I live down the street and I needed my car wash since it was too dirty for my eyes and I went to the H2O Car Wash on Liberty Road and they took great care of me. Their customer service is phenomenal and I love coming here! I love being greeted while stopping by for a few minutes.

I first discovered this place after buying my first car from, Liberty Ford with their free car wash ads (No longer own that car). I met a man named, Jim which is the manager of the car wash. He explained to me different features and the RFID chip they offer with their soft touch car wash service. This RFID chip lets you automatically enter the wash as many times as you desire for a full body cleaning and waxing using the extreme wash service. The extreme wash costs $12 as it is, so if you want to wash your car every week, buying the RFID chip plan for a full year at $300 is a steal! I take my car in every time it snows because I do not want any salt to corrode my parts. The undercarriage wash is just great for this. Now, after, Jim initially explained the RFID plan, I came back later on to purchase it. This is when I met the attendant, Mike. Mike processed my transaction and went further into details on what the machine does. Whenever I pass by, Mike is always on the job site doing what he does best. He is polite and attentive with the customers. He keeps the place nice and clean at all times. And he always has buckets filled with rim cleaning detergent and brushes at your disposal while you wait in line for the car wash. If I could rate him based on his performance, I would give him a 6 out of 5. Overall, I love this place.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I'm new to the area and decided to try this self serve car wash. Well let's just say I didn't even get to try the car wash because the owner is so VERY RUDE and unwelcoming I left and went to my usual spot on route 40. SUDSVILLE is so much better!!

Offered a free laser wash today and took them up on it. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. Even the wheels looked great! The only improvement that would have taken my experience to 5 stars would have been the removal of more water with the blowers

Decent car wash no brushes to wash wheels. If you need assistance you won't find them present all the time but they are helpful when you do. They say that they are always there but I dispute.

I went to this car wash to get a hand wash and vacuum/clean the inside, and I was very impressed with the new manager Jose. He cleaned my car very well, he was friendly, and despite it being close to 100 degrees outside, he didn't do a rush job, he did a superb job, going above and beyond. This was my first time there and I will definitely be going back. Thanks a lot Jose.

Popped in for a quick vacuum on a cold and rainy day so it was empty besides 1 other person. Employee was busy cleaning and maintaining the property but was still friendly and helpful. Bill changer, soda and miscellaneous (air freshener, wax, etc) machine all working. Prices good too. Lots of room on the lot is a bug plus.

I used the self-serv wash bay. The $5 for 6 minutes to start is kind of pricey since you can not add quarters to the time. Yes you can add dollar bills before the time runs out, but that is inconvenient since you can use quarters at the vacuums. The coin slots were disabled on the carwash, which I think is a downfall. The soap brush is good with plenty of soap coming out. I think $4 for the 6 minute start with the ability to add time with quarters would make an excellent change, no pun intended. Vacuums are ok for the "suck value," but I have used better machines. Other than that, it was an ok service.

The new owners of this lot were on site working on remodeling all the car wash bays and getting it looking good. it appears like they will be focusing on good customer service and keeping the lot clean on a regular basis.

Overall we were very disappointed. The car wash says it costs $3. The bill machine accepts either $1s or $5s but does not give you extra time for putting in $5, nor does it give you change. It allows you to pay $5 on your credit card, but again, does not give you any extra time compared to if you paid $3 in coins. Good luck with that however, as the coin machine was jammed and had blue tape over it. Because of this, we could not add coins so we were forced to pay in $5 increments. We will not be going here any more.

This place has a lot of great settings and tools to wash your car! Beware if the car is very long. Our big ole Chevy 2500HD with a full cab and 8 foot bed didn't entirely fit lengthwise in the bay, but we made do. Also the triple color foam is amusing and makes it so shiny! So fun though :)

I have been a frequent customer since 2017 and have tried to overlook problems with the machines here and there such as no soap and items listed on the chosen wash not occuring during the actual wash. But now I HAVE HAD IT!!! I have been trying to get a response from the company for OVER 3 MONTHS...and have recieved NO RESPONSE. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Consumer Protection Agency. I'M DISGUSTED!!!

THE WORST 3 out of the 4 automatic washes were BROKEN, so i went through the one open touch less wash. I selected the most expensive wash. There was NO water pressure and the soap and air dryer were WORTHLESS. My car was literally still dripping with soap and water when the dryer shut off. After inspection my car was dirtier than it was when i started. Of course there are no attendants to complain to. Maybe you guys can get away with this in the hood where you are located, but this would never be acceptable anywhere else. Thanks for nothing. UPDATE: To your response, you know that is not true. 3 of the 4 auto washes are not operational and the one I used was a joke. I will not be returning for anything.

I literally hate this place, if i could, I would give it zero stars. Honesty that would be one star too many. This place has credit card terminals at the vacuum pumps, that took our debits but failed to provide the indicated purchased service on Several occasions. five dollars for a basic wash.low water pressure, and this is the principal reason educated people of Color don't support this place, ever 5 to 10 minutes, the amplified voice of a white male is echoed throughout the property with this ominous warning, That the premises is under video surveillance. As if their customer base are fellows of the baser sort, drug dealers, riotous individuals from Neighboring Baltimore City. I will go to Milford Mill car wash were there is personnel on duty, very good water pressure. Plentious and sufficient soap and cleaning items dispensed For $3.00. I despise this place because of the aforementioned reasons. Also hating the repeated amplified warning blaringe very 5 to 10 minutes, this is derogatory to people especially people of various races of color☹

When I showed up it was empty. Which was great for me because it meant I could pull right up. I like that its 24 hours. You have to have a cc now at the machines but in some ways that's way more convenient. Vacuums work.
