This is my first time going to proud America hand car wash and it will be my last time. I sat for over and hour and half for them to charge me 28.00 for a very poor job the inside of the windshield still had smudges on it. they didn't clean my door jams nor did they clean the back window and on top of that they let me truck sit in the sun and never dried it off. then have way cleaned my windshield on the outside you can still see where they wiped with the rag very very very very poor job I will never go back to proud America hand wash I am very unhappy with the service I received today I will be contacting someone on getting my money back. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE poor quality work.

Great job on my truck, just too slow. They have gone up on their prices by $5 for vans and trucks but they do a good job if you have 45 minute to wait.

I read the above reviews and had to comment. I have 6 cars and use this place all the time. I found them after using the sloppy, less careful places in the area. The price is fair (about 20 for a wash, about 80 for a detail), and the work is very good. Neither of the other reviewers even USED this place. If you do, you'll see photos of all the exotic car owners who have their cars washed here. I've always been pleased with the work, but they do take a little longer, as they are very thorough. I have been told ONCE that the car was VERY dirty and it would be extra. My son has a Jeep Rubicon, and had been off-roading and the thing was filthy. However, they actually pressure washed the underside, and cleaned inside the wheel-wells. It was spotless afterwards.

Alright, so don't mind the steep entrance and shoddy signage. These guys are efficient and cleans the bleep out of your car. Inside and out. Very impressed. Right off Cobb parkway. Can't miss it.

I don't recommend. The people here are hard to talk with, they do not speak english. I called to set up an appointment to get my car interior detailed. The person couldn't make an appointment with me because their husband was working on a car--that's what she said. After what felt like 3 minutes of poor communication she uttered something that sounded like " I have customer here ...bye bye", then hung up. All I wanted was an appointment to have my car cleaned. I never been there before and wanted to give it a try. I would've needed pick up/drop off service (very common by the way), but couldn't get an any help. I don't wanna try this place anymore. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My suggestion to this company is to hire english speaking people, this would help your business and would match your companie's name "Proud AMERICA". Too bad.

Great place to clean your car! Had everything you need. The card swipe works better than most I’m use to. You just pay for however long you use it, and you don’t have to keep telling it to stay on.

Not a good job for the money they did clean up as good as it should of Ben done window not clean and the doors were not wiped down but charges 40.00 and want be back

Said my car took too long to clean so they charged me extra. When in reality I had vacuumed before I came here and my car needed basically street dust washed off. I sat for close to 2 hrs. due to the cleaning of a huge Dodge Ram truck and I got stuck with the bill. There is no sign before hand explaining an extra charge for cars tht are extra dirty. There is a small sign behind you at the cash register stating this. At this point it is too late. They have your money. This is a very deceptive place and the wash was horrible. There was dirt on the car still. The inside driver's door was still showing some dirt. The tires were not shiny. What a joke. I will never come here again. Was so disgruntled over this that I wrote the BBB.

Drove to the car wash, it looked closed, very bad entrance, steep incline. When I entered, I stopped at stop here sign, guy inside was all laid out in chair on phone, didnt move. We looked around, to see a shop vac and cart with dirty rags and spray bottles. Thats the car wash??? Looked back guy still on phone. We left. If its not closed it should be. Avoid at all cost.

This car wash in great. I take both my work and person vehicles here. They are amazing people and I’ve never seen my vehicles shine more than when they leave here. I highly recommend them. They can do any type of vehicle.

Sure, the place doesn't look like much, but the guys that work there are quick and they do a FANTASTIC job. And on top of that, it's CHEAP. Fifteen minutes, in and out, good, fast, and cheap. What a rare combination! I will definitely be coming back to these guys.

My husband and I always went to this place for detailing all of our vehicles since 2007. Loved their works. Pricey but worth every penny. Saw a sign they closed. Where are we gonna go from now on?

very disappointed. took my sons car; it's a 2007. after they looked over the car they recommended a 29 dollar wash and interior clean. i was interested in an amourall treatment and perhaps a hand wax, they recommended i not because of the poor quality paint on the car..hmm i thought that was nice. the lady ahead of me in line ended up bolting cause she was still waiting to get started after 45 min. i left the car for the recommended hour to return and find my car still unwashed. the attendent told me my car was too dirty, but i still owed her 18 dollars for vacuuming the floor mats..really? take the 18, i'm going to copper cove and i'll armourall lthe car myself. Huge language barrier too. all i know is the took my money and refused to wash my car at any price. they seemed short staffed, but really? i think if i could have gotten them understand my disappointment i would not have paid them at all, but seriously, i don't think i could have communicated my thoughts. 8.18 this place now has ?new ownership/management. can't tell you if they've improved or not..but anything would be better than what it was

Newly business, I Came here for the first time today and it's very close by in Cobb near everything I came from Toyota and that location didn't happened to wash cars at that dealership. Since I only like hand washes on my cars (just me), lol I searched car hand wash nearby and this place was on the list only mins away. The family and staff are super nice and helpful they did an amazing job. Enough space for many cars to park and they have all the equipment! I would definitely recommend this place and come back. The waiting area is inside with ac too! Thank you!

I was the first car in this morning, and they were finished within 30 minutes. They did a fantastic job, were very thorough, and super well priced! They even managed to get rid of the tree sap/water spots I can't ever seem to be able to avoid when hand washing my black car at home! I will definitely be going back!
