Horrible experience. Don't go there. List of failures by this company: - Lost the key fob to our vehicle and took them an hour to find it after a wash. - Has constantly left hard water spots on our vehicle. - Dishonored a promise to give us a re-wash due to bad service. - Vacuum service always needs to be addressed; unprofessional. Plus, they never vaccum the 3rd row seating area. - Workers (especially the young ones) don't seem to take the job serious.

Just off the interstate. Full service car wash. A bit more unique and it makes more sense is that this particular Car Wash actually washes your car first. Afterward is when they vacuum out the car and do all the detailing work including drying your car. This is important because anyone there for just an Express Wash can get their car washed quickly and then they deliver the car to the outside area so you're not waiting in line in a typical Car Wash where the vacuuming is first then you go through the washing in the detail and so forth. It's a really smart setup. A huge staff of people taking care of your car they offer all the services you could ever think of anymore. I actually purchase the monthly pass which is only 20 bucks and I go for the gold Express Wash. Sometimes I add the interior vacuuming for an additional $3. With the monthly pass it's unlimited you could actually go every day of the week if you wanted to. The gold Express includes detailing your tires as well as a conditioning shampoo which adds a nice luster wax. This car wash also has a fun waiting area with things to do in the waiting area or gifts to buy. It's directly across the street from Dunkin Donuts to the west side of Home Depot.

I had gotten a platinum service and it was disappointing. It may as well been a bronze. I was in a hurry and couldn’t return. I had to clean the rear view mirror, the center console (it was filthy)and the glass part of the dashboard wasn’t cleaned

I normally go to this business to get my car washed. They do hire a lot of young staff. Lately the quality of work has not been great. However, I don’t complain. I always get the works because I only wash once a month. Today the experience was not good. My seats were not vacuumed, the cup holder, area where the shift is, and area in front of gear shift were left dirty. One of the gentleman did vacuum back seats but the rest was still left dirty. I took pictures of everything. So sad, Manager is great. Staff needs more training.

I have been a long time customer. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received during my patronage. Virgie, works most every day keeps the drive way hopping with her constant eye to detail. She is a no nonsense take charge individual who never stands still. She always asks if there is anything else that she can help me with and sends me on my what with a pleasant smile and "have a blessed day!". Virgie is an asset to the company, the place does not run the same during her day off. Take special notice of her when you visit, if it is her day off it is your loss.

Worst service ever didn't even vacuum all the pet hairs off the seats according to them it's an extra fee to clean pet hairs off properly. Didn't dry my car properly and also left water Marks all over the windows and left dirt on the tailgate.And I played for platinum service not bronze.

I took my car in for a wash and received it back damaged. I filled out an invcident report witch led no where. I was taken into the office to review images on camera and could clearly see that there was no damage to my small SUV going into the car wash but had damage when I was called to drive off. They “Hugo” told me they would contact the owner to work things out. The next day I was told the cameras had frozen and that there were no more images of my car. The people at this establishment are very dishonest and do not stand by their word. Not just that but they are willing to go to the extent of lying and covering up. Very disappointed such and establishment goes unchecked. They don’t even bother replying to any of these reviews good or bad. Tells you how much they care...

This is one of the best if not the best place to get your car washed and fully detailed, they do great work and pay attention to detail! All of the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. JR the manager is a very personable guy and will always take care of you, he stays out in the open and inspects almost every car coming through and if there is a problem he immediately fixes it! This is an amazing place and I will continue to come here for years to come!

Always take my car here they do a good job. Yes sometimes you have to wait because it is super busy. Walk over to Home Depot or bring a book. Car always looks like new when I leave.

Got the platinum full service wash. There was not much of a line when I came, and it took just over an hour to get my truck back, so it wasn't rushed. There was some love bug residue left over on the front, but after pointing it out they did their best to remove what they could. The staff I encountered were very friendly and seemed to care about the quality of their work. One complaint I have however is that I had spilled some soda on the floor (main reason I brought it in for the wash) and there was still visible and sticky spots left over on the floor mats, as well as left over dirt. Overall the wash was of great quality, the interior really shined, and I'd say worth the price.

