Every time I go through the wash (doesn't matter the package selected, but I mostly purchase the $20 wash) I have to drive back around to wash all the soap off that is still on my car. Soap dried to car's clear coat will mess ur paint job up. I am not the only person that has these problems. I now wash my car at home with chemical guys products and I haven't been back to the car wash in almost a year!

Come to Tidal Wave for a great quality wash with very fair price points ranging from $3.00- $20. Their "Fast Pass" allows detailing and cleaning services once a day for a low monthly rate and is definitely the best bang for the buck. We have the fast pass on several vehicles and even get a discount for having multiple subscriptions. This location is very clean, convenient, with a detail oriented staff and friendly staff.

Okay, there has to be some magic liquid detergent in their washer! My truck was stunningly filthy (we live in the country so Georgia red clay, pollen and other contaminants). I actually doubted whether they could get it clean--wrong! Oh ye of little faith! We came out of the wash and my truck was like new. I was honestly amazed. The young people working there were helpful, professional and never slacked. This place is the place to go to get your vehicle washed for an incredibly low price. Good job!

I have bragged on the employees at this car wash on a number of occasions because they are so helpful and nice. But, today I went the extra step to write this review because they went so far above and beyond the call of duty. After vacuuming my car this afternoon I locked my keys and phone in the car. While I was standing beside my car trying to decide what to do Jonathan came over and handed me his phone. He told me who to call, what to say, and while I waited for a policeman to unlock my car, he cleaned all my lights and mirrors. In a time when good customer service is rare it is refreshing to go to a place where the employees hustle and make you feel like they appreciate your business.
