Poor customer service. It takes way too long. I called and asked for a time estimate. Was told that my car would be ready in 20 minutes. But the hand wash hadn't even started in that time. Slow and sloppy. Take your business elsewhere. There are better and more value car washes out there - both for your time and money.

Got the basic exterior only wash and the brushes snapped my side mirrors back and forth like twigs in a tornado. They fold in, but thought for sure one was broken when it flipped back and forth twice and finished a full 180 (folded OUT). I got it back in place but the wash itself was so poor I'll have to do it again myself. All I had was some pollen accumulated but, well, it's still there. Only reason it's not a 1 star is they have good vacuum suction. Not easy to find that in a self service hose.

love love LOVE the cleanliness of this place! Smells so good! I came in to get my car seats cleaned in the morning. I waited about 35/45 minutes which was reasonable because they were busy. When I saw my seats I could NOT believe how well they did! They removed almost all the stains even though they were 3 years old. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture!! I will be back!

Ive been coming to location for bout a year now. They are great. The entire staff is awesome. Larry the store manager is a great leader and role model with an awesome team. Assistant Manager Michael is on a rise deserves his own store l. The entire crew never lets me down and its like i bought a new car everytime.. And everybody loves that new car feeling. Thanks JIMMY CARTER TEAM. I could be having the most horrible day i go to get my car clean by yiu guys and gain peace .. So its deeper than yal just cleaning cars. Again thanks

Okay, I've been coming here quite a bit, but lately on the last two occasions I've come here in the afternoon, either on a Saturday or Sunday, and paid for the silver wash. I drive to the right to towel down my own car, but once again there are no towels and the spray bottles are not in the proper place. Customer service is always important at all times because that's what keeps the business coming to that particular wash instead of the other two that are also down Jimmy Carter and giving them the money instead here. Items should always checked and stocked if empty ,unless it is 15 minutes prior to close--- that's understandable.

After having my vehicle detailed. The person cleaning the interior broke a center console button off my car. After writing an incident report and being told ide receive a call for further instructions(reimbursement) I have yet to receive that call.

This was my first time here . As soon as I pulled up, a staff member was there to explain different options and help me chose without trying to sell something I didn’t need. They did an excellent job cleaning my car, especially the inside!! I’ll be back for sure:)

My mom has been coming here since it was Carnetts. Today, there was a new guy who detailed her car. She noticed that my daughter's chuck e cheese tickets were missing upon leaving. She called the location and was placed on hold. The attendant came back to the phone and my mom asked what happened . The attendant responded by saying "let's just say I found them". Either they were stolen or thrown away, however you could clearly see that they were tickets, and they were in a chuck e cheese bag. What type of character would do this? She's going tomorrow to pick up the tickets let's just hope their all there for my daughter's next chuck e cheese visit. Warning: Put all belongings in the trunk before going!

My family and I have been coming to this place for a while and never had a problem until recently I went and I got disscusting attitude from the “manager” LARRY all I simply asked for was prices and he yelled at me and literally kicked me out of that place just because I asked for prices! You all have to really make sure who you guys hire I can not believe a person like this was hired for this position! We will never step a foot in this place again !!!

Don't even consider this place. The auto wash doesn't clean or rinse thoroughly. My car was still dirty and I had to take it to another car wash immediately after because of the soap left on the car. Half of the vacuums don't work at all and the other half couldn't suck up a leaf if you crushed it up and held it in your hand. No towels or glass cleaner in the towels and glass cleaner area. And the mat cleaner doesn't work either. And to top it off there was broken glass everywhere and I got a flat tire. This place needs to be shut down. And this won't be the only place I post this. Vote to shut this place down with your wallet.

No manual intervention, whatever the ‘machine’ does it what you get. I pay less near home for what looks like similar car wash system, but there are two guys that manually spray and scrub the dirty areas and hand wash wheels and windows

Great place, friendly employees. Feel bad for them due to the fact that I see a lot of customers don't tip. They put up with a lot (customers and a lot of cars to clean) but they keep a smile on their faces. Lord knows they probably don't get paid to well. So I five star them

This is the second time i am disappointed with the service and whenever i left from there my car got some problem , as i say today i did oil change it was by mistake or what I don’t know my chasis board was open by them just to fix back they took forever so i left without doing that .... totally frustrated!!!!!

