This is a very nice dealer with amazing customer service. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is that they made a $200 “mistake” on my bill that I had to argue about for them to fix. Also, I bought an electric Smart car last year and now I come to find out these cars will no longer be sold or serviced in the USA!!! What? How are these auto makers allowed to sell cars that they know well they won’t service in the very near future?! It’s another corporate rip-off!

So for my first Mercedes we bought a Sprinter camper van. Although we didn’t buy it at RBM of Alpharetta, It is where we service it. I can tell you that I am a stickler for customer service. Carl Benton is my service advisor and has been exceptional it taking care of our needs. Peter, the technician is an absolute pro. Knows the van and it’s components (“non Mercedes” like the fridge,electrical,AC,generator on the camper side of things etc...) I would say sometimes better than the manufacturer. Based on this service alone, I will likely buy a Mercedes for my next vehicle.

Buying experience was really good there! I know, I know- how can that be true? Here's how: 1. I was not lured in under false pretense. Kyle let me know up front about the vehicles, and the active specials being run on their vehicles. Unlike other dealers in my recent history, that led me to believe a special rate was available when it was not... 2. Kyle Edson was a pleasure to work with. He answered my questions via text and did not pester me to come in. When we scheduled a time to meet with him, he was available and prompt, and knowledgeable about the products. 3. They had pretty firm, but fair pricing, and explained the details of their CPO program well, and why they fetch a higher price than a non-CPO. 4. While we did get the opportunity to buy additional warranty and a tire insurance package, it was not high pressure, and we felt comfortable just being able to make a decision. 5. They cleaned the vehicle up nicely, explained everything with their concierge service, and even took a few pictures of us with a big red bow. Although I have not been here for service (yet), I will have no apprehension at the point that my annual checkup is required. RBM makes service appointments just what they should be: easy. Steve Byrd was my service rep, and did a great job setting everything up, and getting me on my way in a loaner car. Kyle was awesome. This is my third Mercedes. The first 2, I bought in Connecticut where the experience was not good, but you buy the car for the car. Here at RBM the experience was 5 star.
