car wash with a new vehicle and three times felt as if I hit a speed bump along with a scraping noise in the same wash cycle. I looked in my rear-view mirror and noticed the seam in the pipe that was not welded closed. I stopped at the drying station to take a look and realized the wheels I just had refinished (receipt still in my car) were ruined, scrapped and gouged. I pulled over to the vacuum station and the manager on duty came to speak with me. He said they were not responsible to damage but would have the general manager call me. 2 weeks later I finally reached the manager who argued with me about it being my fault because I was on the phone and "there is no way the car wash could have damaged my wheels". He never once asked to see my vehicle and after a 20 minute conversation where he called me names and was confrontational he agreed to have the owner call me...which never happened. I did hear from people at the Plano cars and coffee that this car wash had ruined the finish on other wheels and was not a business that would stand behind their work. I highly recommend people use another car wash and understand no one at this car wash will care or help if they damage your car in any way.

So I've gone to this place twice and all in all, it's the worst car wash i've ever had and probably ever will have. The first time began with a 35 min wait! They have ilk 15 lanes but only 4 or 5 are open?! It is ridiculous. However, I thought man this place must wash really good since there are so many people here but boy was I wrong. The interior was HORRIBLE and REPUGNANT I mean it looked like a toddler cleaned! I understand they were busy but don't charge me $30 for a clean and not take the time to do at least a mediocre job! The exterior was not much better. The second time was worse because not only was the interior just as bad as well as the exterior but I paid $10 more and left with my arm rest loose as if they had leaned on it and loosened it up. This place just wants money, I feel like i could've gone some place else and they would have done a better job for half the money. Quik wash is always trying to sell you repairs for windshields and trick you into buying crap or even buy the cheap stuff and then charge you for what you did not want. STAY AWAY NEVER GOING BACK.

It's a nice place to get a oil change and car wash with interior detailing done. The price is the one downside as I feel it's a bit overpriced. Oil change was quickly done and there is a waiting area to use with free WiFi. Then you can take the tunnel for the carwash and they do a prewash manually and post clean after drying. Wash is standard and does a good job. The detailing is done on a structure on the side building and they do a nice job on it. Happy with the job and will be back for more service.

They're more expensive than most other places in town, but 'You get what you pay for.' certainly applies. We'd gone off-road in our Jeep with two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, so it was literally filthy inside and out! As they were finishing the interior, one of the managers noticed that the undercarriage was not completely clean....the undercarriage.... He asked me if I would drive it back through the wash and he made sure everything was to his liking before releasing her back to me. That kind of pride in the details is worth every precious penny!

I had sunglasses in my sunglass compartment taken. It was a woman and man who vacuum and clean my car. Paid them a generous tip to find my brand new $200 sunglasses missing. My fault for not grabbing them, but I was sitting not but 20 feet away. Take your valuables!!!!!!

Sometimes crowded which means service and attention to detail can be a problem. But if you catch before you leave it is corrected. Not sure why they removed the outside heaters but I would imagine this has affected the staff when temps are a bit too cool.

Charged $137 for a very basic clean and I am never going back. They lie to you about everything. When The package was explained, carpets will be shampoo’d and they can add wax. But none of that was included. When asked very rude customer service and those are not included is the answer. just see the pics yourself and decide to waste u r money on these guys...

I was overcharged during an inspection and oil service. Some of the employees does not understand the concept of customer service. I was treated rude during my last visit. I was told to wait on the wafting room and found A crew working on the A/C over the waiting room ceiling. Crew dropping tools from ceiling, 3 ladders, A/C parts all over. These type of work should be done prior opening, after hours or have customer wait on a different area keeping area and customer safe.