I brought in my white 2014 Nissan Altima . I got the bronze basic wash and shampooing of my seats with the interior clean. It took close to a hour and 30 mins for the cleaning. I paid $59 and the seat were clean and the car was vacuumed out nicely. But the front of the car still had dirt on the passenger side like they forgot about it. Then as I walked around my car there was still dirty splatter all over the car passenger side and dirt on the back of the car. I definitely should have looked at it before I left . I wasn’t to happy about my experience

This place was a waste of time. Their "detail" services were a joke. I've never seen someone detwil a car in 15 minutes. When I checked my car, it was still dirty & the boy who supposedly cleaned it told he wasn't gonna "spend all day" on my car. So I said fine give me my money back & I'll do it myself. I spoke with Larry the GM & his attitude was worse than the employee's!! When I pointed out the errors & told him I wanted a refund, he sucked his teeth & walked off & told me to get out of his lane. He was beyond rude. No apology or anything! I'll NEVER go back there & I'll make sure to tell as many folks as possible to do the same!

I arrived at the Jimmy Carter location this morning at 9:07am. Blue cones blocked the entrance and garage doors closed so I waited. After 3 more minutes, I got out of my car and observed 2 employees staring back at me but not making any attempt to assist. Then a manager appeared from the back like he had just woke up and asked if I needed a wash. Duh! I asked him what time does the car wash open. he replied 9:00am. I explained that the cones were blocking the entrance and he walked away loudly shouting 'We're Open"...."We're Open". He then instructed another employee to remove the cones who was as lazy and unmotivated as the manager. Shame on you. I have no problem dropping $20.00 for a weekly visit to my neighborhood car wash but for that kind of customer service I can wash it myself for free. Hey, when it comes to employees, you get what you pay for.

I probably will not go here again. I paid for the $23 wash. My car still had dirt on it and the windows looked like they had not been wiped at all. I didn't notice all the streaking until walking up to my car at the mall the next day. The windows were noticed when a car pulled up behind me at the red light. I will probably start driving back over to Happy Days in Norcross. I can say that I have had better detailing here but the last 2 times have been awful!

If you're doing the monthly it is "just okay!" They don't put much effort into the interior clean. I guess cleaning the cupholders would be considered a detail. My interior cleanings always felt rushed like my teenager was doing it before getting access to Playststion.

Just left and the roof of my car is still dirty, The back window is still dirty, also paid for the Gold wash and the tire shine, shined half the wheel. I’m not even sure that it shined half the wheel or if the wheels are still drying. I doubt they shine at all.

i called today Mr clean tock ...to make an appointment for detailing my truck ... only reason.... even i called this place is i had a gift coupon... the manger Larry moore picked up the phone .. acted very smartly.. and hang up the phone ,,, This kind of people should not be a manager i had very bad experience this place before also .... i went to change the oil on my truck ,, nissan Titan ,,, and they did not tight the oil pan nut ,,, by the time i reached home ... engine oil was completely Gone ... please ... Be care full before take your Vehicle ,,, When management Acting Rude and do not care attitude ,, better change ...

They do not care about your car. Issue not resolved. They do not take ownership of their actions. When I pulled in the greeter was supposed to guide me in. I paused and started at her for directions. She just waved me in with no direction. Bang rim hit hard. I asked her what she didn't help guide me in when I paused and moved slow. She was rude. Explained it's my fault and was combative. Manager was nice and said she was going to speak with her about it. I smoked a cigarette and watched the greeter do the same thing to 5 more cars.

Needed interior detail clean and shampoo to my SUV after a nasty spill in my trunk. Made an appointment online came in morning, the gentleman greeted me and explained the process. I left cause I though it would take a while. My jeep was finished in 2 hrs. Car smells and looks cleaner than I have had it in long time. Pleasant crew!

Worst Mr. Clean experience ever. Worst customer service. I know it wont make a difference or changed the behavior of whom caused this low review however future customers, be warned. I have been a regular customer for Mr. Clean and Jiffy Lube for many years. I've chosen to go to Mr. Clean and Jiffy Lube because of the convenience and the fact that they offer a free wash with the points accumulation for rewards. My kids love to accompany me and ride through the carwash.Typically, I go to the Marietta or Alpharetta . My experience at those locations were great! They give quick and efficient service without any hassle or attitude and good performance. I located the Jimmy Carter location because I happened to be shopping close by. Went to them because of the good service I got at previous two mentioned locations When I got to the Jimmy Carter location and rolled through the the drive-through as I typically do, I pulled up in front of a keyosk where I was supposed to scan my rewards barcode. I was then approached by a young female attendant (who was also the cashier) which then told me that points would be added when I paid. She then told me to reverse all the way back out the drive-through and go around to get my oil change. There were no attendants out to tell me where to go. Correction, there were several attendants around but no one cared enough to navigate where I needed to go. Several times I had to back in-and-out of the wrong place but eventually I figured out where to go. When I went to get my oil change, I sat there for 5 minutes before someone arrived to acknowledge me. Once the serviceman came over he was very kind and he completed my oil change in a timely manner. When I went to pay and show my rewards Mr. Clean card I was told by the cashier female Alexis that the scanner was not working and she did not know if my points were applied. Then asked me to pay without applying my points. I had to ask her to ask for someone else to help instead of her taking the initiative to try and troubleshoot the problem. The manager Michael-who came to help the problem was very disgruntled and looked like it not want to be working that day and handed me a paper with instructions and said "this is how you get your points" and then briskly walked away. I explained to Alexis that if the instructions were on the counter top beside her then she should probably KNOW that and have been telling all the customers about the points process at their location. She said "well we don't do really points here". Really? Am I at a Mr. Clean? And didn't you tell me when I rolled up that you would apply them at the register? Anyway, not once, from any points in contact was I offered an apology. After I paid, another attendant sitting at the desk observing the interaction decided to chime in and say "well sometimes different locations do things differently". Her statement was not to try and help the situation but to added insult to injury as she was implying that my expectations were unreasonable.They seemed totally unconcerned and could care less that I was displeased. After I paid I went through the car wash. When I went through the carwash, I was made to wait in line to get my car vacuumed where all the cars around me and behind me got serviced 1st, which I feel was intentional. I sat there for 15 minutes. I eventually left without getting the interior vacuum or wash. I am not upset about the points. I am upset about the poor service, apathetic attitudes towards what I thought was a very simple request and question. This location is a very poor representation of the Mr. Clean & Jiffy lube brand and is far below the standard that I am accustomed to at the other locations. They need to pick up the slack and improve their customer service across the board. They need to clean house Or retrain. Needless to say...NEVER going back there again!!