4/5/2019 Bad experience. I always get The top of the line car wash for $30. Unfortunately I’m not getting The Top of the line results. This is the 3rd time/ part of my interior DOES NOT get clean correctly. I politely spoke to Manarger and show Him personally all the areas they miss. He took care of it and did and amazing job. Unfortunately I drove 25 minutes away and then realized... The entire rear lift gate had not been touched. I have pictures, there where stains and also spiders webs. I am very disappointed! I have fiends, co workers, in laws, family members and many people, I have referred This place too and now I will probably NEVER return here because... of my pass experience. The work is done very careless/ I have pictures and videos. Never again will I tell people about this place. The lost my business for ever.

Used to go there a lot a liked the service. But here lately the little black lady is extremely rude and they broke my wife's mirror adjuster on here 2017 Kia. Just last week I took my 2018 chevy in and they put a chemical on my fuel rims that took the shine away and made them look ugly as hell. These were brand new trims. The service ain't what it used to be.

This place has gone down hill over the years. It used to be my favorite place to get our vehicles cleaned at. The workers do the bare minimum, if that. Two different visits, months apart and still had the same experience; cup holders not wiped out, center console area not touched, interior doors not wiped. I know the prices aren’t detailing prices but the issues aren’t every nook and cranny, it’s the simplest stuff.

I love, love, love this car wash! I pay $39.95/month ($42.75 after tax) and I can bring my car in as often as once per day. They do inside and out for that price, shine the tires, put scent in if you want it, basically the whole monty. They don’t call it a detail (and if you want them to get in your interior with pipe cleaners and stuff you do have to pay extra) but overall I am thrilled with the service. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and there are cameras so you can watch your car the whole time. Keith, the greeter, is super nice and knew me by sight the second time I came in. It takes 15-30 minutes depending on how busy they are. Overall the value is amazing if you use the service as much as I do. I used to hold off on going to the beach, taking dogs to park, etc. because I didn’t want to clean my car - now I do whatever I want and America’s Car Wash takes care of me! If they were only open just an hour later on Sunday they would be perfect. I always seem to miss them by just a little bit. Overall super fantastic and they deserve all the stars.

They do a lousy job. Had to have them vacuum the car out twice. The first two time it didn't even look like they even used the vacuum on it and the outside was still dirty. Took it to Nick at the Apollo Beach bistro and he did an excellent job.

Excellent service! This is the only place I take my car to get washed and waxed. They are very thorough and fast! Only thing to beware of is that half of Sun City Center’s resident take their cars here, so don’t be surprised if there’s a line!

Poor customer service and sadly even the so called general service manager is included. We have our Q3 Audi 2017 that we brought to watch and the messed up a little part piece of the bumper and despite they gave us a damage report when this occurred (on a Sunday) the next day when we contacted the general manager he claims that they are NOT responsible for the damage !!!!

I was a bit confused and this car wash is crazy busy. Just for future reference for anyone not liking a tunnel wash! I only have my car hand washed. When you pull into the car wash, cones corral you right towards the car wash tunnel. If you are looking for a hand wash, drive around the cones towards the back/side of the wash. I got a hand wash and wax. Perfect work! I am definitely tipping much better next time. I was not expecting such a great job from a tunnel wash place. The employees were great, very kind and made absolutely sure i liked everything that was done. Will be going back. Just one suggestion, please put out signs for customers not wanting to go into the tunnel. It was extremely confusing. It seems like all customers have to get in the car line leading to the tunnel. Lots of old people who cannot drive honking at me because I was so confused about where to go. Lol

Went again out of convenience due to location, again poor vacuuming and incomplete wash(love bugs). didn't have time to wait an hour for a second vac, when it should have been done right the first time. disappointed... again. lesson learned. pics posted, paid for gold package inside still dirty. pics were taken same day no more than 15 minutes after leaving.

If you want your car spotless, this is the place to come to. They have a wide variety of packages to meet any budget. I usually get the gold package and they always exceed my expectations. I want to deduct one star for the amount of time it takes them to clean your car. My large SUV took close to an hour, and they were not jammed busy like usual. I didn't deduct a star because they work till the vehicle is perfect. I have never found a better car was in 30 years of car ownership. The staff is friendly and hard working.