I have come here many times for car washes, oil changes, and state inspections. I now have had two bad experiences here. The first was when I got my headlights buffed to remove the oxidization. The headlight bulbs both blew out three weeks later. I think it was because of the excessive vibration during the buffing process. My latest incident was today. I went there to get a state inspection for a new car I purchased. They would not accept the fact that just I purchased the car the day before and that the car was added to my existing policy which was renewing in 8 days. I had the proof of the renewal showing the car was on the policy, but the simple minded inspection manager, Doug (?), said it had to be on one piece of paper. I tried to reason with him explaining that a valid insurance policy does not mean one piece of paper. My insurance company, Geico, even offered to fax him a letter stating my insurance was valid. He would not accept that either. Believing I was right, I instead went to Christian Brothers down the street and with the same paperwork was done in 15 minutes for $25. Needless to say they lost a customer today.

I paid 3 times the price for a carwash that I get everywhere else. I had to specifically request that my rims get washed a second time. Not a bad place as they do offer a lot of services but the value is not there as I overpaid and still had a dirty vehicle.

I spent $33 for their "value" combo. Not much value. My truck came back with dirt all over it (easily visible, my truck is white and the dirt was dark). They simply vacuumed the rubberized floor mats without removing them from the truck, leaving all the dirt still on the carpets (even though they're supposed to vacuum both). They did not even think to wipe down the chrome bars or exhaust tip that are plainly visible, leaving them still covered in dirt and water spots. For $33, I can do WAY better. Will NOT be coming back.

I’ve been going to this place on and off since it opened a long time ago. Here’s why it gets 2 stars these days, the pricing. The quality of car wash is a 4 star, not the best but above average. They are by no means quick. But the pricing is a complete joke. I’m sure the order takers are trained to up sell every wash with every service they provide, but the manner in which it’s done is basically a bait and switch. The more questions you ask the more the price will come down for the same service. They appear to hope you will just say “ok” and pay way too much for basic services. Today’s experience: Me: I’d like a car wash. Order guy: okay, do you want the interior done? Me: yes. OG: do you want the dash conditioned? Me: yes OG: how about the seats conditioned? Me: yes OG: do you want the carpet shampooed? Me: no OG: ok, that’ll be 64 dollars. Me: I paid 33 last time. OG: I can do just the dash for 30. Me: ok. OG: we will still wipe down the seats, just no conditioning. Me: ok, so it’s 34 dollars to condition the seats. OG: man, I don’t set the pricing I just pass along the info. I don’t mind coming here just to hear the next order guy, their pitch, and wheel of fortune pricing. Ultimately, I settle for the 33 dollar car wash with the 12 step interior cleaning and scratch my head at the mystery pricing algorithm that only qwikwash and Sergey Brin know.

This place is horrible! Don't waste your money!!! We took our car in for a wash and interior detail....they didn't wipe the seats well, still had dirt in the floor board that wasn't vacuumed, fingerprints on the outside of car, areas on car were still dirty, scratched the car, didn't wipe the rims clean. I don't recommend this one.

Brought in my car for a wash and they damaged the car. Owner don't want to take responsibility for the damage or do anything about it. His reply was to move the car out of his property after having damaged the vehicle. Had to get the police involved and the police recommended that I take the business to court. Apparently during the wash, something in the machine pulled the body side molding off from the passenger side front door. The molding was almost all the way off. When I spoke to the manager, his immediate reply is that the molding is defective. How he came to this conclusion is beyond me. As I’m talking to the manager about the damage, the owner walked right up to my face, in a confrontational manner, and ordered, yes ordered, me to move the car out of his property. He will do nothing for the damage nor will he take any responsibility for it. He even went as far as to threaten me that he’ll sue if I don’t move the car for lost revenue!!! Let me repeat that…. He threatened to sue the owner of the vehicle that he just damaged for complaining about it. Finally, I had to call the police. Once the police arrived, the officer understood the situation but he was unable to do anything as it’s a civil matter so he strongly recommended that I pursue this issue in court. If you value your vehicle, please stay away from this place. You will pay money to have your vehicle damaged and then they will blame you for them damaging your vehicle. The owner lacks any business ethics which is apparent from reading some of the reviews here. Damaging vehicles and not taking the responsibility for it seems to be a pattern with this business. Save your time, money, and aggravation by going to this place. There are many other car washes with much better ethics than Quick Wash America. Consumer be aware!!!