I love that I was able to get my oil changed and car washed in one-stop shop! Not to mention that its a great deal - only $40. Service was great and the employees were friendly. So glad I found this place - I will definitely be coming back for my regular oil changes!

I came in for auto interior detailing on a Sunday at around 3:30pm. No one was at the front desk. I had to look around for someone outside, when I finally found someone he was sitting down on his phone. I asked him if they were open and he didn't respond instead he asked me what I needed. When I said I needed interior detailing he automatically said "oh no we're closed, we closed 30 mins ago" even though the sign clearly showed they close at 6pm on Sundays. I called another Mr. Clean Car wash and THEY were open. Horrible service. Lazy people.

I thought Mr. Clean was suppose to wash your car and be clean. I was wrong. I paid for full service and only got a half decent job. Windows were still dirty, carpet still had debris, dash and console were not wiped. Now I have to go ahead and do it myself. Never going back

I want ever go back again!! Horrible experience for me! I paid $32 for a carwash only to have things stolen from me! Besides the car wasn't that clean still saw marks on the window...I could have done a better job myself!! Not only that my rim got bent in cause I wasn't directed in right. I told the guy in charge about my things missing and it was like oh well like he didn't care so I know I want get them back!! Alot of my change was gone and my Bluetooth he said the vacuum might have suck it up it happens but my thing is if you know this happen then why not inform people if you have any change or other things that's small please remove out of sight!!! But it's cool I know not to return and chop up that lost!!!

Speedy service and for the most part did a good job. I noticed once it got dark that the front and back windows were half done. This is a recurring problem. I cleaned the windows again today, guess what, after dark it appears I did it about as good as they did. I think that they do a good job and I am glad that I don't have to wait and order a car wash from Amazon.

I waited an hour and half for my car to be cleaned. When I asked to see the manager, Derek, to express how long I waited his response was “Well ma’am people were informed of the wait time and you had to make the decision to stay or go”. I tried to explain to him that the person that greeted me when I entered the car wash didn’t tell me that and couldn’t even explain to me what service to get because he said he works in the Jiffy Lube section. In mid-sentence he cut me off and said “For future reference there will always be a wait at a full service car wash regardless.” He was so rude to me and for what? Because I was unhappy with the service? He gave me a $12 dollar card for compensation and I threw it in the trash. This was my first time here and I definitely will not be coming back. Apart of working in customer service is listening to your customer’s concern and showing empathy. I am really disappointed with how he addressed me. Another customer even said he was very disrespectful to me. I will be calling corporate.

i have been coming to this car wash for a long time along with my other family members. we usually get the platinum membership however the last 2 times i came here and had the most terrible experience which i have never had before with any other staff. this guy called larry moore apparently is the store operator, the worse person who you could give your store too. super rude!!!!! i ignored the first time thinking we all have bad moods however he crossed all limits this time too he even denied to activate my membership when i said i m going to complain against you!! and he also asked the staff to not reactivate my account.the place is great however people like him need to be fired!! absolute dissappointment!!!!!!!!!

Went by there yesterday to see about getting my car cleaned. There were other cars there so I assumed they were open. When I pull up the guy already looks as if he has an attitude and before I can even get out my car he is walking up to my window. I roll my window down and say is it possible to get my car cleaned? He proceeds to tell me they aren't doing any interior or exterior work on cars today