$30 and I still need to clean my truck after I left. They didn't clean the back seat or wipe anything down until I asked them to. Also they did not clean my dash at all. Didn't do wheel shine until I asked them to. Shameful never again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. RIP OFF.

Efficiently run car wash! The guys that did the wash were so sweet! The lady at the register was super pleasant. I think she may be an owner and it shows! The waiting area inside is clean and cool. A refreshing change from my car wash experiences elsewhere. I got the rain-x treatment on my windows which eliminates the need for the wipers during moderate rain. Pretty cool! Will be back!

I've been coming to this car wash for years. Today was the first time in a long time that I had really bad service and my Jeep did not get cleaned properly. When I ask the gentleman when I picked up my vehicle why it looks like they miss so many spots he said oh that doesn't come off. I then proceeded to take my child's blanket out of the back and start cleaning my vehicle and all the marks seem to come off with a little bit of elbow grease. I'm looking at my windshield that's full of streaks. Not very happy today considering this is not a cheap car wash

I guess I haven’t got an overview of the actual business but that’s because their business quality is so poor they’re not even open when they say they’re gonna be open. I just want my car washed!!!

I gave them a 2 star review only because the employees themselves were hard working and don’t set pricing or make policy. Here it is in a nutshell; - $14+ for a standard wash is way too high. Average in Brandon area is $10+ - They wanted to add tire shine but I declined. I use my own that doesn’t sling and that up charge would have been on top of the $14 - Once finished it looked OK so I left and drove across the street to Home Depot to apply the tire shine. I then noticed the chrome wheels were as dirty as when I had arrived. Plus the rags they use are not lint free and my truck was covered in white lint. - Drove back over to the guy that took my payment outside and told him very politely that my wheels were still dirty. He politely told me I declined the wheel and tire treatment. I politely told him I had declined the tire shine but would expect the wheels to be clean as they are part of the exterior of the vehicle and at $14 a pop I would expect they clean the wheels. He told me I only get what the machine gets clean anything further would require the additional package. - I was shocked and then realized he was not even going to offer to wipe the wheels down. I left without incident and will NEVER return to this facility.

I called before driving for 35 minutes to Ruskin for a seat shampoo. My sole intention was to come and get my car seats shampooed. I asked the lady pricing on the phone and told her I was coming out of my way and wanted to make sure about pricing. Upon arrival at the facility I was told they were too busy to shampoo the seats and that all they could do was the wash. Well it would have been nice if when I called they had informed me of this. Then when I went in to speak to the manager he stated that he was sorry that the person who answered the call did not say anything and stated that weekends are busy and asked if I could come back tomorrow. Well no I cannot come back tomorrow because I work two hours away!! Proper customer service would be to shampoo the seats since i specifically called prior to coming and no one said otherwise. To make it more aggravating I have been here plenty of times prior including weekends when I lived this way and they have done that service when it was busy. Bad customer service at its finest!

This is the worst car wash in town, they have a bunch of young kids rushing through the cars leaving your car dirty. The last 3 times I've had nothing but a bad experience and when you say something.. nobody knows anything. After the 1st bad experience I figured I'd give them another chance 2nd bad experience I figured I'd give them the 3rd and final chance! Yes I was hoping it hit better but no. It got worst every time. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone!!

I'm very unhappy with the way my new car was handled at America's Car Wash. I asked for a simple rinse off for love bugs and vacuuming and, this placed my car in a row of cars that must have included people who had little respect for their work...the crew seemed to be playing more than working and when it was time to move several cars up in the line, the person nearest mine got in an proceeded to push a cart out of the way with my front fender while barely missing a column...an older worker in a baseball cap yelled at him but he got out laughing. While I was lucky it wasn't scratched or dented, it easily could have been This was not the first time I've been unhappy with the crew but in times past it was lack of effort or detail, not an act of foolishness. Don't take your car here.

Missed 1 wheel (and I paid extra to have those done) There was lots of sand on floorboard after they supposedly vacuumed and also in the cup holders. Lady also told me to I had to pay extra to have the two rubber floor mats vacuumed. I cleaned them in a few seconds with my whisk broom in their parking lot and I wiped off a bunch of yellow dots still on front and side of my truck. I’ve had similar results about every other visit here. Time to find a new car wash or enjoy the outdoors and wash it myself.
